Solid little shop for coffee or all day breakfast/lunch menu. The portions aren't giant like IHOP so expect to be somewhat healthier. Panini was good but I forgot how badly toast messes with my top palate. Still, tasty and a good quick bite open early enough (8am we stopped in on a weekday). Avocado toast was on the smaller side, but fresh.

Cute local place with nice staff, however, they are using the wrong type of matcha or just a low quality. The color is very wrong and the flavor is nonexistent. Traditional and high quality matcha should be a green, and relatively bright, even with milk and it should have a pretty strong taste. I’ve noticed this in a lot of the local north jersey coffee shops. Additionally, it’s typically not made correctly with a bamboo whisk, which makes a big difference. If you’re going to include matcha on your menu please do some research and do it correctly. I went back and the barista added more matcha. He was very nice. It seems the matcha they use is a commercialized “drink” matcha (low quality, banking on a trend). Still not great, and now clumpy, but I do appreciate the effort.

Always a fan of Rockin Joes. Good strong coffee and decent choice of food. Relaxing place for a quick bite, meeting, or to kill some time.

I love love their buy one, get one free (coffee and/or dessert) happy hour special on weekdays! Chocolate croissants are great and coffee is even better! Staff is amazing and it's super cute and cozy inside.

Cute little coffee shop with lots of food options in downtown Milburn. Lots of seating and great bathroom as well. Croque madam was by far the best thing we had, the turkey avocado wrap was nothing special. Was the perfect stop after a couple hours of hiking at the reserve.

Great place to get coffee... Something to eat and just hang out or get online on your laptop. The owner is great and always have a smile on his face.

The waffle is great. It’s almost like a glazed donut of some sort with a little crunchy. I don’t know what it is but it’s amazing. An okay little coffee shop. The super fruit smoothie was good. The kale and spinach omelet was okay. A little on the pricey side in my opinion. 30 bucks? Place could use a little cleaning. Crumbs over the table. Could also use some heat. It’s freezing. Wouldn’t go out of my way to come here. But if you’re in the area for a quick grab. It’s okay.

This place is FILTHY!!! Tables, chairs and floors are filthy upon opening! They serve slimy, wilted and rotten salad greens with dirty pears with the labels still attached! The pastries are old and poorly contained! The chairs are beyond filthy and beaten, as these photos depict! Servers handle cash and then without gloves or washing of hands go on to handling food and drink. One of the employees who open in the morning sweeps and then moves on to making coffee without washing his hands! AND, the same guy has opened the store late each time I've gone at restaurant opening time. One time he was late by over 20 minutes, so I hate to wait for the coffee to be brewed! Ants, flies and other flying insects crawl and fly all over the tables, chairs and floors and the bathroom is DISGUSTINGLY FILTHY!!! The Dept. Of Health should be summoned! I hope this is not representative of Millburn and it's residents. How can anyone who values cleansliness feel comfortable in a place that resembles a filthy alley?

It’s good. Prices are high and workers slow even when they’re not busy, suburban area, so I get it. Food okay but the price don’t match the quality. It’s good you can basically make yourself. They really don’t move with urgency.

Killer food, try their pear bread. home-like feeling dining area, and friendly workers. Parking kinda sucks, but that’s to be expected of the area.

It's was great seeing local Congressman, Tom Malinowski, show up for a small town hall meeting. This is my favorite Cafe in Millburn. Make sure you chat with owner, Jay, and manager, Matt.

Avoid this place. The coffee in this shop is so bad that, for this price, it’s an insult to their customers. The espresso is watered down. No body, no crema, no flavor. They don’t know how to pull a proper shot. The americano was, naturally, even more watered down and flavorless. And on top of that everything is overpriced. $3 for a bottle of water is a bit much. I understand that the rents are high in Millburn, but the quality is too far below the prices. You’re better off at Starbucks.
