Located just beside highway, it's a good place for some burgers . They served all the items hot. Chicken strips and zinger pro was good. . However wasroom needs to be maintained

I recently had an extremely disappointing experience at KFC. The chicken tasted like flavorless powder and was unusually hard. Even the Pepsi had an unpleasant ashy taste, far from the refreshing beverage I expected. I attempted to contact the store using the number provided on the bill, but received no response. To make matters worse, not all items listed on the bill were included in my takeaway, with Mayo missing. They didn't even entered my mobile number correct in the bill. This is unacceptable in anyway. I've attached a video showcasing the quality of the wings provided - hardly what one would expect. This experience was a nightmare, and the lack of response from the store only adds to the frustration. I hope KFC takes these concerns seriously and works towards improving their food quality and customer service. I expect the manager to take this feedback seriously and address the issues raised. I have attached a video to provide a visual representation of the concerns mentioned. I kindly request the manager to contact me at their earliest convenience to offer an explanation for the subpar experience and the discrepancies in my order.

Not a pleasant experience, they mostly forget few of the items during take away . Atmosphere is very calm but service is pretty slow (only when ladies staffs takes control )

One of the worst KFC outlet that i have ever seen. Customer Service : 1. They don't take customer phone number in the bill, to ensure the customers don't get the feedback link to provide the negative feedback. 2. When asked for contact details to make complaint, they provide their own phone number (store) and email address. You end up complaining about them to them. Amazing idea! 3. They don't accept coupons and tell that its not taking. Lies! 4. They store in charge has not heard what is "Customer Service" 5. Hesitate to provide any details to make complaint Food: 1. You order some thing and they give some thing else 2. Food delivery was delayed for more than 25 mins and was not informed during taking the order. Atmosphere : 1. Rest rooms are badly maintained and hardly cleaned. They also have an offer. Use KFC rest room and get a free check up in Apollo Hospital. This is amazing offer that everyone should not miss! Summary 1. No KFC coupons accepted. To be honest, they don't know as how to claim 2. Should change the store manager. His attitude is shown in the entire store 3. Rest rooms are not clear and tidy 4. Not ready to take either the feedback nor the provide correct email address to make the compliant 5 Enough space in parking lot. You just park and don't go inside

First they dont have App Order in this store.. so you don't get any discounts or deals listed in App. Ordered Popcorn Chicken - worst, hard, and no spice added Chicken Zinger Burger Tandoori - tandoori mayo was very little like tooth paste Chicken Zinger burger classic - Chicken not cooked 100% Not acceptable KFC

They workers are little bit slow also they take lot of time to prepare 🙂

The location is better than other KFC outlets, but there's room for improvement in terms of hygiene. The place wasn't clean, with leftover food on the chairs and tables that appeared untouched. However, the customer service was satisfactory, and the food quality was good.

Worst KFC ever. 1. They won't give a plate to eat the food 2. We need to ask at least 10 times to get more than 1 tissue paper ( they give only 1 tissue paper for each person) 3. They gave 3 paper glasses to drink Pepsi for 5 people, even that I got after asking them several times. Can understand if there was a rush at that time, but in this case only few people were there. Food was good 👍

Everything is good from food which we have orders is hot and spicy..really good..as well as the food was delivered soon..salespersons also very polite with customers..overall really satisfied from all.must visit this shoolagiri kfc location.

Overall good experience to have KFC feast here. Employees are too friendly in nature. Good ambience & pleasant place to take break in the NH road.
