So if I could give this place zero stars for today and how I was treated I would. This was my 2nd time going to this salon the 1st time I called before I went and it seemed like it was a problem for a pedicure. They did a good job. But today was a little different. I didn’t call as it does say on their website walk ins welcome. Well if that’s the case why wasn’t I welcome let alone be able to get service done. The young lady receptionist was probably the only nice person there. She asked me what service did I want want I told her a pedicure and a fill in. She asked if I had an appointment and I said no. She apologized to me and said if I could come back at 11 that she would be able to make me an appointment. I said unfortunately I won’t be in the area at 11. She said let me talk to the managers. That’s when things went wrong. I over heard the manager say no in the most rudest way. The young lady came back and said I am so sorry but she said no we can’t take you right now. I needed to make an appointment. I looked at her and said no thank you I am fine. What got me was that there was 3 people workers just sitting there. I can assume that they were waiting for their clients whom had an appointment to get there. But why say walk in welcome when in reality they aren’t allowed let alone welcome. This nail salon is good but they aren’t the goddess of nail salons. To me the way the manager responded was rude and ignorant. I see it like this you got your clientele by walk in or word of mouth before. Why make it so complicated for someone who is a paying customer and most likely a future returning well tipping customer.

I recently visited and had an absolutely fantastic experience. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm and friendly atmosphere. The staff were not only highly skilled but also attentive to my preferences. Nancy did an amazing job with my manicure, she was very professional and attentive to my needs. The salon was clean, and they followed all safety protocols, which was reassuring. I left feeling pampered and with stunning nails. I highly recommend Le Petit Nails Salon to anyone looking for top-notch nail services!

I go to La Petite monthly for a few years now. Ly always does an amazing job with my nails, eyebrow wax, and pedicure. She does extra little things to make my nails different and I love it. I book monthly appointments for my mom, grandma, and daughter and they are all always extremely happy with their experience and the way their nails turn out. 10/10 Recommend. Below is the picture of my most recent nails by Ly- I usually get dip and she does a design over the top.

Was already not in love with my no chip mani because it was all shaped differently but then it started chipping after just a week. The place & people were nice though that’s why I gave them the two stars.

Got dipping powder, afterward bubbles visible to nails the tech asked for help when I told her I didn’t like the look, from the tech who was answering the phone assuming she was maybe the one in charge that day she also asked a guy nail tech both looked at my nails and just blew her off both of them knew the tech was not that experienced with nails (but does a great pedicure). It was my birthday and I didn’t want to cause a scene so I paid the price of the nails. As soon as I walked out I broke the nails off. I was so dissatisfied. I came in at 230ish and didn’t leave until 530ish the tech really was struggling but did her best. This is generally a nice nail salon but the customer service that day was not acceptable.

Love this place! Everyone is always so nice and they do a great job! Check out my Halloween nails, Nancy is awesome!

Some of the best service i have received at a nail salon, despite how busy they were. Henry did an amazing job getting the exact shape i like and Nancy took the time to get the details of the design just right. This is my second time here and I will absolutely be back for my fill ins! The only thing i wish I knew ahead of time was they only take cash for tips, so be sure to bring cash so they get what they deserve for their hard work :-)
