Stopped in for a late lunch today at about 2pm and was promptly seated in a warm spot right by the window with plenty of light. The line for the food was short and despite it being late, the food was fresh and hot. I enjoyed pork and roast beef along with plain and dripping roasted potatoes, cauliflower, onions, green beans and peas. Finished off the meal with their ice cream and chocolate sauce. Very pleasant waitress and a very enjoyable meal overall. Never had a bad experience here.

First time visiting a Toby Carvery and probably the last. The carvery itself was very nice but I found the whole experience a little strange , my little boy wanted the chicken nuggets which arrived with literally just 4 chicken nuggets on the plate, we then had to stand with his plate at the carvery buffet for him to get his sides from there. There wasn’t a chef at the buffet when we went up and had join the queue then stand and wait for 10 minutes before the chef appeared so by the time I’ve juggled both our plates and were sat back down his was stone cold. I have been to various carvery places over the years and this I just found strange and personally not for me. The staff were all very friendly and welcoming but I still would not return

Another great meal but the stuffing was a bit soggy today. Still love the place apart from the change in art work on the walls, why so many drawings of vegetables?

We booked a table for 6 online, but they couldn't find it when we arrived, but at 3:30 there was plenty of space. We were asked if there was an allergies and a gluten free menu was promised, but it never arrived. Most of the food was of reasonable quality, for example the beef was good quality but barely warm, luckily the gravy was boiling, it might have been the time of but a lot of the vegetables were either been kept warm for a long time or under cooked. The drink service was a bit strange, soft drinks were available as refills, but while the alcoholic drinks were served at the table, the server just left an empty glass for the soft drink. Some drinks were served with straws, while others had to be requested, it's a pity that they are unable to find a suitable substitute for plastic straws as the paper one fell in bits before the end of the drink and no doubt will end up in landfill. With a little effort it could have been a lot better.

Extremely friendly and attentive staff. It was really busy but we had a drink at the bar until our table was ready. Booked the melt in the middle vegetarian bakes and they were delicious. Really funny and likeable chefs. Great assortment of vegetables and vegetarian gravy. Also lots of meat!! Very good value for money. You can pay on the app. Plenty of parking. I would recommend.

A great carvery experience very busy when we visited but we weren't crowded or felt rushed. We were shown to our table and we ordered drinks then went to get our carvery. We had a choice of 4 meats. Pork, gammon, turkey and beef and a great selection of vegetables. The yorkies were huge and everything was cooked to perfection. The toilets were spotlessly clean the staff were all friendly, but Heidi went the extra mile.

We went to celebrate Father's Day. It was very busy, but we felt that we were taken good care of. Staff were professional and very kind. It rained a lot, a gentleman working for Toby even took us to the car with an umbrella. Thank you so much and see you soon.

Our table was unclean. Even after I asked for it to be cleaned it was still dirty. The portion of meats was very small. I was going to have lamb but it looked so dry I decided to pass. I did have pork, gammon and beef all of which were tasty but please…… give us a decent portion. The veggies were so over cooked, it really isn’t a pleasant place to eat. We were glad to leave once our mains were finished. Sorry but we won’t be returning. The restaurant needs a really deep clean before I set foot in there again.

I was absolutely delighted with our visit. I am blind, with a guide dog, and went with my fully sighted partner. I mentioned on my online booking that I will be bringing my guide dog and would appreciate a table with sufficient room for him to lay down and to be out of the way. For me, its a huge thing that my guide dog is accommodated properly. This way, ai can then concentrate on enjoying my meal. As soon as we went in, the host greeted us, he was absolutely wonderful. Took us to a great table, asked if we wanted drinks etc. The food was great, service superb and the whole experience could not have been any better in my opinion

Came today to meet up with old friends, one of whom we have not seen since before COVID struck. Food was lovely and service great, we were checked on to see if all was OK but not rushed. We had a lovely catch up and clearly chose the right venue for it. Thank you

Great waitress who brought in the birthday cake we had bought and was superb throughout. I think her name was Natalie, a great asset to your company.

The range vegetables on offer was good the meat was lovely and tender however when we sat to eat the meal all the vegetables verging on being cold. The plates were hot and also the meat, but only the roasties were hot the rest of the vegetables were barely warm. Disappointing.

Great food but service was slow. Had to wait 10 mins to get my bill. In the end had to go and get someone and ask to pay. Also had to wait when we arrived despite booking in advance.

The team are friendly and attentive, the food is delicious and the serving sizes and prices are good! What more could you ask for? Whether we come for Breakfast, lunch or tea it's perfect every time. The best Toby in the UK & we've tried a fair few!

The food is great - carvery and menu items! Service was okay but some waiters were inexperienced or not quite up to usual standard and my food took almost 25 minutes to arrive on a semi busy lunch shift. Toilets were clean and staff were polite and helpful though 😄 We'll go back for sure!

All the staff were polite, seemed happy and were generally attentive. There was no staff at the carvery counter and we were waiting around 2-3 minutes to be served. We were the only ones there. Once someone appeared they were quick to respond and apologetic for our wait.

After visiting Toby for the past 15 years, after tonight’s visit I won’t be visiting again! Booked a table in advance, arrived and seated quickly then it went downhill quickly after that! Yorkshire puddings were flat as a pancake and were not edible as they resembled rubber. Decided to have a pudding after the meal but waited 20 minutes for a staff member to come over and ask if we wanted deserts or even the bill, which no one bothered to do! So payed the bill and left disappointed!

Ran out of food on the breakfast. No veggie options available although advertised. Wife had beans and mushrooms. Supervisors were coming out and observing what had run out after it was empty rather than being proactive. Maybe I just picked a bad day

We came with some friends and we all really enjoyed it we all had. The staff were friendly and helpful. The table and area was clear and clean. There was plenty of choice for a vegetarian. The food was great. My husband and son had meat and enjoyed it all. I had veg and brie pie, which was prepared quickly and was lovely. We were asked if everything was o.k but not pestered.

It really is a spin the wheel of fortune experience here. On a good spin you get a well stocked carvery and a chef who thinks a large plate means giving a generous addition of meat and a Yorkshire pudding that couldn't stop 50 calibre bullets. On a bad day, well flip that. The serving staff have always been lovely so we'll continue to spin that wheel.

Value for money is great, staff are always really good including the chaps on the carvery. It’s quick and easy but never feel rushed. Value for money and food quality it’s hands down the best place to eat!

We travel down to Bradford to see family and always pop in to Toby Carvery in Keighley by far my favourite Toby across the UK. Food is so good and the staff are so helpful and friendly. We will be back again in a few months. Love this place very satisfied. Thanks for the great food.

Great Toby experience. Lovely friendly staff. Great food. Very clean. Plenty of parking spaces. Only thing was a baby was seated right next to us and given a crisp packet to play with by the parents. Not the pubs fault but rather than staying for a few more drinks and dessert we left as soon as we were able as it was extremely irritating. We will in future request to be seated away from families in the special request box upon booking but wanted to share this here in case others suffer from hyperphonia.

Maybe it was the timing, but the food was not up to scratch. Arrived at 16:30 for an evening meal carvery. The beef was not available ( still had over 30 minutes to cook and the other meat was dry and obviously sat under the heat too long, the Mac cheese was scorched to death, the coliflour cheese was empty as was the dripping potatoes and there was a 15 minute wait for all 3 missing items. The service was good, very helpful and attentive and great with our 1 year old. Shame because I had high hopes for this one.

Lovely food in a nice relaxed atmosphere. The staff were all brilliant. Our waitress this evening, Millie was so friendly and conscientious she made us feel extremely welcome. We'll certainly be back soon.

I was there once, invited by friends living in the UK. The staff is very friendly - at the entrance we were greeted by a smiling waitress. Food served - typically English - very tasty. I would love to come back to this place at the earliest possible opportunity. Thank you and best regards.

Never been in a Toby carvery before but I found this one to be lovely. Particularly 3 ladies who were front of house. The service was spot on, lots of interaction, service checks done and generally nice vibes. Nice and clean. Good value for money, when the food is nice and fresh which it was.

Great carvery, managed to fit us in even though we didnt book first, we'd been raising money for keighley albion and keighley fire service so we were both hungry and it was well worth it, a huge plate full and pudding for junior before going home to try sleep it off.

Went to the Toby Carvery #Keighley tonight. A member staff who called LIAM who served food behind the counter provided an extremely remarkable service. He greeted everyone cheerfully, asked how our day has been, telling light jokes - just full of energy. His professionalism and amazing attitude is admirable. An absolute valuable asset to the company and the community.

I've been going to Toby carvery for along time. They have been many servers on the carvery. Very pleasant ones who make you welcome by making conversation with you. This is no longer the case. The selection of four meats. Where you can ask for individual ones or some of each. Where you got a good portion. Over the last 6 months I've been while I've been waiting to be served. The amount of meat is disgusting. One small, thin piece of meat if you ask for more than one option. If only one option. You lucky to get 3 small, thin pieces of meat. Maybe this could looked into. Many thanks

Combined Father's Day / birthday get-together. There were 10 of us. Patient staff while we worked through the choices available to the kids. Waitress also fetched empty bowls so we could see the size of kids portions which was very helpful. Generous portions. Food tasty. Will definitely go again.
