It is a beautiful temple dedicated to lord venkateshwara. Road is good. Cars can go up the small hill. There is ample parking space, RO water and toilet facilities are there. Though toilets were extremely smelly and dirty. Temple complex is neat and clean, view from the top is amazing. One can also see Ponnaiyar river view. You can get down the hill take a left and can reach river. It's flowing water not much deep when we were here in January month end. There are no change rooms, kids can enjoy. Just few kilometers from the temple among the mountains and forest is a waterfall. The name of the waterfalls is Perandapalli waterfalls. There r two ways to reach. one will be shown by Google Maps and other one is exactly on the opposite side, from temple cross bridge and head straight. Need to park and walk a bit. Temple is a good place to spend time during evening with sunset view. Temple closes at 12:30 and opens at 4:00 pm.

A beautiful calm and less crowded place, located atop a small hill, reachable by most vehicles easily. The temple is small but has ample space outside and around. To manage crowd during special occasions and festivals, there is also a waiting queue lines already set up. They mostly have a yaaga mantapa or a Kalyana mantapa just beside the temple but was barricaded when I visited. The temple also has water facility. I also noticed a small shop near the main entrance where one can buy local fair food items. There's also a huge sheltered area outside the entrance which mostly be used for serving food during the special occasions and festivals. Vehicles can also be parked alongside this. Apart from all this, one can get a beautiful wide stretch of view of the village, fields, hill range, the Thenpennai River and everything around this small hill. This is indeed a remarkable attraction of this place.

This is a very calm and serene Vishnu temple on a hill top closer to Hosur. There is ample parking space and you have to walk last 40 meters to reach the temple. As you walk around the temple you an see beautiful valley, fields and a river .In the evening the view is much more captivating and beautiful. This place isn't crowded and you can visit even during weekends.

It’s Calm and serene place , Temple is situated on a small hilltop , it’s a less crowded temple and you can have Balaji’s darshan properly. The place is surrounded with lush greenery and a small river flows on the bottom on hill which makes this place a scenic beauty. Must visit place for all Bangaloreans it’s around 50km from BLR on the way towards Krishnagiri

Just loved this place. Really such a peaceful place. We will get a good quality of fresh air here. Eventhough it is a very small temple We can enjoy every moments there in that atmosphere. We can feel like a mini hill station, we can enjoy a good sceneric view from the temple. There are small roadside shops where we can buy some snacks, also fresh Cauliflower(direct from farm) which they cultivate there.

This beautiful Venkateshwara temple is roughly 20kms from the Hosur bus stand, and about 1-1.25 hrs drive from South Bangalore. It’s on a little hillock and a pretty huge complex. There is a stream that flows behind the temple, one can plan a half day outing at this place. It’s calm and serene, with fresh air to breathe through. We often visit this temple along with the Chandrachoodeshwara Temple at Hosur and end up with nice meal at the Aaha Restaurant at Hosur before driving back home.

Awesome temple situated in a small hilltop and felt divinely after entering the temple premises. Scenic place to view around from this hilltop. It is situated close to the highway and you can drive thru till the hilltop. Lord Venketaswara is delight to eyes. There is a river which flows behind the temple , you can visit once you complete darshan. One of the must visit temple. After Darshan it is time to have a good break for which you can head to Shri Krishna Inn in Shoolagiri.

Lord Venkateshwara temple built on top a hill very close to National Highway. Has magnificent gateway entrace and it takes about 500 m to reach parking lot. Temple is in a elevated place and surroundings are wooded, Ponniyar river (South Pennar) which carries effluents from Karnataka flows below and behind the temple.

Very beautiful temple and eye catching location, it's just 0.5kms from highway and the temple is surrounded by hills and paddy fields. It’s just 20mins drive from Hosur and 1.5hrs from Bangalore. The temple timings is from morning 7am to 7pm.

Nice temple to visit. It's like Tirupati Balaji. The temple is surrounded byfull of mountains. We can reach easily from Salem Bangalore Highway near Hosur. There is a River near the temple, I suggest not to take a bath in the river as it is mixed drainage water and it's smelly. Near not much home but might be from companies nearby. Overall it's a good place to visit.

This is a nice peaceful place that's situated on a hilltop 65kms from Bangalore. You can drive up all the way and there's no need to hike. Very less crowd even on a weekend, so it's a good place for a spiritual evening drive. Definitely worth visiting.

A unique temple less known for people at Krishnagiri highway.. just 400 mts from highway is this beautiful and scenic Shree Venkateshwara Temple. It has timing to visit from morning till 12 noon. And open by 4 again. The unique thing about this Temple is the entrance to the temple from South instead of East. Check out the photograph. The vigraha of Shree Venkateshwara is very Devine and fulfilling. Have darshan peacefully and meditate for a while to destress yourself and get the Blessings of Shree Venkateshwara Swamy.. Do not miss to have heartful Darshan of Utsava Murthy of Swamy.. after Darshan the treat of nature while taking the praharam is priceless.. Come and enjoy the nature and joy of living. Om Namo Venkateshaya...

Behind the temple, there's a river known as the south pennar river (thenpennai aaru), the river is accessible by a nearby road. Beautiful spot for relaxing and spending time with family/friends.

Beautiful place for a short outing in gobadandram after sanamav reserve forest area. Thennponnaiyar river flowing beautifully but people have dumped all sorts of garbage leading upto the river. The views from the top of the hill is beautiful. We can clearly see the forest surrounding the area with the river, mountains, coconut plantations and cultivation.

Jai dakshin tirupati maharaj🙏 A very nice temple. Reached by 7pm and it was dark that time. But for darshan and participated in aarti. A very calm and peaceful place. The surroundings are awesome too. Someone can easily spend an hour sitting here and meditate. Sunset or sunrise could be more beautiful from this place however, I need to see it once. We saw the sunset and it was lovely. Reach during evening time and enjoy cool weather and get blessings. May god bless all🙏
