This week, I got a small cappucino via Drive Thru, then removed the lid of my drink to add sweetener and was shocked to see that the quantity of beverage inside was half of the cup size. 💔 I'd paid $4 for that! Previously, they have missed adding flavor to my coffee for orders I'd placed using the app. This isn't the case with the other Dunkin' locations I've frequented. I really love Dunkin but the one at Lauderdale has disappointed a few times now, so had to drop this review, although my experience has varied with baristas and cashiers - some are pretty good, but others are NOT. No wonder people have pointed out the bad customer service in the reviews.

Hit or miss at this location. This was suppose to be a bagel with butter but is most definitely a ton of cream cheese. In general they overload whatever schmear you ask for… they would literally put this much butter on as well….the other half of the bagel looked the same. Dropped the review because almost every time I go to this location I have some sort of issue.

I do not recommend this Dunkin location, the donuts are much better at the Ridgefield location, also I ordered a cup of water for my toddler and they charge for cups of water. Who does that ?

Do not go to this location. They aren’t trained very well with customer service, cooking food or anything. If you go back in there with your order they complain for having to do their job. I ordered a bacon egg cheese croissant and when I got it the cheese was just slapped on there not melted , I asked to melt it and he started having attitude and talking ish with his coworker the one who has lashes on since she kept looking back at us when he reheated it. Then that was that we leave the store as I walk past the drive thru machine the African American male blurts out “ heat up your own cheese” . We go back in there and state the issue and they wanna act like they never said nothing. A bunch of wussies / no customer service and food is terrible.

I love this place. The young man at the drive through is hilariously chipper. Great start to the morning everytime I go through there. Give that man a raise

They're so sweet here! I had a rough morning and wasn't all to sure what to drink and one of the ladies recommended the BEST drink I've ever had!! It's sweet but favorable which is amazing! They all had amazing attitudes and me and my family left with big smiles!

Well I go there when I work mornings bout 6am the last 3 times I ordered sprinkle strawberry, sprinkle vanilla donuts, go to get them out of box and no sprinkles!! And I even pointed them out in the display

I had the displeasure of entering this establishment with my child about a week ago. I had a decently simple order, just a coffee and a few breakfast sandwiches. The sandwich I ordered for myself had cheese (when I asked for no cheese), and my husbands coffee tasted old and they put cream instead of skim. A younger African American male employee was heard (by both me and my child) cussing loudly from what I’d assume is the back of the store, the manager (who was helping make drinks) was being incredibly rude to her employee who helped take my order, which I did not like and would not like to know that I am spending my money at a place that treats workers in such a way. The only upside was the nice African American young lady, (who helped her coworker take my order correctly and then promptly re-made my husbands drink the right way and apologized for any wait) and the older African American lady, (who was incredibly sweet to my young child with me). I’ve seen many people speak poorly of this stores management on my next-door page and I must say, I see exactly what they were talking about. WILL NOT BE RETURNING.
