    Ordered take out on Thursday April 6. My boyfriend and I were very excited to try this restaurant. We opened our caesar salad and calamari along with our flounder dish and seafood pasta dish. One bite into our flounder dish I had a long hair in my mouth. Of course I was finished with that meal. I tried to call back to the restaurant three times to return the dish or refund. However, there was no answer. I called.and spoke to Erica the owner the next day and she said there is nothing I can do for you and hang up the phone. After spending $154.00 dollars on dinner I would think they would of handle this in a more professional manner. Please be away customer service is heartless.

    Mediocre. Not worth the price, and it was all overpriced. Everything was a little bland. Short rib ravioli was actually plain cheese ravioli with a piece of tough short rib. Oysters Rockefeller was an over battered oyster on top of cream with a little spinach. Caesar salad was good. Service was good. BYOB

    We had a reservation here and person in our party was ill and we could not make it to the dinner and they charged us $25 per person per Open Table policies? Give me a break! No other restaurants on LBI do this and I called well in advance to let them know and the person answering could not have been ruder and could of cared less. Ill think twice about eating here in the future and we are long term tourists that come here annually. Change your irregular policies and have some compassion!

    Food was great. We had reservations, but they sat us 30 minutes late. No one came to wait on us for another 20 minutes. Then after one hour at the table, they came to the table and asked us to hurry and finish our meal. They came a second time and told us they needed the table and we needed to finish desert and leave. The table next to us was so loud and obnoxious, they were disturbing everyone around us, but yet the restaurant didn't say anything to them ???? Regulars but won't be going back.

    My family usually loves this place and I am never one to leave a poor review but we had made a reservation a few days ago and a family issue came up so we called to cancel our reservation. We called shortly before open time leaving a voicemail, then called a bit after to make sure they got our voicemail. The woman who picked up was irate with us and INCREDIBLY rude, with zero patience about the situation and saying we should’ve called at least two days in advance. She proceeded to hang up on us mid sentence after saying we had never left a voicemail (which we had not even 20 minutes prior.) It’s a popular restaurant and I understand it is an inconvenience, but things happen and her attitude was incredibly disrespectful and uncalled for, especially for a place that will be able to fill the seats easily. This used to be one of our favorite restaurants but never again with this new management.

    My wife has a mobility trained service dog. The hostess/manager attempted to tell us we couldn’t bring him in. We politely told her it was law and that we were allowed to. She then asked for service paperwork. I offered to retrieve it from our car and asked why she was requesting it, as the animal had done nothing to warrant suspicion that he wasn’t a true service animal. She said never mind and sat us. She then proceeded to apologize to all the other tables as they were sat that there was a service animal in the restaurant. We felt her actions were both disrespectful and unprofessional and will not be dining here again.

    Enjoyed the apps and dessert (honey fig gelato was fantastic) but was a liiiiiiiiiittttle disappointed with dinner considering the prices for the dish. My family really enjoyed their dishes so maybe it was just me. Service was excellent!

    We came here to meet with friends and have a wonderful night together. The owner was a horrible hostess and absolutely mistreated customers with lies that she told the police here In Ship bottom. Make sure you bring cash to pay for your meal because according to her they only allow three credit cards per table as a form of payment!!!!!! I have NEVER Heard of this before that the entire table could not or would not be allowed to pay per couple with credit cards!!!! Food mediocre!!! NOTHING TO BRAG ABOUT !!!! Not planning on coming here ever again when there are SO MANY OTHER QUALITY RESTAURANTS in the area. I am NOT disgruntled, I am disappointed by this owner’s horrible treatment and lies.

    A very good meal. Short a server our visit, but did not cause a problem. Regarding "menu additions", prices are not offered unless you ask -- they are generally twice the price of the items listed on the menu. The check was more than twice our last visit.

    We ate here on Sunday night and they were so accommodating when we requested the porch. The kindness and courtesy of all the staff is amazing. Now add to it their spectacular food - Delicious. Our 4th time dining there this year and all I can say is WOW and Thank you!

    Food was great. Best restaurant on the island. Scallops were delicious and pprk chop was very tasty. Would highly recommend them. Server Nate was very nice.

    We had made a reservation for 7:45 with the required $25 deposit per person. At 7:45 we were told it would be a few minutes and we needed to wait outside (even though the table that we would eventually be seated at was being cleared and reset at that moment.) The hostess was very unpleasant. We waited another 10 minutes which would have been fine but our reservation would have been in jeopardy if WE had been 10 minutes late. The food was merely OK. My husband ordered a veal chop special and struggled to cut through it with a steak knife. My parmigiana trio was more breading than anything else.
