What a fantastic place. We came, we saw, we conquered...a lot of pardon peppers. They were fricking gorgeous. Gambas and calamari highly recommend (seasonal/available menu...love it). Staff attentive, friendly and welcoming. A little taste of Barcelona right here in Saltaire. Also really gluten free friendly without being weird about it. Will return shortly and frequently ❤️

Easily the best tapas restaurant in the area. Everything arrives as it's ready, authentically flavoured and created, and not smothered in cheese to hide the quality. A fantastic place to eat and enjoy, it's a great new addition to the local food offer. I can't wait to return.

After reading the amazing reviews on Google, we decided to try this restaurant on Friday 3pm without a reservation. It was the best decision we made that week and we spent the weekend raving about them to friends. Super delicious food, great hospitality and reasonable prices. Needless to say we will be coming back very often.

Have eaten here on many occasions over the last year, either for the amazing breakfast or the many evenings for dinner. The food is amazing and the staff are excellent. A very niche “ Cafe “ with very adequately sized tables for Tapas. I also found it to be quite warm too. I look forward to booking again.

Quite frankly one of the best meals I have ever had. The padron peppers where divine as was the rest of the food. From the moment we walked in the smell, the staff , the atmosphere I can’t fault anything. The staff are really friendly, the food is cooked from the heart which you can tell by the flavours. Reasonably priced I cannot wait to come back. Already recommended to several people.

What a lovely tapas gem nestled in the West Yorkshire hills. All food freshly cooked from scratch by chef Pete. Loved the crispy calamari and those spicy sausage croquettes 🙌 😋. Have to go back soon as my husband felt like he missed out! 🤣

Delicious lunch of spinach parcels , skin on fries ( which are the best fries I’ve EVER tasted) and Serrano Ham & Manchego cheese baguette. Great menu and fabulous service . Definitely a must if you like Mediterranean cuisine:)

Best restaurant ever. The food is amazing, every dish is mouth watering. The service and atmosphere is just right, small and cosy. Authentic tapas. Plenty of parking outside. Can’t fault it. Book early to avoid disappointment. Have now been 4 times. Booked for Christmas with Italian family coming over and will there many more times.

I posted a review a couple of weeks ago but it hasn't appeared. In short the best mean we have had in Shipley and a contender for the best Mediterranean restaurant I have ever eaten at. Wonderful food.

This place is sensational, a real hidden gem! Close your eyes and you're in Seville not Saltaire/Shipley! Amazing food, a great ambience, fantastic hosts! The best Spanish food I've had in England....and possibly even Spain 😍🇪🇸

great little tapas restaurant. good service reasonable prices. nice atmosphere. fit us in even though we didn't have a booking. I really enjoyed the tomato salad. simple tasty food is always a winner in my books. the wine was nice too

We have been here twice for lunch, once for breakfast and now to the supper club and is probably our favourite place to eat at the moment. As a venue to look at, it's nothing fancy at all (think neutral cafe decor), but the food more than makes up for it. It takes you straight back to Spain with authentic individual tapas dishes served freshly cooked and quickly to your seat. Supper club was a sell out and everyone was hugely impressed. The little place was buzzing. I'll be back to visit again soon for their very reasonably priced soup and sandwich lunchtime offer. Overall, top quality ingredients never compromised by a fantastic chef. Well done Peter!

I recommend Para Picar and so do my fussy foodie friends. The food here is excellent. Quality authentic ingredients. Their burnt cheesecake is to die for! Prepared in house. They care about what they do. Please ignore the one star Reviewer. It is an 'intimate' cafe but all the better for that! They got our party of 5 in just fine.

Lovely little place , food was amazing, staff are so friendly . We went as a family of 5 with elderly in wheel chair,we were well looked after . Would definitely go again if we are in the area.

Really impressed, best Spanish food I’ve had in the UK. Thoughtful menu, loads of variety (meat and veg/vegan alike), and impressive quality of produce. Relaxed atmosphere, friendly and attentive staff. The chef was very happy to chat about the dishes. Also strong value, ended up being less than £20 per head for a big lunch, including drinks. Booked straight back in 👍

Amazing authentic tapas food. Best in town. The chef clearly has a passion for proper Tapas. Definitely recommend a visit for an evening meal. Book in advance as they're often full. Could do with some more Spanish decor touches on the walls. A minor suggestion for such a fantastic independent cafe/restaurant.

I came across this place on Facebook and decided to try it. Yesterday had brunch here with my friend Donna. It didn't disappoint. Really great food, reasonably priced which helps. Will be going back for lunch.

First time going here and i had no idea it existed! I got the fry up, my partner had the beetroot rosti and our friend is allergic to eggs so they gave her a whole other menu to order from and we all loved the food. Decor is great too. Bit of marketing and this place would have people fighting over seats.

Understandably a popular spot serving great tapas, with friendly and welcoming staff. From start to finish every dish a winner, plus great coffee and a good drinks selection. Parking nearby, but only a 15 minute walk from Salts Mill, which gives you an appetite to enjoy the warmth of the Spanish cuisine.

The food and service is exemplary. The atmosphere is downgraded a little purely because it is such a small place and therefore the tables are a bit close together. However, the food is at such a high level of expertise, I would not let the 'cosiness' put you off. I can highly recommend the Hake in a Lobster Bisque.

Absolutely faultless, yet again! We ordered the following: gordal olives with green chili, platter of meats and cheeses, maicitos, croquetas, patatas bravas, feta spinach and roquito pepper filo pie, then the excellent burned basque cheesecake with sherry soaked raisins. Everything wonderful. Lovely relaxed atmosphere. We were lucky to get a table - busy and cheerful and a lovely way to spend a wet Saturday afternoon! Thankyou Peter and the team. Much appreciated!

This place really is something special. I’ve been loads of times now for breakfast, lunch and dinner, and it’s ALWAYS spot on. Peter is an incredible chef, he creates outstanding dishes that rival the ones I’ve had in Spain. If it’s real, authentic tapas that you’re after, this is your place. Run, don’t walk! Leanne x

Lovely restaurant, I went for a set meal there for someone’s birthday and they were so accommodating of me being vegetarian- bringing out specific dishes to make sure I had as much food as everyone else. They cooked the most delicious food and the staff were all so friendly. Great atmosphere, highly recommend!
