Oh my, I don't usually leave reviewes but the food here was extremely bad, really really bad. Clearly those who enjoyed it don't get fed well at home. Avoid at all cost! When addressed with the manager his attitude was disgusting. I wish I could rate this in its minuses!!

The food is fresh and they have a lot of options to choose from and the service is excellent too. We ordered the grilled fish and some chilli nachos they were delicious and a nice size portions. Some dishes however are on the small size and they could offer some more salads with the dishes the bring out other than that the food is nice. The place is a little small although they do have another space for families so you can sit in comfort and enjoy your food. The place is always busy which is a good sign that the food is good as people will come back so I can recommend this place is defiantly worth a try.

They only take cash but then they don't have paper menu's, you have to go online to check the menu🤔, imagine you got no data or your phones dead... Anyway the toilet condition was appling and to Top it off the flush didnt work🤯... YOU HAVE TO PAY FOR TAP WATER BECAUSE ITS BEEN THROUGH A FILTER WHAT? I said I'll have the unfiltered water like i do everyday at home. Food was ok, service was good.

Worst food place we have ever been to the food was disgusting!!! Rubbish service, we did not like the food and the staff refused to replace it for something else, the portion size were also small. we will never be going back here, the restaurant needs closing down. I am giving it 0 stars please do not waste your money here like we did.

Really enjoyed the evening was welcome in by a polite smart young looking waiter He asked us if we would like to take a seat upstairs or downstairs as I had my family so he seated us upstairs. It was our first visit so we asked him to recommend something nice so he recommended the mega platter that could feed up to 5 people it was food that I have never had any where else it was true what the waiter said the quality is there soon as the food arrived to the table the smell was so Beautiful and from the taste to the texture of the food was on point thank very much will see u soon also let me know the waiters name in the response section so I can add his name in the review once again hats go off to him thank you so much 😊😊

Don’t know why people go to this place as the food is below standards. According to the name the place is a grill place so you would expect your food to be grilled and freshly served but not in my experience! We got reheated grilled starters which where awful ! For the mains we got 1 chicken curry 2 lamb curry’s which were so dry and just tasted like they have been boiled and had been mixed in a gravy of tomatoes. The food is vile and I would not recommend it. On top of the the prices are ridiculous for what you get. Customer service is the worst I have ever experienced ! We told the waiter that the starters were reheated and cold to which he responded “oh is it” then laughed and walked away. They knocked £2 of the bill for the poor quality of food 😂 Don’t waste your time it’s disgusting!!

This was a random choice going off reviews. I must say I was not disappointed. The service was brilliant the food was delicious the restaurant was clean and decor was lovely. I will defo be visiting again. The burger meals were £8.95 and they were a good size to. The steak meal was £23.95. Steak doesn't appeal to me my husband said he liked it but the veg were slightly bland for him. Overall I'd say go for it.

I see allot of negative reviews, I thought let me try it out as it's local to me. Food was nice and fresh. I got lamb curry with roti and mix grill starter and ended it with sticky tofeepudding. First of all the food tasted fresh and was cooked well. Staff was friendly. Only issue I had was the portion sizes are slightly small. Also would be helpful you gave out the menu to read as my mobile was slow on loading the menu. Will definitely come again as it was nice and clean.

The decor's nice but unfortunately the food was average. The service was the plus point.very expensive and small portions.

Love this place food is nice and very tasty service is very prompt and they bring sauces and water without asking. When you enter the restaurant, you feel like you are eating abroad. Really great place.

The service was very good. Dynamite chicken was good. Wish the portions were a bit more. I ordered Cheesy Frangano. It was delicious. However, the portion was not great. Lost a star for the portion size. Otherwise, 5 star 🌟 .

After many years decided to visit Desi Grill. The food used to be on point with good flavour and a uniqueness about it. But sadly I was let down, beautiful deco but bland n cold atmosphere even though there was a bit of nice flamboyant effect live fire 🔥 display done, that died out in 3 mins. The heat it gave helped thaw my frozen brain to think and order. I ordered a chicken shashlikh, as I saw the grills on display, I had seen a good sized portion so decided to order that as a main, little did I know I was only getting 4 tiny pieces with a few peppers n bit of salad for £6.95 i had to order an naan separately as a side for £2.80. Whoah!!! I could have fed the whole family with that price...lol Thats defo an over priced meal, most places would serve the chicken botis with naan or chips in the price. The restaurant was freezing I had my coat on all the time I was there. The last let down was the payment, they don't accept card machine so cash only, bank transfer option is available. Staff is friendly but management needs to improve the service. improve on portions and atmosphere, room temperature 🌡

Me and my wife decided to visit Desil Grill , we were looking for a place that offers both pakistaani dishes and a decent steak. The service was great from the very begining to the point we left. We ordered a chicken Masala and it tasted as good as many other known places. I was very pleased. The lamb steak we ordered to be cooked to medium , however it as arrived as very well done. The manager on the floor was fantastic; he came straight to our table explained that it had been over cooked and offered another steak to be re-ordered. When the lamb steak arrived again it was cooked to perfection. Well done to the young Manager and to the team for recognising the importamce of customer satisfaction. I would most definately revist having recieved such a wondetful and welcoming service. Well done Desi Grill and keep Consistent

Dhesi grill is a regular take out option for us as they offer food which caters for my son who has allergies to gluten and egg. The food has always been on point, we often get the wings, stir fry, lamb steak, chicken curry, prawn curry and chicken steak burgers to name a few and everything has been on point. The only issue I have is that the delivery times are too long no matter where we order either directly or via uber eats (as they don't use uber eats drivers). This is disappointing and let's the restaurant down as we have often waited a minimum of 1.5 hours and sometimes up to 2 hours for delivery. This is the reason for taking one star off.

They charge premium for a cheeseburger meal (£13.95) and this is how many chips you get. Disgusting service, staff are rude and service is shocking.

I'm rating them 1star as we had a nasty experience. Firstly when we got there the heating was on absolute low setting, we changed our seating area but that made no difference. It was just sooo cold sat there my hands and legs had gotten numb. Then when our food arrived we were shocked by the baby portion sizes! I ordered chicken shashlick and there were literally 4 pea sizes chicken pieces scattered around the plate garnished with dried out salad! Defo won't be going there again, and so overpriced for the baby portions they give! 👎👎

Have visited dhesi grill for many many years was abit of a hidden gem in Bradford back in the days but over the years has become more popular and well known. when I Have visited the food has been great but that’s in the past. In the more recent times I have been disappointed. Overall I feel like food quality has gone down hill at dhesi grill used to provide top notch dhesi food but with the new menu and lots of continental dishes it’s not the same. Personally I think if your calling your self dhesi then stick to the ‘desi’ concept. The selection for curries is only Karahis no variety what so ever. There’s more selection of burgers then there is curries. Also the portion size of the curries has gone smaller and the taste is none existent. We got the chicken tikka karahi definitely wouldn’t recommend. Did advise the staff of this but nothing was done. Also they have stopped taking card payment last 2/3 times I have visited and this is EXTREMELY inconveniencing. It’s 2022 and even ice cream vans have card machines so a restaurant like this can’t have a card machine ? It really really ruins the experience for me as I’m never one to have cash on me then they expect you to go get cash out definitely a reason I wouldn’t go infact in our most recent visit I was close to leaving but thankfully by chance we had cash. Atleast accept bank transfer or PayPal if your not doing card payments. Got a really dodgy stomach after visiting this recent time and so did my husband and he very rarely gets an upset stomach so we really won’t be visiting anytime soon at all.

What a beautiful restaurant. The food was amazing. I got lamb steak, it was Cooked perfectly. We also ordered T-bone steak & salmon fillet, bbq chicken wings. Everything was wonderful! The staff member Naz (Nazeem) was an excellent host. We came out with a mask to entertainer my daughter & did smoke bubbles on her drink. He checked on us all the time, made sure everything was good. He had a really good energy about him and made the experience even better. Defo will be coming back 10/10!

Ordered a family platter, it was quite small and would suit 3 people as opposed to 4. The seekh kebabs were very plain and lacked taste. The chicken was average. There was hardly any salad on the platter. Also ordered a chicken burger which was ok. The mango lassi was average. The service made this a 3 otherwise it would be a 4 star. The fact they charged for water was a bit cheeky.

Nice, fresh food and a fast delivery time. Lovely samosa chaat, chicken boti and lamb chops. The lamb karahi was a bit over-salty but had a nice depth of flavour. Naan and rice was cooked well. Prices are a little high compared with competitors but well worth trying and I will be ordering from Dhesi Grill again.

Not the most positive experience to be honest, has the chicken tikka which wasn't all that, desi tea was nice. Passed by as I was visiting the area due to a funeral. Easy to find, well lit, nice interior, friendly staff. Food 6/10 price 3/10.

Was recommended by a friend, decided to try it out!!! Biggest mistake... Took 1 hour to serve 5 people, food below sub standard, my son ordered meat lasagna, no filling except sauce and cheese. Chicken steak was burnt , not quite sure what was in peppercorns sauce?? Deluxe mix grill platter.... Just by name.... Frozen kebabs warmed up.... With chunky chicken breast pieces.... Lamb masala, was poor quality meat of some sort in a brown gravy. Most arrogant waiters, and managements were even worse, who definitely could do with strong mouth wash. One good thing,they were using QR code to order, but guess what they weren't exceping? card only CASH .... yet they have online Just eat service.... Talk about tax evasion.... PLEASE PEOPLE AVOID AT ALL COST.... Not to take family or friends, only for young boys with no taste buds.

Great variety of quality grilled food. Desi touch decor has a full size Pakistani raksha photobooth which was so cool. Really fancied a mixed grill and they had all the options we wanted. We enjoyed the food and good service.

Food tastes amazing! Not sure how there are some negative reviews. We ordered for delivery. Although the delivery wasn't quick (around 1hr 20 mins) when it arrived it tasted delicious! First time ordering from here. Would've been 5 stars if delivery was faster but still will be ordering from again.
