Amy is the best!!! She is skilled, knowledge and great to be around. In the past I had people who would get lost in my hair, Amy knows exactly what too do. She also gives me husband the best cuts he ever had ( and he had curly hair). So grateful for Amy.

Jesika (with a K) is so amazing at what she does, and it is obvious that she loves doing it. When I wanted crazy colors in my hair, she made it happen. And she made it look exceptional. And when I needed to change my hair color for work, she made that happen too and it was just as exceptional and I'm so happy with it. I have seen many different hairstylist in Richmond and didn't stay for whatever reason, but I can't say enough about how great she is.

I’m giving 3 stars because although my stylist is a nice girl, she didnt seem to have much knowledge on hair or hair care. I’m black and my hair is natural, anyone who has knowledge about natural hair knows you can’t rush through washing. You can’t condition black peoples hair in less than 5 minutes. We need 10 minutes minimum. Also you can’t use the same hair products or hair tools that you use on someone who doesn’t have textured hair. Doesn’t work. The overall cleanliness of the shop is good. Staff is nice. Booking is easy.

Always a pleasant experience here. Michael makes me feel so welcome and comfortable. I have very thick curly hair but the scalp massage and condition are the best!

Faith was incredible! I trusted her suggestions and I am glad that I did. My hair is so much healthier! Everyone was kind and welcoming. So glad I made the switch to come here!

I really like my hairdresser..this is the third visit and she is doing exactly what I want!! However, I was not told that the salon only takes a credit card, which I normally use but didn't have enough in my account this time so wanted to pay cash..they took it but showed their displeasure..I, also, pay 40.00 because I just get a wash and cut..that is what I paid the first 2 times..she says 55.00..I said I have always paid 40.00 so it was accepted..there were other people around and this whole episode embarrassed me !!

Michael Bay is wonderful! He gave me my first haircut in 2 years and I am thrilled with the results! I would recommend him highly!

Visiting from out of town and needed a blowout. They were able to accommodate me on short notice and my stylist SASHA, a new stylist, did a great job! Several of the staff were very complimentary. I would visit again.

I had my first appointment with Kelly and she is a total rockstar! Not only did she make me feel so comfortable in her chair, but she took the time to make sure we both understood each other and what I wanted for my hair. Very happy with the end result and already have my next appointment booked!

Michael Bay has been cutting my hair for 8 years and I was finally ready for something new and dramatic. Michael gave it a 10!! He understands how to shape and make it look good even if I can’t do the same things he does in the salon. I come from North Carolina for Michael to do my hair and will continue!
