I had a great experience at this property. The facilities location and room size and bed was really good. If you're someone who is looking for near by Temple accomodation in pocket friendly price with all the facilities of 3 star hotel I suggest to go ahead with this. Specially the Service they provide whether it's a Morning complimentary breakfast or any other thing it's quick and prompt.

Very good! Staff is polite and humble. Rooms are clean and neat. I have extended my stay one day more thank you Sai Amber hotel and staff.

Hotel is way outside the temple n service in hotel was patetic. Please visit hotel at your own interest or risk. For hot water we have to call hotel staff for 4 to 5 times but still no hot water provided n finally u have to show ur inner rudeness to get what u need, after 40 min of hustle water given. Also location of hotel is too far, at time of booking they will say Sai baba temple is 5 min walkable but no it take 15 to 20 to reach it mean u have to pay more for Auto 50 for going n same for return. Overall i can suggest please dont book hotel in rush take time n do booking also not suggested.

Nice place to stay with your family,friendly and very helpful staff, foods also good and room was very neat and clean, it's a very worth our money. I will recomend thos hotel to every one in my family friend.

Just for service staff giving 2 star else hotel is not good neither clean.. main they don't have kitchen or restaurant down the hotel they order food from outside.. even room not having basic things in room like 104 don't have intercom working and hot water /tea kettle .. never ever going to visit this hotel

An ideal hotel if you are visiting the temple with the most helpful staff. They go out of their way to ensure that you don't miss out on any activity. The rooms are comfortable and clean. Not noisy. They provide good breakfast and you can order food theirenu and will be delivered to the room. It meets all the expectations of a budget hotel

We checked-in at the hotel late at night at 12 and their kitchen was closed but still they opened their kitchen and were given all required services. All the staff are really very cooperative. Would recommend this property to everyone.

Pathetic place.. Was travelling to Mumbai via shirdi.. Unfortunately we didnt get many options.. But choose this hotel. They don't have restaurant. They take order from you and bring food from outside.. Bedsheets was old.. And room with lot of mosquitoes

It was my first time that I stayed in Shirdi, and I randomly choose this hotel for stay. And I found this hotel very nice. Hotel rates are reasonable. Staff is very helpful. It's not that far from Sai temple. It's just 10 min walking distance. I would like to recommend others to stay here.

Rooms were clean and the air conditioning worked well. The pillow and bed quality was good and I managed to get a solid 8 hours of sleep after a long day. Food taste was good but they don’t cook there. So you have to order and they will bring it for you. There’s a dining hall where you can eat. The hotel staff were super responsive and attended to everything I wanted. I didn’t have time to explore the amenities so can’t review them.

From the front desk to the housekeeping, everyone was top-notch. Cleanliness: The hotel was impeccably clean, and our room was spotless. They take cleanliness and hygiene seriously. Comfortable Accommodation: Our room was spacious and well-appointed. The bed was comfortable, and the amenities provided added to the overall comfort of our stay.

We had a very bad experience with the service provided by this hotel. 1. No basic hygiene items provided 2. Even if it is winter, it's difficult to get hot water. They will say yes to everything, but you will get nothing. Once a day they provide hot water what they say but trust me no time table is followed and need to followup for hot water 1000 times. 3. We booked 4 rooms, out of which in 3 bathroom ,there was drainage issues. No attention given even if it was informed to them. 4. You will not get any clear information if you ask something, instead of providing the basic service they will suggest you to do this, and this way. 5. Once we asked for hot drinking water since it's winter. When we saw some white and black particles were there, we called and informed the same to receiption. We got a wonderful reply. " No ma'am, this is nothing , that's the same kettle what we use for tea. That's clean. It's nothing ma'am, you can drink that water.." can anyone expect this type of suggestions from a hotel who is charging a descent amount per day? And no one came to change the water. 6. No room cleaning.. room will have AC, TV. Just for display. Nothing is in working condition. Even if they don't bother if a customer is asking for something and it's not in working condition, they should fix it. But No. They won't. There are lot more bad experience... I can write 2 more pages.. there is no negative rating available else i could have given that. For us it's Big No, to think of this hotel stay...

Good attitude of hotel staff Remarkable surrounding, near to Sai temple peacefull area. Cleanliness and hotel meal is very good . No words for complaint.
