My
family
usually
loves
this
place
and
I
am
never
one
to
leave
a
poor
review
but
we
had
made
a
reservation
a
few
days
ago
and
a
family
issue
came
up
so
we
called
to
cancel
our
reservation.
We
called
shortly
before
open
time
leaving
a
voicemail,
then
called
a
bit
after
to
make
sure
they
got
our
voicemail.
The
woman
who
picked
up
was
irate
with
us
and
INCREDIBLY
rude,
with
zero
patience
about
the
situation
and
saying
we
should’ve
called
at
least
two
days
in
advance.
She
proceeded
to
hang
up
on
us
mid
sentence
after
saying
we
had
never
left
a
voicemail
(which
we
had
not
even
20
minutes
prior.)
It’s
a
popular
restaurant
and
I
understand
it
is
an
inconvenience,
but
things
happen
and
her
attitude
was
incredibly
disrespectful
and
uncalled
for,
especially
for
a
place
that
will
be
able
to
fill
the
seats
easily.
This
used
to
be
one
of
our
favorite
restaurants
but
never
again
with
this
new
management.
