・病院の駐車場に車を停める為に敷地内から一般道まで延びた車列に並んだのは初めてです。近隣の迷惑にならないのかな?
・先ずは8番窓口に行って受付をしてくれと言われ窓口へ。→何故か半ギレで対応される。何にキレていたんだろう?と言うか初めて接する人間に理由の説明なくキレるって意味がわからないですよ。
・受付後にPCR検査を受けたが結果が出るまでスタッフがいない場所に1時間放置。→途中で状況を聞こうと近くの窓口のスタッフに声をかけるも「担当でないからわからない」とパソコンの画面から目を外すことなく言うのみ。確認しようともしてもらえない。仕事なんですから「分かりません」で済ませるのやめた方が良いですよ。検査に時間がかかるのは仕方ないとしても、事前アナウンスか状況を確認できるすべは用意すべきでは?
・その後、採血、尿検査、レントゲン等で2時間待ち。(これは仕方ない)
・状態の説明時に半笑いで対応する医師
(整形外科)→この手の医師は良くいるが、家族を馬鹿にされているようでとても不愉快。他の口コミでも記載があるが整形外科が特にやばいのかな?
・担当してくれた看護師だけはまともに対応してくれた印象(運が良かっただけか?)
・来院した印象として、とにかくスタッフの対応(態度)が悪い。普通の対人対応がまともにできないスタッフがファーストコンタクトだと気が萎える。あなた方は初めて会う人全てに無愛想なのですか?
これだけ悪い口コミが多数書かれているのに、改善しないって中々のストロングスタイルですね。
病院の選択肢が無く通っておられる地域の方々も居られるのではないかと思うと、不憫でなりません。
人が亡くなった的な口コミが書かれていることにも驚ました。
少なくとも自分の大事な家族をお願いする気にはなれませんでした。
