So disappointed with their food and service. The food was very expensive and the steak portion was small. I have ordered the Hibachi Steak, the flavor was good. However, I ordered medium rare but it was brought to me well done. Our waitress hardly stopped by our table, I constantly had to look for her and tried to get her attention. Finally I had to ask for the restaurant manager to complain about the steak. He did replace my dish but never apologized for the issue. I normally don’t make a fuss about things. By the time my food came, my mom was almost done with her meal and I wasn’t hungry anymore. My mom order the Louisiana Chicken Pasta, the pasta had no flavor. Sadly, Cheesecake Factory was one of my favorite restaurants. After this experience, I will not return again.

This was my second time eating at The Cheesecake Factory. I was very disappointed. The silverware was dirty, as were the cups. We requested multiple times for new items but never really got anything that was completely clean. One thing I can say is that the waitress was very patient with my table. She had no idea that I was reviewing the restaurant and she still went out of her way to correct the mistakes made by others. My group ordered several dishes. My order was the miso salmon with brown rice. I'm not sure that I got brown rice even though the waitress said it was brown rice. It just looked like white rice slightly covered with miso sauce but maybe I'm wrong. Regardless, the meal was delicious. This was probably the biggest cut of salmon I've ever received at a restaurant. It was well-cooked, well-seasoned, and well worth the price. We also ordered an impossible burger, a regular burger, and a meal with mushrooms and steak, shrimp tempura, and mashed potatoes. Everyone was mostly satisfied with their meal. Ultimately, the lack of cleanliness with the dishes made all of us feel slightly dirty when we left the restaurant. We could feel crumbs and things on the outside of the cups. The plates had greasy stains on them. I couldn't capture them with my camera, but we could see them with our eyes. My silverware had food particles on it both times that I requested new ones. Finally, the women's bathroom was having some issues. The floor of the bathroom was flooded on one side, making it very difficult to use all but one of the stalls. In addition, the lighting was so dark that you couldn't see the water on the floors until you were nearly standing in it. I appreciate mood lighting, but this could have led to a dangerous situation in this case. I had to use my phone's flashlight just to see everything clearly in the bathroom. I'm sad to say that this restaurant is no longer a place I want to visit in person. I might order some salmon to go, if that's an option, but I don't plan to visit again for quite some time. We didn't even stay for dessert because we were all so frustrated with the lack of cleanliness at this restaurant. I'm irritated because I have to drive nearly an hour to get there. The least I expect is clean dining ware. I still want to say thank you to my waitress. You were amazing despite the issues. I showed my appreciation there and I'll show it again here. Great job! 👏🏽

We loved the avocado egg rolls, the Korean BBQ cauliflower, tempura shrimp and the beet salad. Made a meal out of yummy apps for lunch at the high tops in the bar area. No wait. No fuss. Friendly bartenders and very nice servers too!

I've been to Cheesecake Factory many times over the years, and this time it was for my birthday celebration. They were very accommodating. I made a reservation online because they always have a wait ( this was super convenient), so I wanted to get ahead of that. I walked in 20 mins early and they sat me immediately. Our server was on point, he made sure we had everything we need, hot, fresh pumpernickel bread, butter, full glasses of lemonade. Everything. when our food came out everything was just right. I ordered the miso salmon with mashed potatoes, and steamed green beans. It was cooked perfectly, I had no complaints. Last but not least, the main event.... Cheesecake to go... whew... this was what I was waiting for all night. Normally I get the vanilla bean because it's light and delicious but they talked me into trying something new. I went with the Caramel Pecan Turtle Cheesecake. While this was absolutely yummy... it doesn't beat my vanilla bean. I still recommend it, but try the vanilla bean first,

Lunch with family at the Cheesecake Factory in Short Pump. Seated immediately, no wait. Extremely friendly server, fast and efficient. Ordered the following entrees: vegan Cobb salad, chicken and avocado sandwich, Evelyn’s favorite pasta, and chicken quesadillas. Food was delicious. Large portions, so plenty of take-home for later. Server recommended key lime mango coconut cheesecake, awesome recommendation. Shared one piece amongst the four of us. Food and service were great. Overall a great lunch experience. We shall return again.

There’s certain items on the menu that are a must as many choices there is and the Monte Cristo for Brunch is it!!! Cereal crusted French toast breakfast sandwich 🍳🥓🧀 Another menu item is their crab dip, oh my! 🦀 I usually like to eat in but today I got it today and it was just as good. I threw it in the air fryer to crisp it up a bit!

The food was great. We were seated within five minutes although they were pretty busy; gave us a little time to look at the wonderful cheesecake! Everything was prepared as ordered. The egg roll sampler was a table favorite. The orange chicken is my favorite- breading is not too heavy and fried just right. I ordered the pineapple upside down cheesecake that was great. Silverware was dirty but our wonderful server had no issues bringing us plastic utensils.

We got there at approx 12:30, we were told it would be a 1 hour wait but the got the text that our table is ready before 1pm. Our server was amazing. It was very crowded yet he gave us a phenomenal service. The food was okay/good as usual. We grabbed a couple of cheesecakes on our wait out. Highly recommend the Korean cauliflower.

I've been wanting to visit this restaurant for a while, and finally got a chance when we took a day trip to Short Pump. First what caught my attention is that this restaurant is lacking the cleanliness, which already made us feel not comfortable when we got our seats. We started with the appetizers and were excited to try them! I was surprised at such variety in the menu. However, we had to wait and wait for our appetizers to come. 40 minutes later we still didn't have them. The manager came up and was really polite and super apologetic about our wait. When the food finally arrived, it was really delicious! I can't say it was worth waiting that long though. We ended up not ordering the main dishes and the desserts after all (for obvious reasons). We didn't want to spend another 40 minutes for the rest of the food to come. I don't think I will come back to this restaurant when I'll be in Richmond area next time.

For Dine-in: Food was great! Service was fantastic for a Tuesday afternoon. Utensils and bathroom were not super clean though. I like the restaurant atmosphere. For take-out: We stopped by for a chocolate ‘tower’ truffle cake and mango cheesecake. The chocolate cake doesn’t look like a tower. It looks like a collapsed building.

We walked in at opening. Found the table still covered in food from the night before and the glass divider between the two booths was also very filthy. We desiding if we would stay or not and inspected the silverware and plates, which were clean. We request a damp towel and cleaned the table ourselves. The food came out o. Clean plates and was rather good. It is worth a try but be careful as cleanliness is not their strong point. If I get sick I will update my post.

Went on a Sunday for brunch, it was just 2 of us so we didn't have to wait long. Great service, the food not so great, ordered green salsa chilaquiles, not very good, of course I've tasted the real dish so this doesn't compare, the waffle was good.

Well I'm giving a 2 star review only because the cheesecake was good...otherwise it would have been 1. First off we went for dinner on New Years Eve and the wait wasn't too bad. We were given a side booth and the lighting was a little dark. Then all of a sudden the lights went even dimmer! We had a party of 6 and we all had to bring out our cellphone flashlights to read the menus. We mentioned to our waiter that the lighting was not adequate but he didn't seem to care. I ordered the grilled ribeye steak (medium well) with mashed potatoes and green beans. Since the lighting was so bad I had to use my cellphone to see what I was eating. The steak was very fatty but at least it was cooked how I ordered. The green beans were the worst I have ever had. They were basically raw and tasted terrible...I couldn't eat them. Usually when I go to a sit down restaurant the waiter/waitress or a manager walks around and asks how is everything...we never got that. So as I was eating and looking around I saw more people also using their cellphones for light...obviously this is a problem...don't you think? After dinner I ordered a very cherry cheesecake slice and that was good, but not enough to rate the Cheesecake Factory higher.

TONS of menu options. Food and especially the cheesecakes were delicious. Service was quick and professional. Music was so loud we had to shout. Other tables were close together making it harder to ignore the neighbors' drama.

beautiful space. unique and well done. they serve two kinds of breads to your table with butter in a dish. ordered the calamari app which is done tempura style. i had the chicken and biscut meal. enjoyed it and it was enough to fill me up. my wife had the bistro shrimp. she loved it and had to bring some home because it was alot for her. her son had the carne asada which he finished off. the server was very much on point and friendly. the bill was on the higher end but for a once in awhile stop well worth it.

Food was not good. It’s like a high end Applebees. Priced way to high for the type of food they’re serving. Yet, soooooo many people wait in line for it. The cheesecake is the best thing about that place.

Sat in the self-seating area and made use of the happy hour appetizer special and just had a great time! Our server was really friendly and witty and just great to talk to! Ordered dinner (broccoli chicken pasta which was just OK) and cheesecake to go ans we had plenty of leftovers for lunch and dessert the next day!

Michaela is probably the best server I have ever encountered in a sit down restaurant. She kept my drink cup full and totally made this experience awesome. The turkey burger I got tasted amazing as did the cheesecake. In conclusion, the fantastic service made the difference of a good experience to an amazing experience.

Be prepared to wait if you don’t have a reservation and equally slow service. You have to know what to get when going to the cheesecake factory. They don’t have the best food, but most definitely known for their cheesecakes. I am not impressed by their food, or their overwhelming menu. We ordered dynamite shrimp. The sauce was served on the side. Also, the tails were still left on the shrimp which takes away from the entire taste of the shrimp. There are three types of caesar salads, which is overwhelming. We also got the tamale cakes, which were pretty good. We also got burgers, smokehouse bacon burger and the double bacon burger. They were both cooked to perfection. We ordered the dulce de leech cheesecake, pineapple upside down, and red velvet. All of those were amazing to say the least. We spent almost 2 hours in the cheesecake factory and that was not including the wait. Probably the reason we only visit once a year.

I almost drove an hour to come to this restaurant. I have always liked food. Although now it was terrible, the food was horrible. The rice was stuck so much that it didn't even come off the fork. The bartender was not friendly to me, she didn't even greet me. She simply gave me the glass of water and the menu. I don't know her name and it didn't matter to know it. I only know that she has tattoos on both arms. That's why I only left her a five dollar as tip even though I would have left her more because I'm also a waiter and I recognize that one has to be nice to people.

Went here for our dinner date on a Sunday around 7pm. No waiting searing quickly. Waitress was so nice and accommodating. My husband had herb Salmon w/ mashed potatoes and asparagus. I had a new dinner ( I stepped out the box and wished I stayed in the box) my dish was a Thai shrimp curry dish with rice...it was okay but my food was cold! Oh, and hubby potatoes were cold! Oh and for my dessert can't go to cheesecake factory and not get a slice of strawberry cheesecake..it was so good as always!

I joined the CF rewards program and was able to make a reservation in advance for a Saturday night. I was glad I did because the wait was long for those who didn’t (which was expected). We were initially seated by a group of teens and the hostess offered to move us to a more quiet spot which was great but the tables were so close together. We were at a 2 seater table but a 4 seater was right beside us; I could reach out and touch them and the other guests had to side step between tables when they got up. As always the food was delicious. We opted for marinara sauce instead of cocktail sauce for the calamari. This was our first time trying their Brussels and they were cooked well. I love the gumbo (I asked for extra sausage) although it has more of a jambalaya consistency when mixed with the rice. My boyfriend’s dish was incorrect at first but our server Tatianna (sp.) apologized and got it to us as quickly as she could; she was super sweet and did great with checking on us and refilling our drinks throughout the night. Because I signed up for the rewards in advance I got a reward for a free slice of cheesecake so I went with my favorite ultimate red velvet cake cheesecake to go!

We went here on a whim for Sunday date night. I wish I had taken a picture of my food! The choices were overwhelming. So we ended up ordering different appetizers, and they were our meals. They were good size portions, so we were not disappointed. I forgot the names of these drinks, but they were good! The dim lighting was romantic, but u might need to pop out your phone light on order to see the menu 😆

Went on peak time on a Friday and we had such a good time. The wait was short, they took us to the table earlier than the estimated time. Service was attentive and swift, food was really good taste wise and portions large and the ambiance was lovely. Buzzing, cutlery clinging and nice music. We had a blast. Chicken Madeira & Chicken Costoletta
