The staff is wonderful! It was a date night choice, & I loved it. They had Cherry Cola! The Mama Bearno's Pizza was delicious and the pasta was so good! Plus the Garlic, cheese bread it was perfect. With enough for 2 more meals!

1st time there n definitely not my last. Customer service was 🤌 and food was amazing. Going to be my go to pizza spot.

We went in for takeout. The staff was very friendly. The atmosphere was very cozy. We bought a regular cheese pizza and a deluxe salad. The pizza was good. The salad was very good. Fresh ingredients and plenty of bacon bites. We are going to go back to try more and eat in. One thing to be aware of is that the parking lot has a fair bit of potholes to look out for.

I love Bearno's! I just love it. Mine was a take out but, there were 2 girls there that were very helpful, polite, everything. We engaged in casual conversation while i waited (not even a wait time, just got it from the back). The atmosphere was great. Just a small place off the street. From how it is in there, you'd never know if was one of the busiest places(location wise) in Louisville. Very warm feel, nice, very nice. Next time (soon anyway) I'll be dining in. Loved it!! Places like that make you want to go back.

Great food but the service was spectacular! I left my purse there (im bad with names) the blonde girl that works there grabbed it and put it in her office until was able to figure out where I left it and came to get it!! Im beyond grateful! She save me! Give her a raise there are not many honest people left out there so hold on to her! We will definitely be back.! And bringing friends.

Yes we came on a very busy holiday but they were still able to accommodate us even with the amount of orders they had. I enjoyed the pepperoni.. not sure if this is their norm but it appears as though they bake their pepperoni under the cheese.. which was really cool.

A friend of mine took us to Bearno's today. The crust was thin, but the toppings were plentiful. Thick with cheese, meat, and veggies. One square was heavier than a normal slice from another place. The server was sweet as candy and quick with refills. My son, who could eat a whole large pizza from many other places only ate 3 slices of a medium and was absolutely stuffed. Definitely check them out

Damn good sandwiches!!! Me and my buddy sat at the bar and the bartender was on the ball! Hannah definitely ran that place behind the bar! She was very polite and took care of us. We didnt have to ask for a thing. We will definitely will be back, count on it!

I was a tad disappointed in the delivery service last night (12/3). Pizza was cold & had slid to one side of the box, salad was warm. As I went to the door, the driver was mumbling 'answer your damn door'. I apologized and said I was in the back of the house & hardly heard your knock, to that he mumbled again. The young lady that answered the phone was spectacular. He obviously was having a bad night. This is the first time I have ever experienced this, usually 5☆ across the board.

Pizza was very good, thin crust. Quick delivery (they said they were busy and gave me an hour and a half time) they were there in 45min. Good stuff

Called in on 2/18 for a Super Mama Bearnos delivery around 9:15 pm. I became busy but looking out for food. I got an 11:29 pm text that my pizza was ready. I’d let time get past me but that was really late. No delivery came so I called at 12:15 am. Mgr says my order was written as a pick up. My car is down that was impossible. Told i could get 1/2 off next time. I said we’re still waiting to eat now! Pizza was made and delivered around 12:15 am. after mgr said it’s free as long as I tipped the delivery driver bcuz he’s delivering on his was home. I did. It tasted very different we all agreed. It wasn’t that good at all. An hr later Im stuck in the bathroom with DEADLY stomach cramps and diarrhea. Made several trips back and forth! Free pizza wasn’t so free at all! Shame on you Bearnos! Update…sadly found out this morning everyone that ate the pizza are having the same issues. My daughter just reminded me of the new “cheese cup”that was included with the pizza. It was new and also nasty…WOW!

This was my first time eating at Bearnos. The young lady who waited on my husband and me was friendly and ver personable. We enjoyed our pizza. My husband had the Momma's pizza with pineapple. I built my own with mushrooms, pineapple, and tomatoes. The pizza crust is wonderful. Thin and crispy perfection. Though I enjoyed ny pizza, I wish spinach was a topping option and that my toppings were a bit more plentiful. I will definitely make a return visit.

Although they advertise on their website that they had specials... If you found the order in they will not accept that you have to order it online to obtain that special.. when you try to order online there is absolutely no option for the specials.. way too complicated.. hopefully they fix..

This was our first time coming here, and I got out of my truck. I almost fall on the ground. The parking lot is horrible. You can really hurt yourself. They really need to fix the parking lot it's bad. I did let them know, and they said it's Shivley city that'supposed to fix . They just keep filling the ditches. But they really need to fix the whole lot for customer safety. I love pizza, and we paid a lot. Our cheese was burned on our pizza, and for what we paid for, I was hoping for better. I will take my chances next time somewhere else.

While the ingredients are from the same supplier and the taste of the pies are very similar, this location seems to be a bit lacking in the amount of ingredients they use to top their famous "Mama Bearno's". (I frequent the 2nd Street and Okolona locations and their 16" and 18" pies are over an inch thick where as today mine from the Dixie location was barely over half inch. ((The Mama Bearno's)) the only pie I, personally, eat because it is simply the best tasting, most balanced and most filling of any pie in Louisville. Service here was prompt, employees were courteous and the dining area was rather clean. After the tip, my total was about $50 for a 10" Mama Bearno's and a 14 inch pepperoni. Seems excessive for less total ingredients.

Our favorite pizza of all time, Mama Bearnos!!! We've had it at 2 other Bearnos locations but Shively has the best. We highly recommend!

Great food. Service was a bit slow and we were the only people dinning in. But we remained patient and humble.

I have always loved Bearnos and have never had a bad pizza until last night. The crust was hard and was cooked to long. The toppings where lacking. I will order from Bearnos again but probably not from the dixie hwy location.

This is the only Bearino's I hadn't been to. It was awesome!!! They have the thinnest crust of all of the Bearino's, it was amazing. We got a medium Mama Bearno's, which was perfect for the three of us. Our server was wonderful, she was very personable. When our pizza came, I just wanted to dig in but we could still see the steam coming off of it. Definitely right out of the oven. It was so worth the minute we waited!!! We will definitely be back to this location, especially since they serve Coke products!!!

I had my birthday dinner here. The pizza was AMAZING. Had a great time with family members!

It was nice! This place is inside the Best Western Premier Louisville KY. It was also used as part of the breakfast seating area, Breakfast was served buffet style. Only passed by the bar,going towards breakfast. As for service at the Bar,I don't know? I will comment on Best western breakfast buffet. Service was great! Lady help me bring my food to my table. Knee problem, she seen me limping. She was very helpful! I made my waffle myself. As for the sauge not sure what kind of meat it was.... well it didn't taste like meat. Eggs had a different taste too. But every cook uses different spices not used to. They did have other things you could eat for breakfast.

Good pizza, nice relaxed atmosphere, AND they had highchairs and a baby changing table in the women's restroom.

I 💕 Bearnos waitress was super nice and friendly food was hot fresh and AMAZING as always went at lunch time wasn't very crowded and got our order fast!

The best pizza in town!!

Half the time, they forget if you don't want onions or something. Plus, they charge more than their menu lists, and they're rude if you try to use a coupon.

The pizzas was delicious. Our out of town guests, loved it. The young lady who waited on me ,had a beautiful personality and was very courteous.

I absolutely love their Chicken Parmesan Pasta! The chicken is so tender that you can almost cut it with a fork, it's got gobbs of cheese on it and there's more than enough to feed 2 almost 3 people! The Garlic Bread is to die for and their Deluxe Salad is really good! Everyone is always very friendly there and it's laid back and comfortable!

The pizza has been good the last few times we have dined in.

First time customer. Was not busy. Service and food was great. Place was clean. Parking a little tricky for first timer. Highly recommend this restaurant

Everything great except didn't actually get to eat because although the door was not locked, so we walked right in and were soon turned away because they'd been closed for a half hour! They did let me go to the restroom though and they didnt have to do that, hence the 5 star review. Lock the doors when u close and this won't be an issue.
