😠 When I used to go there, I was about 10 minutes late for my reservation due to some circumstances, but the receptionist at that time was very rude and said, ``I'll forgive you this time, but I was supposed to.'' In that case, if you're late, I'll only deal with half of the usual amount! This time I... People often mention treatment, time, treated, hospital, mouth, water,

When I used to go there, I was about 10 minutes late for my reservation due to some circumstances, but the receptionist at that time was very rude and said, ``I'll forgive you this time, but I was supposed to.'' In that case, if you're late, I'll only deal with half of the usual amount! This time I have plenty of time, so I'll forgive you! But this time is special!'' he lectured, looking at me from above. Sure, it was probably my fault for being late, but even though you're dealing with patients, you're dealing with customers, so you shouldn't use that expression, right? In fact, even if I usually arrive before my scheduled appointment time, I still have to wait for the treatment to begin, so I'm angry that he can say things like that... Then, when it came to the actual treatment, I didn't know whether it was a dental assistant or a dental hygienist, but the woman who treated me kept complaining to me, ``I was late for my appointment today, so I'll only do half the treatment!'' So, it ended halfway. What was it about when you looked at me at the reception desk and said, ``I'll forgive you today!''? In the end, only one side of my teeth was cleaned, so I decided to make an appointment for the next week to continue, but it would have been better to cancel this week's cleaning and do it all together the following week, which would save time. It was also good for my mental health! I felt so sick that when it came time for treatment, I switched to a different dentist. I don't want to go there again! Also, according to the website, the selling point is that ``you will sit on the examination table with your shoes on, so you won't have to change into slippers, etc.'', but I wonder if your hands are unsteady during the treatment, or the temporary teeth that will be placed in your mouth. I felt extremely sick when I witnessed the moment when I dropped it on the floor where I was walking with my shoes on. Of course I disinfected it, but wouldn't it be better to think about ways to prevent people from dropping things on the floor where they had declared their shoes on?

I'm worried about the doctor going back and forth between multiple patients at once, and whether he's washing his hands or changing gloves each time. The procedure was not fully explained, and before I knew it, the female dental assistant was cleaning up after the procedure.

Treatment is rough. The instrument hit my gums and it was very painful. I have never experienced anything like this at another hospital. During the procedure, water leaked out of my mouth and onto my face, which was extremely uncomfortable. The teacher speaks quickly and in a low voice, making it difficult to hear. A treatment called CEREC costs 66,000 yen. I had hoped to have the foundation covered by insurance, but for some mysterious reason I was unable to use the insurance and had to pay 11,000 yen out of pocket. Painful expense. I think the total cost at other hospitals was 50,000 yen, probably due to the difference in materials. Treatment costs are too high. Once treatment is complete, consider transferring. Really worst dentistry. As mentioned in other reviews, we were told to be punctual and arrive 10 minutes early for our reservations, but even if we did so, we had to wait most of the time. Also, during the CEREC treatment, the machine that created the teeth was not working properly, so even though I went to the hospital, I was unable to receive the treatment on the same day, which was a waste of time. Also, I took a mold of a silver tooth, but sometimes I dropped it or broke it with something and had to take a mold again. Furthermore, the silver tooth that had just been treated fell out immediately. The teacher in charge changes every time, and I feel very distrustful of them. It's hard to get reservations, so I can only go twice a month. The new teacher's body odor is unpleasant. I told you that I had to give up and transfer to another hospital due to the terrible situation.

I'm generally bad at it. Patients who receive non-profitable treatments such as implants are treated poorly, so be prepared.

In the past, I was dissatisfied with the dental hygienist's response and gave it a low rating, but recently, the new dental hygienist has also improved in his complicated response. I think the reception staff's response is good.

I was told that since it was a very small cavity, the treatment would be completed in one session. It was supposed to be, but after treatment, it started to hurt more and more, and in the end, I was asked whether I should have it removed or leave it as it hurts...I left it as it was. If this was the case, I shouldn't have treated it. I'm scared of the dentist.

If you can't get a reservation at all, it would be nice if you could see me twice a month. I've been patiently going to the hospital, but I can't receive treatment so much that I want to change hospitals... It has the latest equipment and kind teachers, but I think it's a good hospital if you just need plaque removal, whitening, or other maintenance to keep your teeth healthy. It's not good at all if you want to get better quickly or do something right away.

I was having trouble with my filling coming off, and I was grateful that they took care of it right away. The treatment was carefully explained and treated. I would also like to take this opportunity to cure my cavities.

Nice to meet you today, Mr. I don't want you to be in charge next time. I started by forgetting the towel I usually put on my eyes. I choke when water collects in my mouth, so other people use a suction machine near the water machine to reduce the amount of water dripping into my mouth, but today I'm going to use a metal I use a device that lets out water by just hanging it on the corner of my mouth, so the water collects quickly and flows down my neck. As a reflex, I used my fingers to pry my mouth open, and after I finished, my body was shaking, probably from stress.

The explanations and treatments were very thorough and made me want to continue. I had a bad experience at another hospital, but the staff and teachers left a great impression on me and I highly recommend her!

My wisdom teeth were treated. I asked for the filling to be replaced, but they didn't do it. There is no meaning in what I wrote on the questionnaire.

This was my first visit to the hospital, and I was treated with kindness from the beginning. I was worried about what the treatment would be like, but it has eased.
