If you are going there just to get some medicine or have an immediate issue maybe it's OK. But other than that don't go. My experience: I went there for a simple medical exam. I need a physical body check for my job so I would be fit for overseas travel. Doctor showed absolutely no interest in actually doing his job at all. He just wanted me out of their so he can't get to the next patient. I called ahead for an appointment. He simply looked at me and said I LOOKED fine and signed papers. If a doctor in the US did this, they would be fired. Would not give me information for another place to visit for the shots I still need. I wasted 3000 yen and now have to schedule another appointment at somewhere else since I need to be updated on all shots. The nurses were nice though.

Appointments are worth more than life. I came from a hospital (same day) it was recommended by the 1st hospital I went too as it is the only one open with doctors. So the hospital already confirmed that I don't have covid. But this clinic said I should get tested and turned me away and said comeback tomorrow. I have a severely swollen tonsils, super painful to swallow, can't speak, I'm struggling to breathe because the swollen tonsils are blocking my airway triggering my asthma not to mention I'm very weak. The lady said I cannot see the doctor because I don't have an appointment, she said call the number and make an appointment. Fair enough, I understand. So I asked the lady herself If I can instead make an appointment right there and there (because she can see my situation), she said no, I need to call. I'm not sure if it's hard to see that I am in pain, no voice, gasping for air and teary-eyed. And because I couldn't make an appointment call (they have open slots for reservations that day!) I was turned away. I just wanted my throat to be checked and get a prescription? it was truly a big shock and devastating to be turned away like that. Are all medical institutions like that? I thought they were suppose to help people? I wish I stopped breathing right there, that's how painful it was and how crushed I was.

コロナにつき発熱外来に。医者はあらかじめ決まった質問をするだけで、患者の症状をみていない感じ。38度後半の熱を3日耐えて来ている患者が、はきはきとものを答えられると思っているのだろうか？意見を言うのが苦手な人は症状を言えなくて、もやもやするかも。ビジネスライクに薬だけ貰えればいい人は大丈夫かなと思われる。

母親が、熱中症のような症状がでて、念の為病院を、受診しようと土曜日にかかりつけ医のいる田村クリニックへ連絡。連絡をする前にに、コロナの抗原キットで自宅で検査をし、陰性を確認。発熱等もなく、水分を受け付けづらくて頭痛がするので見て貰えたらと連絡すると、発熱等の症状についてものすごく細かく聞いてきて、抗原キットのメーカーまで確認してくる。そして最後には、脳神経外科を紹介され、週明けの受診となると。脱水や熱中症のような症状なので、内科でみてもらえないか？と話すと予約で1杯だから、何時間待つかわかりませんが？と。対応している受け付けの人がかなり高圧的。とにかく来て欲しくないと言う感じを始終出してくる。それなら、診察最後の方に行った方がいいかと言うと、休憩時間とかもあるので、午前の診察終了時間の2時間前には来いと。そして、発熱している場合は受診出来ませんと、とにかくケンカ越しに対応してくる。忙しいのだろうが、ここまで受診を遠回しに断り、別の日を勧める所は初めてです。主治医がいる方は仕方ないと思いますが、なるべくなら避けることをオススメします。こんな酷い対応するクリニックは聞いた事ありませんし、許しては行けないと思います。

コロナでどんなに苦しくてもここには行かないでください😭😭 症状も1ミリも聞いて下さらず、コロナの検査のみ。症状も悪化しています。喘息もそのまま発症しました。看護師さんはそこまで悪い印象はありませんでしたが、医者が言い方を選ばないとすればゴミです。診断書だけいる！って人だけ行ってください1枚1500円です。

発熱外来で来ました。通常の入口とは異なる所。事前に予約して時間の15分前に受付。コロナとインフルエンザ

夏風邪の咳など長引きます しっかり先生にお伝えして診察受けた方が良いです　　治らない場合もう一度受診すれば対象方が変わります　まずはお電話 希望の課を行っても大丈夫だと思います 咳などは呼吸器内科　初回は熱があるので発熱外来からになり、しんどかったらお電話で相談して下さい。

I came in without an appointment and was seen within two hours which is good because it was quite busy, and they prioritise people with appointments. The doctor I saw was very nice and explained everything so that I could understand, he knew some English too so it was a very good experience overall. Recommended!
