I work in restaurants across the country for a Nationwide facility contractor and seen my fair share of commercial kitchens. My job has completely ruined eating out for me but I can honestly say that I really enjoyed my time working at this location because of people who work here. All of them took pride in their job and it shows. This place is clean and well maintained and that's usually not the case for a place that's been around from the early 2000s. I came in to work on refreshing the cook and prep lines along with resetting some of the equipment and fixtures to ensure proper standards. There wasn't anything they said no to if it needed help, even the small items like resealing all the food prep areas and adding a soap dispenser at the bar and sink. I would definitely eat here anytime no questions asked! The salmon c.c. was my favorite dish out everything that I tried at this restaurant.

This is ALWAYS a great date! We drove 2 hours to have our Valentines day here and as usual were not disappointed! The drinks , amazing.. the app awesome, entrees on point...and we took a chance on the butter cake due to past reviews and our waiters recommendation...absolutely delicious! Just do it and go here....it's the BEST!

We ordered shrimp scampi, salmon with crispy shrimp, and a lunch combo. The lunch combo was chicken parmesan sandwich and minestrone for $10.50. Food was great but a little salty and high in calories. I love the atmosphere! Service was great. Totally worth the trip because we got the $10 off just by signing up for the membership. It’s located right next to Dillard’s. Would highly recommend!!!

I've eaten all over the world and we just had the best Italian food we have had in a long, long, long time. The Shrimp Scampi is fantastic and the Chicken Parmesan was outstanding. The Sangria great, very flavorful and the bread is to die for. The wait staff are 25 stars, the food is 20 stars and the restaurant is clean as well as the rest rooms! We will definitely be coming back very soon. If you have not been to Maggiano's then you really need to check it out. Great Atmosphere too!

David did an outstanding job as our server for a table of TEN! From the moment we arrived to the table, he was incredibly attentive, making sure all of our needs were met when it came to drinks, and our family style meal. We were in the restaurant for quite a while celebrating my sister’s bridesmaids brunch and there wasn’t a moment he forgot to bring something despite multiple people asking for something at the same time. I can speak on behalf of our entire party when I say David was absolutely phenomenal and did an excellent job serving us! He even took the time to recognize my sister’s engagement by bringing her a strawberry candle to blow out and some lemon cookies!

Other than the great Italian food, what you get from Maggiano’s that you wouldn’t find at a small family owned Italian restaurant is the ambiance and grant appearance. Service has always been wonderful; food has been consistent every time. What is really nice is you can bring a full size classic pasta dish home for $5. Make a reservation online to save yourself some waiting time. Make sure you save room for dessert. However I am very disappointed how the Tomato Bruschetta was prepared. Chopped up tomatoes was served in a very small bowl, topped with few strings of basil, and cheese, drizzled with Balsamic vinegar, a few pieces of very hard toasted bread on the side. This is not how it was served. Don’t order it.

Great first experience at this restaurant. We were a party of five plus two babies, and the staff were very accommodating with the little ones. The restaurant was packed, and for good reason! The food was excellent and served in large portions. One pasta and side salad was enough for two to enjoy without getting super full. So come hungry, and be sure to make a reservation.

This is an expensive Italian restaurant and for the price of the food the quality was just not there. I wouldn't necessarily tell others not to go there. All the staff we interacted with were friendly and nice and eager to help. Service was good. My son didn't like they have a sphere I liked it. I probably would have preferred to sit in the bar over the booths. But I did like the boost. I definitely would not sit at any of the tables they seem out of place and awkward. The fried zucchini appetizer we had was absolutely delicious and almost worth going just for that if that was the only thing you were getting.

Sunday evening, after the Holiday was hoping to have a lovely Birthday Dinner. Our drink service made our over all experience horrible for my Mother Birthday celebration. We waited 42 minute wait for an espresso martini(singular) apparently our drink order went to the kitchen…(it happens)so we tired to then ordered a bottle of wine and canceling it cause of the wait again and all 3 of us ordered a single glass. (4glasses in a bottle people.) My mother eventually started going to the bar herself to get her own drinks at dinner! The manager eventually came over and took off the martini and said “if it comes to the table then great and if it doesn’t then just know it was taken off the bill.” We frequent this establishment and for a party of 4 adults and 2 small children our service was subpar for such an occasion.I feel that more should have been done to ensure our experience was better. I’m not one to take time to write reviews but for my mother’s birthday dinner being such a let down foreshadowed the rest of the evening.

I've always enjoyed Maggiano's. The food here is always super tasty. I would push an old lady out of my way if there was only one piece of chicken parmigiana left. Most recently, my family and I dined here right before Christmas. Originally, our reservation was for seven people but ended up only being five. When we checked in I asked if we could still keep the larger table as I am a robustly rotund gentleman and would appreciate the extra space. I know it's not much but I received a chuckle for my joke and they graciously let me keep the larger table in the corner. 5/5 would definitely recommend.

The service was excellent! Food was great. Really had a great time interacting with the staff. Nice place.

I've been to this location a few times but went here this time to celebrate my mom with a party of about 15. We waited a lil past our reservation time to accommodate our large group since the previous diners hadn't left the table yet. The server sat us and came back a few times, filling drinks and replacing bread. She took an unusually long time to take our orders, but when she did, things started to flow together nicely. I ordered a lemon salmon with spinach, and it didn't disappoint. The lemon flavor was singing to me, and I ate every single bite as slow as possible to savor the moment. Overall, we had a very nice experience and I do recommend them for large groups.

We came here for our anniversary and we were treated amazingly. I called ahead for champagne/card on the table when we arrived and everything went perfect. We enjoyed the Marco’s for 2 which was a great value. Also, our server treated us very well and gave us a free additional dessert. The food was very tasty with large portions. We are definitely coming back for most of our special occasions.

This was a wonderful place to share with my co-workers for our holiday gathering. The ambiance was beautiful and warm. The decor was very seasonal. The wait was a little long, but we were seated once 8 of us arrived for a party of 10. Our reservation was at 4:15 pm. They were already booked to the maximum capacity at 3:30 pm from what I could here. It is best to reserve your table to avoid being turned ba j due to "being fully committed fir tge evening," lol. The food was pretty good. I had the blackened Mahi Mahi with asparagus and mashed potatoes. Very delicious. Our waiter had a lot going on but managed to be as attentive as possible. He forgot my director's drink but she didn't complain at all. Other than that, we all had an awesome time. May you all have a wonderful holiday. Thank you for a great outcome.

We got the 3 for 15 carry out deal. Fettuccine Alfredo with chicken and Caesar salad was amazing. They add plenty of sauce so the noodles were not dry. Very tasty. Creamy, cheesy, hot, and delicious. Bread was tasty too, especially dipped in Alfredo sauce. Will definitely be returning for another meal.

Our dinner was amazing! Brianna was our server and she was great! She described the food so well and took great care of us all night! She made our valentines dinner so special and i couldn’t have asked for better food or service !

This place was amazing. The food was delicious and made fresh!! The service and atmosphere was spot on. I really enjoyed this place!! This place was nothing but top notch.

Came here for a lunch and learn event and the food and staff was amazing. They served us a 4 course family style meal and I probably ate too much. I even tried the cheesecake which is not something I usually care for. But it was delicious and I would go back and get. The bar was set high lol.

Always enjoy going to this restaurant. The food is good, you certainly get more than enough to fill you up. They are always running some type of special, where you get another pasta to take home. Currently it's only an additional $5, for each dinner ordered! We had great service and sat outside since it was a beautiful evening. I highly recommend the butter cake for dessert!

We went to eat dinner in the afternoon. And, it was packed with people. So we were told to wait 40 minutes. After, we finished ordering we waited 45 minutes for our food. The food was good but I didn't like that we had to wait that long for our food and the music seemed to be very loud that night.

Delicious food! Pricey but well worth it. The pics don't do justice to the quality of taste. We also had the artichoke dip OMG so good!

We stopped in for a birthday & highly recommend for a special occasion or if you’re just craving really amazing Italian. Everything we ordered (including the butter cake for dessert) was delicious . Can’t wait for our next visit! P.S. yes the food was just as good as they look in these pictures!!
