I
found
the
most
delicious
stew
restaurant!
!
I
happened
to
be
nearby
for
work
during
the
day
on
a
weekday,
so
I
stopped
by
for
lunch.
It
was
after
11
o'clock,
but
perhaps
because
of
the
unfortunate
rainy
weather,
we
were
the
first
customers
of
the
day.
The
two
female
clerks
welcomed
us
very
warmly.
I
was
having
a
hard
time
deciding
between
beef
tendon
stew
and
giblet
stew
set
meal,
but
I
decided
to
choose
between
soy
sauce
Japanese-style
dashi
(beef
tendon)
with
plenty
of
bonito
flakes
or
kotteri
(offal
stew).
After
receiving
this
accurate
advice,
I
chose
the
motsu
stew
(1,070
yen).
Apparently,
there
was
a
lot
of
manual
work
to
be
done
after
receiving
the
order,
so
after
a
while,
I
received
it
with
the
tray.
It's
a
beautiful
set
meal
that
will
make
you
fall
in
love
with
it.
The
rice
was
cooked
very
well.
Miso
soup
is
made
with
young
potatoes.
The
small
bowl
is
a
dip
of
komatsuna
and
fried
tofu.
The
browned
fried
tofu
is
fragrant.
Although
there
were
only
a
small
amount
of
pickles,
there
were
3
types,
and
it
was
a
good
way
to
rest
your
chopsticks.
The
main
motsu
stew
includes
boiled
eggs,
onions,
small
green
onions,
carrots,
radish,
konjac,
and
a
lot
of
very
meaty
stew!
!
There
was
no
smell
at
all,
and
the
soup
was
thick
and
tangy
with
the
pepper.
While
eating
it,
it
was
so
delicious
that
I
regretted
not
being
able
to
eat
any
of
the
other
giblet
stews.
I
finished
the
most
satisfying
set
meal
while
adding
the
extras
on
the
table.
Even
though
the
weather
was
bad,
a
lot
of
customers
were
changing
from
the
moment
I
left
the
store.
It
was
so
delicious
that
the
rain
didn't
matter,
so
I
guess
it's
only
natural.
