Most items didn’t have prices on them. I like shopping local but if they don’t show prices I feel I’m being ripped off. Looks like woolies or Coles instead while I’m on holiday. There loss.

Big fan of IGA. Love the business model of the franchises. But. This IGA was a literal mess. The staff were disinterested in providing service. They were more interested in their own conversation than serving paying customers. Stock levels were a problem but it is late January so that can be excused. But service is service. I doubt the franchisees were present the day we shopped there.

Had what we wanted on a Sunday. Very good. Helpful lady working there.

Poorly merchandised, dark lighting , rude staff member whom obviously doesn't like her job or the customers. Best suited to a new innovative franchisee.

The lady who served us was very friendly, but the shelves were not well stocked and items were very expensive. Its sad they are taking advantage of the tourist trade

Ok for a basic shop, limited range as you would expect for a small store

Friendly , knowledge and helpful staff . I couldn't find the bacon so one of the team took me down to where it was and got a pack out of the fridge for me . The store was clean and tidy with no boxes of unpacked stock in the isles .

Too small and crowded especially in holiday time you can't even get milk and bread
