歯科口腔外科に通っていました。初めて行った日、赤ちゃんのお世話を家族に頼めなかったのでベビーカーに乗せて一緒に来院しましたが、不便な病院という印象でした。 ここは総合病院なのに多目的トイレが無いそうです。 仕方なく歯科のスタッフさんに赤ちゃんを見てもらいトイレを利用しました。スタッフさんは、ここは小児科がないので‥と言っていましたが小児科があるとか無いとかそういう問題ではないと思いました。色んな患者さんが来るだろうに。 オムツ替えが出来なかったので会計が済んだら急いで近くのホームセンターでオムツ替えしてミルクをあげました。 私個人の用事で子どもに嫌な思いをさせて申し訳なく思いました。場合によってはかなり待たされるし小さな子連れで行く人には向かないです。

ここに行くだけ時間と金の無駄なので、近くの白岡中央総合病院に行った方がいいです。 かかりつけのクリニックでは設備不足にて施術出来なかった、横向きに生えた親知らずの抜歯手術のために、クリニックから紹介状を書いてもらい、蓮田病院の口腔外科に診察にかかりました。 施術の説明が極めて雑で、施術について理解していない患者を勢いで同意させて、さっさと手術して金を払わせて帰したいだけに感じました。 具体例として、私は、親知らずを抜歯した後はしばらく抜歯した側で咀嚼が出来ないので、片側のみ抜歯をお願いしたいと申し上げました。 ですが、担当医は話を聞かず何度も両側の親知らずの同日抜歯を勧めてきました。 また、蓮田病院での手術を断り、後日他院で施術した際には、10分ほど施術の説明に時間がかかりましたが、蓮田病院では15秒ほどで無理矢理に説明を切り上げられました。（手術について聞きたいこともありましたが、とても聞ける空気ではないです。） 担当医の言うがままに手術を受けていたらと思うとゾッとします。

もともと持病のため以前通っていたが、受付から検査、結果判定、診察、会計までに1日を潰してしまうため最近は通ってなかった。 ただ今回正月に発熱。いつも行ってる近くの町医者などは発熱外来は受付もしてもらえず、予約すら取れない中、この病院は電話で唯一予約対応してくれ、判定、処方も素早く、非常に助かった。 正月明けは医療体制が酷いことを痛感した。

外来の呼び出ししている看護師は人間として最悪ですね。患者を適当に呼び　威圧的な態度でした。看護師の資格はないですね。受付で倒れそうな女性がいるのに看護師は見て見ぬふりで放置し、明らかにネグレクト虐待認定。一度　特別監査されることを強く望みます。必要であれ個人名も挙げさせてもらいますよ。
