One of the worst place to stay with family. we had cockroaches in the food. The blankets were smelly. No hot water. I don't know if they do it purposely. Morning they remove the fuse and they say there is no power. The owner stays there itself. In their room everything will work fine. I don't understand how that happens. We all had to take bath in cold water. Its a very bad place to stay with kids. They never reduce the charges even if we say we did not have hot water. The owner never even responds. They just ignore. We had a horrible experience. The worst part is, there were some people who vacated the room. They never changed the bed spread or blankets. They just folded and kept it for the next clients who were waiting to check in. The cups and plates are not washed properly. Very unhygienic and dirty place. Specially they don't wash the blankets or sheets. Strictly not recommended for family (especially with kids)

Worth the penny, located in a calm and greenish area. Very clean. Food was good too. And a very nice customer friendly support, to make us reach, till we checked out. the only problem is that its 30km after valparai.

The prices were exorbitant, considering the quality of the dishes served. The portion sizes were small, and the taste was underwhelming, to say the least. It felt as though the hotel was trying to charge a premium without delivering anything close to the value expected. I could have easily had a far superior meal at a local eatery for a fraction of the price. Furthermore, the service throughout my stay was subpar. The staff appeared untrained and unresponsive to guest needs. There were numerous instances where I had to wait excessively long for service. It was evident that customer satisfaction was not a priority for the hotel staff, which is unacceptable considering the prices they charge. Given the lackluster food quality, the exorbitant prices, and the overall disinterested and slow service, I strongly advise against staying at Bison Valley Estate . There are plenty of other hotels in the area that offer better value for money and a more enjoyable dining experience. Save your hard-earned money and opt for a different hotel where you can have a truly satisfying stay.

We accidentally came across this resort and we consider ourselves lucky. we stayed in this resort from 31-05-2023 to2-6-2023. the resort is located in a picturesque location. We spent our evenings sitting in the corridor and watching the mother nature. Room is comfortable but not luxurious.Amenities are good and staff are cordial. Shivkumar, the cook, prepared delicious food as per the order. We felt that our time was well spent at this resort. this resort is 10kms from valparai on the way to Athirapally.

Good place to stay.. Calm location. Peaceful to mind.. Service very good. Workers are support to go hospital at night time.

Nice place to stay. Food was served three times a day. Breakfast was complimentary. Lunch and dinner was on order only. Very nice surrounding area. Views were good. Lot of noise by birds particularly by morning time was good to hear. Bird watching was good.

We planned sudden trip to Valparai and we found bison valley resort more reasonable, rooms were clean nd staffs were very kind nd food cooked was excellent meeting our expectation .. at night some bugs come inside d room which was quite disturbing.. rest everything was fine ,can go for it without a doubt.... Not an luxurious stay but comfortable nd satisfactory stay is guaranteed
