It’s a typical Costa but a good example. Staff are friendly and helpful and there’s plenty of seating. Toilets weren’t the cleanest (floors mainly) but I could see staff checking them and filling up hand towels so they’re obviously on top of it.

KAIYN deserves a special mention here...his customer service skills are first class and hes genuinely friendly and welcoming. Makes a welcomr change to the often robotic service in places like Costa. Big respect to him for taking pride in what he does and doing it very well !

Enjoy my coffee here, always pleasant staff and reasonably priced. Always get a toastie and sit outside and they bring my drink and toastie out for me when it's done.

Be patient! It's worth the wait, delicious coffee! Only 2 staff but work attentively and professionally, wish there was a 3rd member of staff to help clear cups and plates on tables. Said goodbye when leaving,will be visiting again :)

The staff need training in "customer service with a SMILE". The atmosphere is not friendly or customer orientated. When it's so expensive to have a coffee or drink, never mind high food costs, you should at least get friendly smile and attentative service. Not impressed!!!!

Excellent service and food and drinks were lovely. The staff here need medals for all they have to put up with! After witnessing a torrent of abuse a young male barista had to deal with today! :( ALWAYS Be kind!

Just very very slow, if there is a qué of three people it's about a 20min wait. Qué up a bunch times just easier going to Gregg's.

I've been coming here for about 5 years. The staff are usually friendly, the coffee is always up to the usual high Costa standards and there's almost always somewher to sit.

A good Costa, the drinks are really nice having a Costa card is handy, however the toilets are often unclean and they don’t do gluten free food which is a shame

I ordered a takeaway capuccino with caramel, got in the car and drove away, after a few minutes I realized that there was something wrong with this coffee, I tried again, looked inside and it turned out to be milk with water and chocolate sprinkles. I turned the car around and asked for a second coffee but unfortunately I didn't get it, the lady from the service decided that I had drunk too much so apparently the "coffee" was good. I did not expect such impudence. I will avoid the place from a distance, and it was enough for the barista to admit that there was a mistake and offer a second coffee. I realized that it's more profitable to lose a customer than another coffee.

I go here everyday for a cappuccino. Staff are lovely. Food is great.

Had to send three coffee's back, luke warm, put them in the microwave to warm up, terrible!!!

Dirty store. Old food on the window frames, extremely hot and all the windows steamed up. Worker came over to take our tray and plates when we were still eating and drinking. Food and drinks bang on as always 👌 Not the best Costa around.

Met with an old high school friend for a coffee and the barrista insisted on making a fresh latte as the original wasn't quite up to his standard 😅 respect to the guy for having pride in his work 👍🏻 wonderful experience 🙏

This Costa looks to be in the middle of a refurb. Some of the walls were down to bare plaster. I've been here a couple of times and to be honest the service doesn't match up to others Costa's I've been too. I couldn't see any trays and I wasn't given one to carry my hot drink. (this could be dangerous)And I wasn't given any serviettes either. So it's always awkward when you have to put down your wet used spoon on the table.

Quite poor service every time I go in there. Coffee is ok but just a cup of coffee, I wouldn't bother with the food.

Just a perfect spot for a quick work meeting. Clean inviting and bright, good facilities and pleasant staff.
