元日にラーメンが食べたいというので、18:30頃行きました。ラーメン屋さんがどこも空いてなかったので、山岡家さんには感謝です。入り口の券売機で食券を買って、席についたら、味の濃さ、麺の硬さ、脂の多さを店員さんに伝えます。私達の後から、お客様が長蛇の列をなして券売機に並んでいました。プレミアム塩とんこつは味がなく、美味しくなかったです。チャーシュー味噌ラーメンは味が濃くて美味しかったそうです。

10年から前に初めて行った時、 美味しいと思い月イチくらいで行ってた時がありました。 毎回味が違い、美味しくない時があったので何年か行かなかった。 3・4年前頃か、久しぶりに行った時、 美味しかったので何回か行った。 味が安定していて毎回美味しい。 (特製味噌ラーメン) 今は半年に一回程度。 元従業員でスープまで仕込みをした人と飲むことがあり、毎回味が違かったのはなぜか聞いてみた。 ・レシピ通りにやらない奴がいる。 ってことだって。 今は、そんなことをさせないよう教育管理がしっかりしたのかな⁈ 24時間営業でありがたい。 今の特製味噌ラーメン、お気に入り。 またお邪魔します。
