Lovely flagship Gucci boutique that has an expensive interior, red velvet stairs and elevator. Was searching for a lion head cuffs from a few years back and the Japanese staffs were courteous and friendly. Stocks a very good selection of Gucci products. Not the best place to be at when the rowdy Chinese mainlanders invade the store. Noisy, irritating and an utter eyesore. Otherwise, fantastic place to check out new items.

I just got a new belt-bag on 9/3, the employees there were very polite and professional, and the foreign customers could get tax-free prices. I’ll go back to the store if I need anything else , thanks !

Big store

This is the largest and best flagship store of Gucci in Tokyo, and in all of Japan! 4 floors of goodies and the interior design is stunning. Excellent service as always, like all parts of the world. I was served by a charming lady Sei, she's very helpful and knowledgeable with the brand. I was able to find my favorite silver ring. If you're a Gucci fan this is a must visit!

We purchased few items here, included a men belt as a gift for family member. Due to the confusion between US and UK sizes, we bought the wrong size belt. Tung, the sale associate who assisted us with the purchases, showed us how to measure and exchange for a correct size belt (since their policy stated they can only exchange once). They did not have the correct belt size at this store, but they were able to retrieve from another stores. Overall, it was a wonderful experience shopping here and thank you for the incredible hospitality.

Very nice store. Staff were friendly and accommodating. They spoke very good English and made sure we were looked after!

The staff were very kind and experienced and spoke great English. They even recommended us places to go in Tokyo and escorted us out the door to show us where the nearest subway station is after purchase. There were many unique items that were hard to find in my home country. Definetely the best shopping experience I had in a while. Would recommend, and would visit again.

Nice 4 storied building, including bespoke! Staff is well trained, very approachable and knowledgeable. Current collection is very fun! GReat product and great service.

Really happy with the purchase we made here. Went into a few of these boutiques and Gucci was one of the best, experience wise. In large part because of the top notched service by Ayaka.

I popped into the Gucci store that was right around of my hotel during my stay in Tokyo and met the very lovely sales person named Ayaka Nagai! She greeted me so warmly and suggested a couple of handbag options, of which I picked up one. Ayaka was pleasant, knowledgeable and so kind.I enjoyed my shopping experience with her tremendously! Hope to be able to visit the store and Ayaka on my next Tokyo visit! Ps. the store is spread on 4 floors, probably the best in Tokyo Guccis.

Wow. What an exquisite store! The service that I received from Ayaka was world class. I have never been treated so well in a Gucci store until today. Ayaka went above and beyond with every single aspect from the moment I entered the store. She was very knowledgeable and answered any questions I had. She also allowed me to see and try on anything that caught my eye. To add to it all, her English was outstanding which made my experience very pleasant. I definitely recommend visiting this store and if you happen to have Ayaka as your sales associate, you are in for a treat. Thank you Ayaka!

Ayaka-san helped me find my new tights and shirt. She is wonderful and really knows my style. The store is clean and all the associates are very kind.

Kool place many interesting things

Extremely rude treatment by the security guard and salesman assuming cause I’m young and different ethnicity. Came to purchase a wallet for Mother’s Day; stopped by security and i had to show him what i was looking for on my phone in order to let pass to the salesman and salesman Denied of having similar products to what i had pulled up on the website; all whiles i could see the wallets on self.

There was a staff on the 7th floor between 18:30pm to 19:00pm on 29th June 2023 was very rude to customers. But other staff seems more nice and professional.
