I had to go to New Delhi to submit my documents for my C1D visa. Due to Covid I was not keen on going and I approached George Fernandes BM who provided me all assistance. Even on the day of appointment my photos were not accepted at the embassy and George Fernandes was in constant touch with me and provided all help in making possible to get new photos and ensuring successful submission of documents. All these was done online without physically meeting George. Was extremely please with the service and I got my visa on time

This centre is closed now hence edited the previous review. In past have experienced their facilities more than once .They were excellent . Was mostly dealing with Mr.Shahrukh Pathan and Ms. Rachana Patil. Both were prompt in their work . Thanks Rachana and Shahrukh. But during covid shut down had a bad experience for refunds; but fine as the world was in doldrums during 2019- 2020.

Riya had designed a trip to Munnar for me. It was perfect for my budget & requirements. It was a great experience. They also arranged my visa on a different trip to Sri Lanka & it was taken care of without a hitch.

Fraud and Pathetic company. Only after Money and doesnt care about customers requirements. They were asking a cancellation fee of 98000 when the two way airfare was just 55000. Total Fraud Company.
