Firstly,
my
conflict
of
interest:
The
brothers
that
own
this
place
are
good
friends/family
of
mine.
But
I
paid
for
my
own
meal
(against
their
wishes
in
these
few
days
of
it
opening)
so
I
could
try
and
report
an
honest
review.
Had
it
been
substandard
service
or
food
then
most
likely
I'd
not
be
writing
this
(ie.
it
was
most
excellent,
so
I
am
completing
the
review).
I
also
usually
try
not
to
give
a
5/5
but
the
service
and
food
were
both
an
A*
(that's
the
highest
grade
achievable
for
those
young
uns
that
don't
know
their
cm
from
their
inch).
Anyway,
I
got
there
whilst
none
of
my
mates
were
about
-
well
coordinated
somehow
-
and
the
chap
at
the
service
desk
was
unknown
to
me.
The
service
was
most
excellent,
with
a
smile!
I
asked
what's
recommended
and
was
told,
'what
kind
of
thing
do
you
like'.
We
settled
on
a
'smash
burger'
which
seems
to
be
a
heavy
patty
of
mince
meat
in
a
patty
and
a
broche
bun
(nice
touch).
I
requested
it
without
burger
sauce
(what's
wrong
with
everyone
that
they
want
burger
sauce
in
every
burger
these
days)
and
added
3
chicken
wings.
Bill
came
to
about
£6.50
which
featured
some
of
the
tastiest
chips
I've
ever
had.
The
chicken
wings
came
with
thai
sweet
chilli
sauce
(dipped
in
I
believe)
and
the
waiting
time
quoted
was
7
to
8
minutes.
As
estimated,
the
food
was
was
served
almost
to
the
minute
(but
it
is
the
first
week
of
opening
and
there's
yet
to
be
the
advertising
campaign)
and
I
reckon
this
may
be
due
to
the
fact
that
they're
not
trying
to
sell
everything
under
the
sun.
Everything
was
lovely
and
I
have
no
choice
but
to
give
a
5
star
rating
(cos
it
was).
Portion
sizes
were
just
right,
not
aimed
at
sumo
wrestlers
but
also
not
small
enough
for
a
mouse.
Came
with
napkins
as
well
as
some
hand
wipes
which
were
welcomed.
All
in,
a
lovely
experience
for
which
I'll
be
back.
Hopefully
next
time
I'll
come
proper
hungry
(this
time
I
had
already
eaten
but
couldn't
leave
Bradders
without
trying
this
new
place)
and
with
an
appetite.
Tables
were
awesome
and
the
reception/seating
area
was
spacious.
I
can
see
myself
riding
past
on
my
bike.
Well
done
everyone
and
keep
it
up.
May
Allah
give
you
'the
Barakah/blessings'
and
thanks
so
much
for
not
having
music
blasting!!
I
don't
listen
to
it
and
I
know
for
sure
there's
plenty
more
in
the
world
that
will
appreciate
that
extra
touch
aswell...
