When I walked in took 10 minutes for them to take my order as they were too busy chatting and swearing in front of customers glad there was no kids in at the time. 20 mins later what was only a happy meal and a milkshake the lass threw the happy meal across the table then had to ask about my drink. The state of the back area where the cook was horrible food all over the floor and boxes not appetizing in front of customers at all

Arrived Saturday 19/03/22 at 18:40. When eventually ready, my Big Tasty and fries were hot and (unusually) they were crispy as well. Sadly, the food took a long time to prepare. While I was waiting, a number of people who were waiting for fresh food after going through the drive thru came in to complain they'd been waiting over 20 minutes. I was probably waiting about 20 minutes too, due to the number of large Just Eat orders going through.

Food is poor always cold and chips under cooked pasty and cold and always half the portion it should be I waited 45 mins in the drive through park bay and had to go in the restaurant in the end to find out where my FAST FOOD was!! Definately not worth the wait The lady on the first window put my change in the charity box without even asking me ....it was only a few pence but not the point !! And when I questioned this they refused to give me my change saying they did not have any ! Avoid this particular restaurant ! These pics are actually the portion received on my medium meal !!

Rubbish McDonald's.. food cold most of the time. They never have milkshakes or mcflurrys available past 6pm..staff look miserable. Fries are usually thrown upside down into bag without any consideration. I'd rather travel further away to a more decent McDonald's than use this one even though I live close.

I’m not one of doing these reviews but it was needed!! Absolutely rubbish service eat in or take away!! Take away is even worst. They always miss something and seems like they are trained not to give napkins to people which is so annoying or you order £30 worth of food and they and they give you 2 napkins! On take aways you explicitly put a note for the sauces and they never come 🤦🏽🤦🏽🤦🏽 I worked in Mc Donald’s and I used to always go above expectations even if it’s a fast food restaurant!!! Train your staff properly!!

This is the best McDonald’s in Bradford. I don’t know why, but the food here is better than everywhere else in Bradford at McDonald’s. Ive tried every other one but the food here is the best quality.

Wet triple cheeseburger with cheese/sauce on the outside... unedable not to mention no pickle was repeatedly asked for & not received! No milkshake 'cleaning the machine' disgracefull excuse when busy drop burger in water squash into wrapper also wet sauce cheese everywhere not hungry now!

I'm not sure what's happened to McDonald's recently but what used to be a fast food restaurant and a convenient option for a quick meal with the family is no longer true. A 40mins wait time for the rude staff to still get my order wrong is a joke, this is not the first bad experience I've had in the recent months

Shocking half of the items was out of stock even sauces! was getting very annoying every item i asked for they said it was not in stock, Milkshakes, Mcflurry, doughnuts, sweet curry sauce! Then to make it even worse the food was flat cold (Large Big mac meal) not sure how they have a 5 star hygiene rating to be honest

Car park was full, and the inside looked full too. Only parking space available, was one where you order food to you car, so i ordered it to go. Waited about 15 minutes, then a young lad came out, and we could finally see our food. But the wind blew one of our happy meals on the floor, so he picked it up and put it back on the tray. I wasn't bothered as it's in a box. But then his cap blew off and he ran after it. I said give us our food first, then get it, but he he insisted on chasing it down the car park with our food in hand. Eventually gave it us, on his way back, and it was cold. Fries were half full. Didn't have time to go back and complain. Not one of McDonalds better stores.

Surprised this place hasn’t been shut down.. the only thing they consistently do well is get your orders wrong. Cold food I wouldn’t feed to my dog, go to any other McDonald’s this one’s a joke.. won’t be returning.

Regularly go here for drive-thru and whilst I've had no issues with the food, the wait times for getting it can be terrible. When using the drive-thru, 9 times out of 10 you have to park up and wait for the food to come to your car. This wait can be anything between 5 and 15 minutes at busy times, which isn't exactly fast food. I do think since they started doing home delivery that the drive through service has gone downhill and it has put us off visiting.

This McDonald’s needs a complete reshape in staffing or simply just closing down. Eveytime we order something is wrong. However tonight was incredibly frustrating. We ordered food from Uber eats and they got our whole order wrong! The food that came to us was A, completely inedible as me and my partner are both vegetarians and b, someone’s else’s order and Finally c the order we placed was over £25 and other order received was £8.67. Absolutely horrible service and will not be ordering again. Cya

Definitely worst McDonalds in whole Yorkshire. Everytime we go there orders are mistaken and missing stuff. If you order hamburger most of time I'll have only ketchup in nothing else. Many time we had to drive there back as half of stuff were not in bag. Definitely will stop visiting this horrible place. Avoid

Came here 12am yesterday after a long shift at an event. Unfortunately it was closed. Opening times on door said closed 12am Friday and Saturday. So tonight we came after todays long shift at 11.30pm. Guess what? They were closed. They finished early. Not happy. If it says 12am close you close at 12am!!! Wasted journey

Called there this afternoon and the young lady serving the food didn’t say one word to me, nor did she make eye contact, smile or in any way acknowledge my presence. I don’t normally fill in this type of review but it’s bugged me all afternoon how ignorant she was! Food was fine, guy taking the payment very pleasant but she seemed unsuited to the role, rude or shy, I’m not sure.

Didn't wait long for our food, was a tad cold. Service was good from the floor staff especially from Gera, he welcomed us and made sure we got everything we needed with our meal, 1st time I've had this service from here.

Just ordered some food on drive through, ridiculous place, staff and food!!! Got a wrap of the day, came home opened it up and it's just plain bread with one tiny piece of chicken and plenty of sauce!!! What is this???? New saver menu???? Won't be going again and won't recommend to anyone!!!! For those who goes make sure you triple check all your food several times so you won't get disappointed when you open it up at home!!! Boycott McDonald's for bad service!!! Food not cheap, service horrible, staff is rude and don't care about their job at all!!!

Yet again. Given this place another chance to see if it's improved just got worse. Now being told I have to pay for sauce when I just ordered a meal. I could possibly could understand if I was asking for excessive amounts of sauce, I went away with no sauce this time and the food is never warm from thus one

The worst mcdonalds I've ever been too.. the staff are arrogant and rude. The food is a joke.. the mess they give you in the bag is just immature and petty. They cover everything in a ridiculous amount of sauce then throw it in the bag.. kick it around the store before giving it to you through the drive trough window with no napkins to clean up the mess it will surly cause in your car.. onky way to discribe the food is just a soggy mess in a bag an to top it off the wrong drinks.. i guarantee it.

Absolutely useless!!! Got the order wrong in drive through.. Was then made to park up and come in to re order.... Also missed straws and condiments. Had an attitude at the window too! The order was 2 double cheese burgers and fries... So not a massive list either!

The food here is very nice indeed. However the big disappointment for me is that when you order through just eat McDonald’s automatically apply a 50p service charge which just eat then pass on to the customer. A service charge should be optional just like it would be in a restaurant. This therefore would make me never ever order from here again until they change their act on things like this. You are not getting a service when you are ordering through a separate platform.
