I'm
a
food
delivery
worker.
I
visited
on
Sunday
around
8pm,
and
it
took
at
least
30
minutes
to
be
served.
It
was
quite
a
thrilling
experience
as
we
received
complaints
from
customers
and
several
orders
from
other
customers
while
we
were
waiting.
I
didn't
say
anything
because
I
felt
sorry
for
the
girls
at
the
cash
register
because
they
couldn't
do
anything
unless
they
were
served
food,
and
I
didn't
say
anything...
There
was
no
energy
in
the
store,
and
there
was
just
a
heavy
atmosphere,
probably
because
all
the
customers
who
had
to
wait
were
irritated.
When
the
food
was
ready,
instead
of
silently
putting
it
on
the
tray,
I
asked
the
cashiers
to
pick
it
up!
Sorry
for
being
late!
You
should
say
something
once
in
a
while.
I
guess
the
only
saving
grace
was
that
I
didn't
yell
in
front
of
the
customers
when
my
part-time
worker
made
a
mistake.
The
kitchen
staff,
especially
the
store
manager
or
the
person
in
charge
of
the
time,
should
take
full
control
to
ensure
that
operations
run
smoothly.
To
put
it
bluntly,
you,
the
employees,
are
lacking
in
ability.
I
felt
so
bad
for
the
part-time
workers
(cashiers)
that
I
almost
cried!
!
postscript
The
reason
the
food
wasn't
served
quickly
may
be
due
to
the
restaurant's
policy
of
serving
freshly
fried
food
instead
of
making
it
ahead
of
time.
Food
delivery
workers
can't
earn
money
unless
they
do
a
lot
of
deliveries.
Even
though
my
life
depended
on
it,
I
regret
that
I
lacked
such
imagination.
I
will
use
it
if
I
have
a
chance
in
the
future,
so
please
do
your
best.
