Beth is exceptionally customer centric, enthusiastic, passionate and a joy to see when I go for my coffee, in all the local Costa, this is the most pleasant clean and efficient one, Beth, keep being yourself, to the owner this staff member is outstanding and provides a lot of positive engagement with customers, don’t loose her 🤗 the likes of Beth are your USP…

Service is amazing! The ladies that work there are so lovely.

On Wednesday morning I arrived at the drive through to find it was closed. I had enough time before work to go in, so I parked up and went in. There was about 4 people ahead of me, and I soon realised there was only one lady, doing EVERYTHING by herself! Honestly she was doing an amazing job! Some staff had not made it that morning, so she just cracked on and held things together by herself! I really hope Costa give her a big bonus for that day!! Well done that lady for handling it and keeping your cool!

Drive thru service very very slow every time I have been at least 10 minutes wait, it would help if rhe staff did not joke and mess about with the cars infront once they have given them the drinks, my turn drink not even made si I drove straight away and went to Starbucks in Bradford. Costa needs to buck ideas up

It’s a very good coffee shop. Dealt with as quick as possible. One star missing because if you don’t go at the right time then you won’t be able to sit in

This is a relatively new place and everything looks good. It often suffers from a lack of staff so in busy times it can take ages for tables to be cleared. All that said, the staff are friendly and the coffee is pretty good.

The store is clean and fresh. Ample seating inside and out. Windows on two sides make it light and inviting.

The lady on the drive thru was awesome and we had a really lovely chat. She made a fantastic soya latte ❤️

Very pleasent staff and excellent facilities in store. Manageress could be more friendly, however rest of the staff is excellent.

As most other Costa's , nice clean and tidy, tucked in a stones throw from the Leeds and Liverpool canal.

Every table had dirty cups and plates on. Nothing was clearer away. When they did, they didn't clean the tables, only took away plates and cups. Not that busy either so couldn't see what the problem was!

My coffee addiction scores another win with this Costa Coffee, with a modern interior and speedy drive-thru this location delivers on perking me up when I need the help of that magic ground bean!

Busier than expected but no major queue. Quality products. Staff patiently asking to confirm my requirements.

Updated. Red hot when queuing up due to sunshine and heating on together? Very busy! 8 tables not cleared and mucky table when we got to our places but due to how busy it was can't be helped as all the staff were extremely busy. Difficult to juggle drive through and in shop customers. Food was delicious and staff work very hard.

If there was an option for 0 stars I would have chosen this! I waited 15 minutes at the drive through whilst the staff laughed, joked and messed around with the guy in the car in front having given him his drinks. When they finally drove off my drink hadn’t even been prepared so I left without it! Absolutely diabolical!

Been here few times but recently counter staff have made mistakes by overcharging on two occasions. When busy standards drop considerably by way of grumpy service and presentation. Nothing special to talk about.

Served by Beth this morning. Service with a smile and great tasting perfectly executed cappucino, despite being very very busy. Would highly recommend this Costa. The staff really look after their customers.

Clean, tidy and covid19 safe tables cleaned after use. Staff friendly staff,, nice selection of sandwiches etc Great tasting coffee ☕. Plenty of parking and a drive through.

Nice coffee.. Good atmosphere..called in after going for a walk nearby..seating outside too which is a plus

We sat inside and I thought the place was dirty, there was food on the floor in multiple places and the table had sugar on it and was sticky. The moka coffee with oat milk was very disappointing.

Costa is great, however it's been over 2 weeks since the payments system has been down, so cash only. I did explain that they should put on the cash knly poster, that they can pay through the app, but they haven't taken the advice.
