Variety of seafood with beers. Great place to hang out for foreigners.

I had meal there yesterday night. The overall quality of the meal is really nice. Seafoods are fresh. 海鮮丼tastes really special, compared which the one I had in Izu. However, the service is a little bit disappointed. My friend inserted her chopsticks in the rice bowl for a while. But suddenly a waitress came with an annoying face and talk to us like it’s rude to inset chopsticks in a bowl for Japanese culture. We really respect the culture difference. But in our culture, there’s not such a thing, so we don’t know that. Based on my feelings, I’m a customer like any other people. The rudest thing for me is interrupting me while I’m talk and having fun with my friends.

I don't know what these other people are talking about; this place is hands down one of the best places I've ever eaten seafood! We went back three more times! I just had to leave a review! Had the set menu B and it's absolutely gorgeous with deep fried fish, potato salad, cabbage, udon and more! They fish your food right from the tank, it's that fresh! The staff were extremely kind even though we were foreigners, and helped as much as they were able to! Even then the menu can be displayed in English! The atmosphere is buzzing constantly and for good reason, which can sometimes lead to small wait times but trust me it's worth it! It's cheap as all hell if you pick right and you come out feeling stuffed!

Been to many Isomaru before... Have to say this branch is lacking "today" compared to others... First of all i usually order lots of scallops... All of the scallops had sand inside which made eating it quite annoying... Most branches also remove the black part of the scallops which shouldn't be eaten anyways but this branch totally doesnt remove it... I will just leave it at this...

One of my favorite restaurant in Ameyoko Shopping Street. But they are many branches around Japan. Good price!! And No Smoking inside.

Fresh Seafood prepared in Sashimi, grilled on fire, freshly cooked , on sushi and deep fried . Best time for dining with chatting, drinking beer, alcoholic soft drink or mixed with fruit juice. Deeserts include almond floats, melon ice, cold mandarins on shaved ice.

The menu here is extensive but the focus is on the live seafood in the tanks right next to the entrance. We got some deep fried school prawns, salted cucumber and cured fish to nibble on while we cooked raw scallops and the miso crab shell on the grill. The food was delicious in general and I really liked to the seafood miso soup. Considering this was our first meal in Japan on this trip, it has set a very high bar for the food to come.

Average quality, good service, convenient for those who look for late night or early morning meal. The grilled fishes are nice but sashimi don so so. Affordable price.

Amazing Izakaya, this one is the franchise restaurant, but the quality is good. The services is nice and staff well trained. There are variety choice of food on the menus. I recommend the real sea food, which is really fresh, good and tasty likes calm or oyster. The restaurant is ope 24hours, but is quite crowed till late mid night. This restaurant is allow to smoke inside, might not be good for kids. The price is quite high but overall is really night restaurant.

The popular Japanese grill seafood in Japan, they have a lot of branches in the whole Japan serve you a fresh ingredients, live seafood and drinks. Price consider cheap when compare to near by restaurant, highly recommended.

Local Japanese that you can try sashimi and grilled seafood. Better to go during lunch time as you need to be on queue at night. Good local store atmosphere.

I had dinner here without reading any reviews before hand. Just walked pass this restaurant and felt like trying. It came out unexpectedly good! Fresh and tasty foods were served. The restaurant was crowded but it was worth it. I had a great time experiencing this during my visit in Japan. Not expensive.

Some menu like Kani miso and fried oyster are still good, but the Hotate needs to improve for more fresh and less sand. The staff here are not that friendly with foreigners’ customers, there is a big room to improve if comparing with other branches’ staff. The rest is ok.

A bit disappointed this time. I have tried this chain shops in different city many times , but this time the food is not fresh enough and the taste is just so so . Seats are too tight and too small,whole dinning experience is worse than expected 😑

Very local way of Japanese food and variety of choices. Best thing is this shop opens 24 hours whenever you feel like eating, you can come to this restaurant.

Affordable seafood located near Ginza station. You order all kinds of seafood ranging from sashimi to fish/clams that you grill in front of you. The prices are super low compared to other restaurants but as a result... don't expect anything super fresh. There's also a seat cover charge which they charge in exchange for some appy dishes. Great seafood grill place. Be prepared to split up into different tables if you have a large group.

Food is fine. Unfriendly to foreigners. The staff put food on table loudly without saying anything and leave instantly. Poker face of course. Such a shame…

Very good seafood selection. Tablet menu in english with happy hour prior to 1700. No smoking at the tables, awesome! There is smoke room available. Overall a good experience.

Nice atmosphere like on the beach, almost young people. Friendly staffs are mostly foreigners ( Vietnamese, Myanmar) Recommend the grill seafoods.

The staff is friendly, open 24hours, reasonable price, having sushi don for my breakfast around 8am. I will be back.

If you come to this area and would like to try seafood, this restaurant is a good choice. A good tased, fresh and good beer. Apart from foods, so crowded in the evening and the air in the restaurant may not flow well , for non smokers may not like it.

Good stop for a "pork free" food for simple seafood. Reasonable price for my party of four.

Fresh oyster and clams, prawn you grill on your table, order are made on iPad able on English and other language so no need to speak Japanese, place is tight and limited table and always a queue so be there early. Price average is high due to fresh ingredient but guaranteed for freshness and taste! Try abalone, giant clam and prawn also you can order fresh sashimi as well!

Was walking by and this place looked popular so decided to give it a try. It was easy to order they give you a tablet to order with. I had the crab miso - pretty good but small portion and wished I had some bread or something to dip it in. Also ordered the grilled squid and mushrooms...not very good at all...and lastly the grilled fatty salmon which was ok I guess but had some bones and again small portion.
