👍 Although it is somewhat narrow, there is a favorite Nautilus biceps machine, and I use it when I want to change the mood on an arm day. I have not entered a weekday, but it was not crowded on a holiday afternoon.

👍👍 Never too crowded, decent amount of well maintained equipments and very smiley and welcoming staff. English speakers as well for foreigners who can’t do it in full Japanese. They are also equipped with a scale by Accuniq for your weight statistics (although probably on Japanese standards...)
