Yesterday, I visited this store with my mother(who's a Cellular One custmer) I dropped her off in front of the store as I parked. Upon walking inside the store, the lady yells at me from behind the counter, "We're closed!" Instead of being greeted with a friendly greeting, I saw two young ladies who obviously were not friendly or they had other important things to do and were irritated that I walked through the door. I was only there to help my mother, who is hard of hearing. Obviously, they didn't do their job because they pretty much turned her away and it was too late to purchase a new phone. Whatever the case, I'm glad that I'm not a customer because they would literally lose my business. These young ladies need to learn to assist the very people that allow them to have a job.

Cashiers were unfriendly and seemed to not want to help more than expected for customer to have a satisfactory experience. More than a couple of times have I witnessed this inside the store. The other Cellular Stores however I've seen greater customer service and better products.

I give a 1 star because the employees there lack of work. No one answers the phone during open hours. I would come to stop by but no one is there as well during open hours. At least hire new and great employees who would actually care to help people rather than people who slack off during work.

Internet speed is awfully slow. Says you have 10GB of high-speed data. Not even close. Give me what I paid for or refund me.

I usually go to Frmtn or Gallup instead. Ladies really need customer service training badly. Blunt, unfriendly and at times quote you some bizarre reasons why C1 is unable to assist. And Frmtn helps resolve issues with no problems. I could rate them lower but they need help.

Was city market, but Bashas' now with a Starbucks in Shiprock.

No customer service greeting is terrible NO smile not even just a simple hello nothing all they do is make you feel uncomfortable at least just a smile WOW its not hard to do smile to your customers
