Convenient and comfortable, near JR and Metro station. Spacious rooms and bathroom with a large bathtub. There’s a kitchen counter, so we bought some groceries in the supermarket nearby and cook by ourselves. Excellent choice for family with kids and those who plan to stay in Tokyo for more than 3days.

No complaints. The room was spacious by Tokyo standards, service was excellent, staff was friendly. The location is great; easy access to JR lines, Asakusa, 5 minute walk to Ameyoko shopping street with great food, 20 minute walk to Akihabara. Would love to stay here again.

Stayed here for a week. Location is ok. 5 mins away from Ginza line. Room is big, fit to group of travelers and also work from home traveler that need an extra space. Beside that, the room doesn’t as clean as normal. Dust on the headboard, AC did take time for the panel commend. Kind of noise if there have other traveler with kid that stay above you. The price isn’t decent anymore compare before and any cons can make up to 4 stars for me. However, I would like to take 2 stars out due to the front desk service. I under there have a policy that the hotel cannot make reservations or phone call for the hotel residents, then what is the purpose to hire them. I suggest to hire robots instead that can save them tons of money to hire more people to clean the room or drop the room price. I guarantee 90% of the hotel residents doesn’t have the Japan phone number and Japanese skill to make the reservation by themself. Based on my last 43 days travel experience in Japan. This hotel is the first who reject to assist and I hope it is the only one. Otherwise, it is causing very inconvenience to foreigners. Hint: if you are looking for American standard hotel service, it is the one!

Very happy with this hotel. Like most places in Tokyo it isnt large but very clean and comfy. Only single beds unfortunately but it wasnt a problem as we were sharing the room with our kids on the sofa beds. They give you a smart phone which you can use anywhere and even install apps on it. It wipes itself after you checkout. There was a nice kitchenette with induction hotplates and a microwave. Everything you need to relax. Laundry downstairs. I couldnt find a gym or anything but we didnt really need it anyway. It is a short walk from Ueno station with a 7/11 right up the road and a supermarket nearby. You can walk to the owl and hedgehog cafe and Ueno zoo.

This apartment style hotel is conveniently located to the Ueno train station and the Inaricho stop on the Ginza line. It was a great setup for our family of 4 with beds for everyone. We also made use of the sitting area for casual breakfasts and dinners. It's apparent that they cater to international clientele with English speaking service readily available.

Great Japanese styled rooms with modern amenities, a small but very cozy hotel close to transport and shopping/food options. The staff were incredibly friendly and couldn't be more helpful.

Exceeded our expectations. Rooms were adequately comfortable, very clean and well resourced. The customer service is excellent and helpful. This is an excellent location, quiet street but a short walk to major station (Ueno), subway stop and the brilliant Ameyoko Street eating district.

We had a fantastic stay, for one whole month. Together with our toddler and while they did our home renovations, we needed a home not too far from our home. We found it at Mimaru Inaricho. Very friendly and helpful staff (who speaks great English), always there if you need them. It felt like living in a luxury apartment building. The room was always clean and taken care of. Everything works well and is pretty new. My only request is to make the wifi faster and more secure, that could be improved. Thanks Mimaru Inaricho for having made a great time of what was going to be an stressful time.

Was a perfect stay - has all the spaciousness and conveniences of a serviced apartment, combined with the service level and intimacy of a boutique hotel. Receptionists all very helpful and friendly.

We stayed for 5 nights and it’s gone so fast , the bed is comfortable and the room including everything we need. Very friendly and thoughtful staffs especially the staff (a guy) who gave us towels after seeing us arriving wet under the rain at night, arigato gozaimasu 👍👍😀🇯🇵 we enjoyed our stay in Ueno, Tokyo ! ( if can add some Panda 🐼 display to the room would be great 😊)

Highly recommended Mimaru Ueno Inaricho Hotel with exceptional service and cleanliness! Had travelled to many countries and had the chance to experience different hotels. Within Japan, this is without a doubt one of the best hotels that I’ve stayed at. Usually, there would be a balance of positive and negative aspects of the hotels I stay at, but this particular hotel has exceeded all my expectations. It is, in my opinion, much better than some high-end hotels. It is exceptionally clean, the receptionists are welcoming and friendly, & room service staff have an incredible eye for every small detail within the room (factors which are often overlooked by other hotel cleaning staffs). Staying here has truly made our trip to Japan much more enjoyable. Stayed here for 7 nights. Felt sad to check-out as it actually felt like leaving home. Will definitely be back again. *Special thanks to Irina and Harris for taking the trouble to help me with my unexpected needle & thread situation.😊
