I used to regular Malabar customer, after visiting here and shopping experience now decided I will never go to malabar. One simple reason making charges are too high for any feel good product. Meaning there are some fully machine made jewels(u will not like) for which they are advertising as low making charges just to attract customers. While buying they say everything is 24% - 26% and then reduce to 18% - 20% too high. Before making final decision here, please visit other shops same day and compare the prices 😃 Lastly they jewels boxes are pretty low standard.

It was really wonderful experience. Staff members were really nice. This place is neat and tidy. I have been shopping jwellery from many years. They have really good collection of designs. One thing i like about malabar gold is the kind of collection they keep and serve, nd i didn't find in any other gold jewellery shop. I would love to buy more in future inshallah

Not happy to give even one star. Its the worst experience i ever had when it comes to jewelry purchase. If anyone is going to buy jewelry..have good knowledge about making charge VA etc and eapecially calculation. I selected 3 jewelry pieces of approprimatly 90g after selection they made calculation with 23% making charge when we asked about discount they told we will discuss later. So we went out for other purchase. When we come back they are telling VA (19%) mentioned on jewelry is making charge which they didnt mention earlier. Its not about making charge why should they lie 23% and then 19% fixed. They should hv told 19% at first. So they tell higher % then va just to make people think that they are giving discount but its just a trick to fool customers. So they make fool of you if u dont know anything. Its the 2nd time we had this worst experience. I hate to go again bheema sulatan are best when it comes to treating customers..giving discount is different but treating customers properly is very different. The way malbar people behaves is very bad they are not even ready to have conversations.
