😐 The place is nice, the food was good, specially the toasties. But the plates are served plain, no salad, fries or any side whatsoever next to the sandwich, just a toastie on a plate. The deserts though are served accompanied with whipping cream. The drinks were tasty. The service needs more improve... The place is nice, the food was good, specially the toasties. But the plates are served plain, no salad, fries or any side whatsoever next to the sandwich, just a toastie on a plate. The deserts though are served accompanied with whipping cream. The drinks were tasty. The service needs more improvement. Would be better if they were more friendly and willing to help.

What a great place. Never been before and was very impressed. Amazing bread and cakes. I had a really good coffee, salmon and cream cheese on toast with a bit of salad, followed by a creamy, fruity, layered sponge cake. All top quality. Great selection of savoury and patisserie products. Very pleasant, accommodating staff. Very clean. Well-spaced tables. Great place.

Leftris wouldn't look out of place in York or London, the quality of the food is top tier for the city of Bradford, This independent produces the best club Sandwich I have ever Tasted and I will continue to come every week for one, the poached eggs cooked to perfection on warm sourdough toast and the beautiful loose tea, if you haven't visited, then do! And if you have I'm sure your just returning :) .. 10/10

Visited this city centre cafe on a Sunday morning for coffee and cake. My partner's drink plus our two cakes were served more than 30 minutes after paying. My cappuccino wasn't brought to the table for another few minutes. I found the experience very disappointing.

One of the reason I visit Bradford for the second time - after fell madly in love last year with the biscoff cheesecake during my first visit to the city. The location is perfect and inviting, also close to the railway station. Can't remember much about the chai I had last year but the cake is as perfect as it could be. During my second visit I was disappointed to find no cheesecake at all on display, so I chose biscoff cream cake instead as it looks as inviting as the cheesecake. And oh my word I don't know how they made it so perfectly. It is perfectly spongy, light, not too sweet, and didn't feel like a sugar sin. Stayed here for an hour before our train back home - the staffs are friendly and the seats are comfy, will def come back next time to discover more perfect cakes. And no, I am usually not a fan of a cake.

We had a delicious lunch here today. I had the avocado and tomato bruschetta and my husband had the Italian pesto, avocado and olives. They were delicious. Followed by a toffee bun and sweet cherry bun, both were divine. It was a really nice atmosphere and we were delighted there was no music.

In my opinion this is by far the nicest cafe in Bradford. Lovely food, welcoming staff, quality coffee, comfortable chairs, beautifully decorated with attention to detail, ideal location and the music nicely low enough to allow customers to relax and chat. There's a fantastic family atmosphere with everyone made to feel welcome. Highly recommended for anyone who wants to enjoy some quiet time over a coffee in the centre of town. Plenty of natural light and the large windows enable customers to just sit and watch the world pass by, if so inclined. Definitely somewhere to meet with friends. Many thanks to the owner and staff for making our visits so pleasant.

Such a nice place where to chill. I went there to read and wait for my train and I very enjoyed the coffee. They have a great selection of food and drinks and every single person working there was lovely as well. Definitely coming back! :)

For me cake is life and this cafe makes and serves cake like cake is indeed life! Visited Bradford briefly and the exterior caught our eye so we decided to head there for tea and cake. It's like an oasis in a desert. The ambience is casual but stylish and fresh. The service on point and the manager very kind. Then the luxury chocolate cake hit! Perfect in every way that's all I can say - in taste, texture and aroma. There was the melt-in-the-middle chocolate that was on another level. Only quality ingredients used and baked with love. Lefteris cakes and tea - perfection!

VERY OVER PRICED, their coffee was mid and was quite watery. The food was so expensive for nothing. I payed extra for poached eggs and they come out with one. Took them around 35 minutes to make avocado toast! Would not recommend, save your money so you can go somewhere nice!

My first visit to Bradford to meet with my mentor and we visited his favourite small business coffee shop Lefteris. Great customer service and a welcoming atmosphere! Loved my visit and will visit again when I next visit. Update: My second time I'm Bradford and visited again. Loved the atmosphere, the coffee and cake this time! Amazing cafe!!!

Friendly service and whilst the food menu isn't vast, it caters well for vegetarians and has something for most people to enjoy. The food is good and well presented. Atmosphere is relaxed and it's a good place to have a quiet lunch or to grab a coffee with work colleagues.

Very busy and our two toasties took a while but delicious.... Our drinks too were spot on and service with a smile was the rule if the day... Thoroughly recommended. Thanks so much

Dropped in and had a nice breakfast. Friendly service. Decent coffee. I had scrambled eggs on toast - really nice soft sourdough - and it was ace.

This is my favourite coffe shop. They have real Polish Cheesecake. All of their baked goods are delicious. And the bread!!!! I love going there for lunch. Everything is prepared from scratch. Every ingredient is fresh.

What a refreshing place to sit down relax and drink your coffee. Very sophisticated vibe. Clean and chic inside. Extremely friendly staff especially the management. Definitely thee best coffee place in Bradford by a mile. Highly recommended you visit. 👌

Came across this great coffee shop while opening kids bank accounts in Bradfordcity centre, I didnt even know it was here lol Parking is obviously an issue due to its location, but the decor is nice and makes you feel relaxed, the girl who served us was polite, the food was good as was the coffee. Prices are normal for the city centre and its an independent!!! Will definitely use again and highly recommend 👌

Had dirty late. Which by what I was told is a Late with chai infusion. Also piece of cheesecake. I like that positive vibe i had first time i went inside. There's already few other caffe places in proximity of a half a mile if you check maps. Costa, Nero, one upstairs of a book shop, Tiffin Coffee, another Costa inside Broadway shopping centre... Yup, you're spoiled for a choice when you fancy coffee. Why this place then? Let's start with interior of a place. Chairs where i sat where comfortable and mine at least quite deep. Didn't expect to fall inside one. It was comfortable once i sat in. Love the cushion too to have it on my back. And best of all and i know I'm going to sound like a hipster. 🤦 I just loved sitting in front of a massive window being able to watch others. Im weird what can i do? Dirty late was definitely something worth checking. Late by it self isn't the best beverage you can think of. Adding little chai spice definitely adds to flavour and overall experience. I will have it again, no question about that. Lets move to cheesecake which in my opinion was disappointing. On the paper everything was there. Love the small addition of honey (or was it a golden syrup?) on it. As well as whipped cream. Layer of chocolton top was good too. Felt bit cheaper for a chocolate, and in my opinion dark chocolate would be better addition. Crunchy, biscuits layer on bottom was bit too hard and too dry if im honest. But the biggest crime was the middle it self. It had consistency ifna cheesecake. It definitely looked like one. Simple there was not enough cheese in it. Maybe I'm the one who had too much cheesecake in my life. Based on Mascarpone or ricotta they've got full body flavours and they are exactly what you expect. It will melt, leaving soft finish in your mouth. But it was good. Not the best ever, but something i did enjoy. Why 4 starts then? It's flipping expensive. Staying in and having what i had will leave you 10£ lighter in you pocket. Yes there's an option to take out and it's few pence cheaper. But that still means its more expensive than competitors around. By few quid per person. I guess being hipster is expensive these days. 😁

What a shame the service was so poor. We popped in here for a coffee and a treat to help our newly-wed friends celebrate, but some of our party were still waiting for their coffees 50 minutes after ordering and paying. Others who arrived long after is served before us. Lovely decor, fresh food. Defensive attitude and such a long wait let this place down :(

Place and coffee was nice! Friendly service! Hot chocolate was not the best but it was not bad!

This place really need to train it's staff better. For a coffee shop you are paying a premium price here so attention to detail and focus on the small details is important. For example, if you order a cake and you are going to cover the cake in cream.. tell the customer this is the case... and when the customer says that he didn't want cream don't just bring it back having clearly just wiped the cream off... change the cake... and then I shouldn't have to educate the server and be put in an awkward situation where I'm made to feel awkward... train your staff, be clear with customers and earn that premium price with exacting standards.

👍 Food was delicious and the portions are reasonable. Service was good during our visit. Décor is very wild West and there are some good touches. Music was pretty loud inside and needs to be turned down. Overall a good experience
