Super amazing park for children and adults , it is really big and has a lake with ducks in it. The fun fair even made it more exciting. So come as a family to have fun.

Lister Park is one of the biggest parks in Bradford. It is well situated in a quiet and serene environment. It has a very large playing ground (green fields) as well as different types of playing equipment for kids. The manual peddling boat with the ducks swimming around is a fun ride for the family. It has courts for lawn tennis and basket ball. The park is also suitable for meditation as there are quiet and peaceful areas to relax. A lovely place to be.

Itโ€™s a beautiful park with lots of free parking onsite and offsite, it has kids playgrounds but itโ€™s busy with older kids just lingering around so younger kids canโ€™t go on it. the management in charge need to start giving out fines to people littering and have big signs showing they will get penalised, people with dogs need to keep dogs on leash bloody nuisance, took my kids to the boat ride they enjoyed it, the price overall for boat ride is pricey if it was a bit less then they would have few more people using the boats

Always a quiet and restful park, but can get noisy during school holidays. Popular with dog walkers, but recommend that dogs be kept on a leash, as there is a substantial children's play area in the grounds. There is a bonus here as it also includes the beautiful Cartwright Hall, well worth a visit. Refreshments are also available at the hall, but please check opening hours before traveling.

What a beautiful and well kept park! My partner has moved in near by and we were both overyby how beautiful the park is, fascinating and completely unexpected. Itโ€™s a tranquil place to visit with lots of places to sit and take in the surroundings. The visitors to the park are also respectful of the space and itโ€™s kept mostly litter free. We will definitely be coming back.

Really nice park. I have to mention the fact that the last time i went, there were rats or mice everywhere and it wasn't pleasant to see. Other than that, the park is big to explore the different areas.

Lovely park with so much to do . Walk around, outdoor gym equipment, or just sit and chill to take in the surroundings. If you have kids, there is a great park for them to use with loads to play on . Great day out.

Really love this park. Clean and tidy. The council and local residents really look after it. The lake is great but could do with a clean now and then as litter blows in to it. The boats are great to hire and the cafe is good too. The fountains and botanical gardens are beautiful. Great for walking and riding.

Fantastic place for a walk either solo or with friends and family. Cartwright Hall is a must visit if you have the time. As always do take all your rubbish with you or dispose in bins as situated.

Beautiful, well-kept grounds with great play areas for children. Cartwright Museum was very well done- very user- friendly, good for children. Pity the cafe were short-staffed so unable to serve any food, apart from cakes.

A lovely and historic park in Bradford. There's also an art gallery with cafe, and another cafe near the lake. It boasts tennis courts, a bowling green and gardens. It also has a fantastic playground for the kids with some quite unique playground apparatus that I've not seen in other playgrounds around the Leeds/Bradford area.

Nice lake with little cafe and toilets boat's available to go round the lake. Lots of big open spaces to play ball games. The museum is open to look round free of charge with a cafe and toilets. A lovely park that reminds me so much of the victorian era. Lovely gardens, great little pavilion cafe (great ice cream and chai pink) and then Cartwright Hall is a lovely addition and it's all free.

This park has created a botanical area too, it's looks amazing and you can see different plants and flowers. Nice area to walk or jog, and play area too.

Walk in here anytime, anyday to relax your body and or mind in the most enabling environment with a large expanse of green land, purposeful trees providing the right canopy. With an interesting blend of topography and structures, Lister Park is great for a wide range of other activities as well - viewing art exhibitions, children funfairs, boat-riding, 5-aside soccer, picnics, get-togethers and so on. I think the public underutilises this wonderful park and the management should look to generate more interest.

Went through the museum. It had improved massively. Helpful staff, quiet and calm. All in all a nice place to visit. Then the park, was autumn in full swing, some pretty areas. Again well worth a visit, esp the Japanese area in the North East of the park.

As cities and towns become more crowded parks such as Lister become ever more the cardinal blessing. Please indulge and nurture what we have. ๐Ÿ™‚โœจ
