Honestly.. what’s cheaper? Costco Japan is like visiting Costco in the twilight zone. Don’t get me wrong, I’m a huge fan of the Costco concept of bringing members the best possible prices on quality brand-name merchandise, but this is more of a novelty shop people flock to escape the familiar. Families take their elderly parents to marvel at the ridiculous American concept of bulk purchases. You can hear folks at ever corner exclaiming how cheap everything is when infact it's not cheap at all. Not like Costco back home. No deals to be found here. Costco is a staple of Japanese culture now to the extent of teenagers asking me do we have Costco in the USA. Yes..yes, we do.

Hard to find it if you walk by feet. However, a good size Costco. Wonderful sushi. Soup..oh gosh~ creamy clam chowder. It is one of the best creamy soups I eat in years. Even later closer to close time, they still cook fresh food for you. At the end, the nice staff helps us to call a cab.

I like this Costco compared to the one in Funabashi, but it can get really crowded fast, especially the gas station.

I asked for a price adjustment and they did refuse to accept saying that they don't do that in Japan. But they told me that I can buy again (from discounted price) then return it back to them (item is limited for 3 to 1 member and I need to return 12 items).

They not care about their customer and it is not cheaper. And restaurants not accept credit cards only cash and there is a no seating system before there is a setting system people eat sit there but now is no seat in store if you want to eat then you should stand and eat no sitting system this is the very bad system. And if you go to gasoline station then is take your 20 to 30 minutes Sunday and Saturday. Because time is money there is in no meaning for refilling there because it’s not a cheap if you count your time

Everything is on 1 floor. Very large parking lot, but beware there us NO parking attendant. So watch out on the weekend.

Great selection, just one floor but it's enough, member only food court so if you don't have a membership card you can't even get the pizza

It’s all on one level and generally easier access compared to other Costco’s in Chiba. The Gasoline stand is easy access and the cheapest price around. Located on the main road strip there are many large road side shopping stores and centers so a very good shopping location.

Costco in Inzai, Wholesale but need to buy bulks. Love to eat the bulgogi all time favorite. Plus the ice cream.

Manager Jun threatened to take my Costco card and not let me make any purchases because I “threatened him” by saying I would leave a negative comment over their one bag of dog food per customer policy. He said it was illegal to say bad things about a shop im Japan.

one floor, easy to navigate, however some of the "key" products are constantly missing, what are in online shop and other departments

***Only Mastercards and cash is accepted for payments. A membership cards is required to enter and also at the checkout. You can piggyback with a member but make sure they are with you at the checkout because the cashier will ask you to show a membership card. Huge wholesale warehouse. Goods from corn flakes to electric items to camping tents to inflatable rafts are available. Everything is bigger in size - wholesale packs. Even the pizza, nuggets etc at the snack shop are also pretty big portions.

It’s a big Costco and sells a lot of things. However, I think the shop doesn’t organize enough. The food is good and cheap!!

Like every Costco in the world, it has very good quality foods and goods, helpful staff, and effortless parking. Don't forget to fill your tank before going home.

Good place for big family because of the big portions they make. You can’t go inside unless you have a membership card. For that you will have to pay 4800 yen and you should be living in the same area.
