The
Centre
is
ok/good
and
there
quite
a
few
shops
inside;
to
mention
a
few,
ASDA,
Wilko,
MacDonald,
Poundland,
Subway,
Premiere
Cinema,
and
many
others.
I
was
dropping
off
my
child
to
cinema
and
took
the
opportunity
to
buy
few
things.
The
entrance
for
pedestrian
is
minutes
away
by
walk
from
Liberty
car
park
and
pedestrian
area
leading
to
the
Brewery
Shopping
Centre
and
Romford
Train
Station.
The
access
for
cars
is
on
the
side
of
building
and
is
ok
(wide
enough).
Parking
is
ok.
-
If
you
park
on
the
floor
where
you
arrive
with
your
vehicle,
it
will
lead
you
to
Wilko
(2nd
level).
-
if
you
arrive
as
a
pedestrian,
you
will
arrive
on
1st
level.
Shops
are
ok
and
as
expected.
Staff
are
professional
and
very
nice.
Staff
on
payment
tills
are
very
nice
and
helpful.
So
in
general,
I
was
very
happy
with
the
Mall
Shopping
Centre
environment.
It
looked
all
clean
(I
did
not
visit
any
toilets
so
I
cannot
comment
on
this)
Improvements
suggestion:
(1)
I
think
however,
the
car
park
payment
machines
need
full
upgrade.
At
the
time
of
my
visit,
many
machines
were
faulty.
They
did
not
take
card
or
notes.
We
had
to
have
coins.
Thankfully
a
great
gentleman
(member
of
staff
car
park
team)
came
to
look
at
the
payment
machine
on
car
park
outside
Wilko
and
repaired
and
he
helped
all
us
being
able
to
pay.
So
a
big
thank
you
to
this
gentleman,
who
was
really
helpful.
But
these
Pay
Machines
need
investments
and
improving.

Exit
from
car:
it
is
a
long
way,
all
around
the
Mall
to
the
outside
and
further
around.
It
is
well
signed
but
on
the
slop
down
the
person
in
front
of
me
took
the
line
of
right
which
is
a
dead
end
on
steep
hill.
I
could
see
the
person
after
having
to
reverse
with
difficulty.
This
line
should
be
closed
to
prevent
this
issue.
