We
had
a
very
bad
experience
with
the
service
provided
by
this
hotel.
1.
No
basic
hygiene
items
provided
2.
Even
if
it
is
winter,
it's
difficult
to
get
hot
water.
They
will
say
yes
to
everything,
but
you
will
get
nothing.
Once
a
day
they
provide
hot
water
what
they
say
but
trust
me
no
time
table
is
followed
and
need
to
followup
for
hot
water
1000
times.
3.
We
booked
4
rooms,
out
of
which
in
3
bathroom
,there
was
drainage
issues.
No
attention
given
even
if
it
was
informed
to
them.

You
will
not
get
any
clear
information
if
you
ask
something,
instead
of
providing
the
basic
service
they
will
suggest
you
to
do
this,
and
this
way.

Once
we
asked
for
hot
drinking
water
since
it's
winter.
When
we
saw
some
white
and
black
particles
were
there,
we
called
and
informed
the
same
to
receiption.
We
got
a
wonderful
reply.
"
No
ma'am,
this
is
nothing
,
that's
the
same
kettle
what
we
use
for
tea.
That's
clean.
It's
nothing
ma'am,
you
can
drink
that
water.."
can
anyone
expect
this
type
of
suggestions
from
a
hotel
who
is
charging
a
descent
amount
per
day?
And
no
one
came
to
change
the
water.
6.
No
room
cleaning..
room
will
have
AC,
TV.
Just
for
display.
Nothing
is
in
working
condition.
Even
if
they
don't
bother
if
a
customer
is
asking
for
something
and
it's
not
in
working
condition,
they
should
fix
it.
But
No.
They
won't.
There
are
lot
more
bad
experience...
I
can
write
2
more
pages..
there
is
no
negative
rating
available
else
i
could
have
given
that.
For
us
it's
Big
No,
to
think
of
this
hotel
stay...
