Me and the Mrs always enjoy coming here. The food is lovely and service on point. The ambience is very chilled out and the pianists is really good, just takes the atmosphere to another level. They have a very diverse menu, something to cater for everyone. We always enjoy going for breakfast, and having the full english with the special hot chocolate, and I add a latte to it lol. We've never really had a bad meal here. So we definitely recommend, well worth a trip...

Average, the customer service was hit and miss. Some staff members excellent and attentive. Others didn’t seem to keen to be working. Food is average, but for the prices you are paying I would say just about cuts it. Desserts I would say are brilliant, would I come again? Not in a rush to do so. Decor is lovely. Some things Slightly make it not such a great experience. For example the cleanliness of tables, lack of customer service and didn’t understand the concept of a mocktail being served in a chemistry measuring glass? I get its “ different” but for the decor and whole theme of pearls just seemed strange overall nice place just a few downsides. Hair on my plate also off putting. I have just read another customer had the same experience.

Really nice place, love the layout, Gives you the abroad holiday feel. With lovely soft music in background, this was a first visit and the staff were really friendly and we seated immediately. The menu has lots of variety, we went for the full breakfast, parmesan Bolognese and starters we had the Garlic and cheese breads. All of these were really nice and were hot when served. For drinks we had the hot chocolate and the pearl special milkshake. Was really impressed with the milkshake would recommend. Overall I would recommend a visit and I will be going back. Great work to all.

We visited as a family of 5 on a Sunday and I have to say we were all very pleased with the quality of the breakfast here and the atmosphere. It was busy but pleasant with a gentleman playing the piano that was really soothing. The wife said it was possibly the best breakfast she’s had 😬 Another bonus was that they offered NHS discount which saved us little of the bill. I’ll definitely be visiting again.

Visited this place with my sisters and was hugely disappointed. I ordered a Victoria sponge, my sister ordered a chocolate fudge cake with custard and my other sister ordered a strawberry tart. The chocolate fudge cake was fine and my sister enjoyed it. The “Victoria Sponge cake” I ordered however was not a Victoria sponge, it was a slice of cake from somewhere like Yaadgaar. I have a had a Victoria sponge from here before and it was delicious, so I instantly saw the difference. I politely informed the lady serving us and she kindly said I’ll get you another slice of cake and asked what I would like, and I asked for a chocolate fudge cake. When she bought the replacement her whole attitude had changed… I’m not sure if the second slice of cake was to be docked from her wages, but she avoided coming to the table again. The strawberry tart was rock hard, my sister tried breaking/bashing it with a spoon but couldn’t break it and just resorted to eating the three strawberries off it. We were absolutely appalled. A member of staff came over to the table and I told her about the tart and she said oh yeah I had one this morning and it was hard too, like that made it all okay. When we went to pay I informed the cashier and he said we wouldn’t have to for the strawberry tart. One bite of the tart is all my sister managed to break off. The manager deducted the price of the tart from the bill and we left.

The place is so beautiful and elegant. My husband and l went for brunch and tea and we were very pleased with the good food and also food presentation and quick service even though they were busy on a Monday. I would love to go back again and again just for the good vibe and nice quality food. They have really nice spicy chicken sausages with English breakfast.

Went and visited on a Saturday afternoon, the place was quite busy but we were seated straightaway. We ordered the Grilled Chicken Goujons with fries, a Hot Chocolate and Orange Juice, and 5 macaroons to takeaway. The Grilled chicken was juicy and tender, the fries were plentiful and crispy. All in all a good experience. After paying and leaving the restaurant it looks like we were overcharged for what we ordered considering we paid £29 for all of that.

Nice family friendly environment. There is a lot of space so you don’t wait to long to be seated. Food also comes out quick and efficient. Tea didn’t brew as well. Did request for another tea bag and it was pretty much the same thing. (You can see from the photos) Pricing can also be a downside as the small tarts were £7.50!!

Hi guys was very disappointed after hearing so much hype about this place on line. I must say the quality of the food was on par with Tesco breakfast and the service well don't get me started. The pallet was poorly presented and at one point we was told the food has ran out. Only until I asked the manger what's going on he agreed to find some extra paranta 😂😂😂😂 Staff are trying but the whole process from getting a table - ordering to waiting for you food is a joke. We order the desi tea and was shocked to receive reheated old powered milk tea. After pointing this out to the waiter agreed it doesn't look right - so why serve it ??? We must have better standards or expect higher quality of food and ingredients in Birmingham. So please look beyond the decor and the live piano, it's the food what really matters ! This place was a real let down and I don't understand why ??? Come to ladana in Brum and then compare what a good breakfast is. On the plus side Noor was amazing and really tried her upmost to feel us welcome.

Such a lovely place to be , for high tea , breakfast , lunch , dinner ! Such a great varied menu and all is halal ! Great selection of drinks and desserts. Kind staff and quick service , cozy little patisserie . Ample parking just opposite the patisserie . However pricy for portion size .

First time coming here and I must say, best halal english breakfast in bradford for sure! It’s such a nice vibe inside with no silly pop music, just classical. Really nice seating and deco all over. Ordered the cheesy garlic bread (only downside today - wasn’t baked long enough, floppy almost but still tasty), the chicken parm goujon (not the actual name but its on the “light bites” page on menu) - this was amazing… juicy and succulent chicken parm bites. Pearls full english was spot on. The lamb chops were😍…. So soft to the bite, perfectly cooked, not chewy at all and flavour was great (i opted for medium spice). Also got the masala fish which just seemed like a masala-batter version of the usual fish and chips… still really good and flaky fish, batter was crispy and not as oily tasting as I thought! Very much pleased. We got the hot chocolate with marshmallows and a “Dry Ice Mango Mojito” - something different in bradford! Really refreshing and perfect for someone who loves a sweeeeet drink! Paid £60.25 - Will be back for the desserts next time insha allah!

Enjoyed our drinks and service was great when we needed to replace one of the drinks and add caramel to our iced coffees. Food arrived faster than we expected, considering it was Sunday afternoon and busy. I ordered the fish and chips and although I enjoyed my meal, it's not something I'd order again. The tartare sauce is amazing 😄 Should have got the breakfast, will definitely try breakfast next time. 😊

Lovely ambience, good food and nice range of desserts. The place is a bit pricy but it is affordable for a good night out. Also staff is good, even though there always bit a confusion about dishes.

Love this place. I’ve been here for breakfast lunch and dinner and all my experiences have been great. The place itself is bright and pretty. The food is always great and staff are friendly. My last visit I had the dynamite prawns and they were very nice. A lovely lady called Afsana served me, she was very attentive and nothing was too much trouble. Thank you

Pleasantly surprised by this little gem. By the name I tough it just served tea / cakes etc. But there is a wide variety of food available. Staff are fantastic, polite & extremely helpful. Decor is really nice. Food was pleasantly good along with a decent portion size. Be prepared to queue at times as it does get busy. Great family atmosphere, will definitely be visiting again.

Traveled from London to see family. The food was average. We ordered the falafel burger with cheesy fries which turned out dry and not freash. The decor was beautiful and the staff friendly and welcoming. Would I visit next time. Probably not.

I visit this place frequently, it is my favourite place to go out for a meal. The atmosphere is friendly and the greeting is very welcoming. The decor feels luxurious, and the seating is comfortable. It is a nice family friendly environment and even though it’s busy, there is a lot of space and you don’t wait long for a table. The food menu caters to everyone and they have the best desserts! The food is definitely quality therefore worth the price and it always comes out quick and efficient. They have the most amazing staff who accommodate to every need! I had a problem with my drink and the staff sorted it straight away. She was so friendly and polite, she was called Madeeha. I will always be back, this is one place which will always be my favourite!

The atmosphere is friendly and the greeting is very welcoming. The decor feels luxurious, and the seating is comfortable. The table placement enables privacy. We all enjoyed our meals from poached eggs on toast to chicken toasties. Coffee, flavoured tea, etc. We couldn't fault the food, and there was ample to feed a healthy appetite. On the negative side, high chairs were all dirty, I had to request one cleaning. Which was performed quickly. On the production of the bill, they wouldn't split the bill to allow individuals to pay for their choices. I advise individual bills if you require that facility. We would definitely return.

Pros: French toast was nice Cons: -table was dirty, asked staff to clean, which they tried to … was still dirty - original Parmesan was dreadful, especially considering the price. Came out within 5/10 mins, wasn’t fresh, Overkill with the cheese, way too much. Chicken steak, average at best Probably won’t return
