Kickback Jack's has never been my favorite, but this drink I was not prepared for it is a strawberry and Henny Margarita.. be ready though that brown juice hits different. I also enjoyed the cheese steak egg rolls you get a good portion definitely shareable. The cheese and bacon fries are also good.

Ok, I went 'OD' on the pictures. This place is pretty nice. The menu was very good Nd filled with favorites. There were numerous television's around to watch sports. The food was good. If you order wings, make sure you tell them about the sauce. If you don't like a lot, it can be a bit much. They give you this huge cup for your beverage. I would come back to this place because of the overall experience.

To my complete surprise, the food was really good. I was never a big fan of bar food, but the food at Kickback Jack’s were prepared fresh and seasoned perfectly. Great selection for everyone to enjoy. We ordered Firecracker Shrimp, it was crunch outside and full of flavors. Fried Chicken Wings was one of the best that I had. It was off the bone easily. Wednesday wine special was super cheap. A glass of Vista Cabernet and a glass of Vista Merlot were only $2.75 each. Price were very reasonable and portion was good. Lots of big screen TV, you can enjoy a game from any seat. Comfy booth with lots of room. We definitely will come back.

Ordered wings tossed in sauce. Wings arrived looking like they touched sauce at one point and then immediately ran away. Spongy breading. No flavor. Just all around bad.

Other half and I decided to go today for a quick lunch. We sat at the bar. The waitress was very prompt. We ordered the Philly Egg rolls with the jalapeno cheese dip. Hubby got the grilled wings with ranch, I got chicken Philly with Mac n cheese he also got fries. Good food good vibes good times

Never had to write a review but Sydney the manager couldn’t refund me my money or make my wings because I live 30 mins away. They gave me 19 wings when I asked for 20. They wings were not dry rub and wet as hell. I called and she told me to get the general manager name off the door. She was rude and disrespectful. I never had a restaurant tell me they couldn’t help me.I will be posting on all social media.

The food was good...I had the new orleans pasta but it needed more sauce...I also had the buffalo chicken dip it was good but cold...server took it off my bill

The food and service here was amazing 👏 to our group of 12. JOURNEY is an amazing hostess. Many delicious 😋 options . I personally like the New Orleans pasta and BBQ fried wings and baked beans 🫘. Please 🙏 taste this food if you are in the area!

First time ever eat here. We came in on a Sunday around 12 noon not to busy but it was getting busy by time we was done. The waitress was very nice, friendly, always there if you needed something, and she knew about all the food. We even spoke to one of the cooks in the kitchen and she was very nice. If need be I can tell y'all both of their names. I added a few pics of our food. Next time we come to Richmond I hope to eat here again one of my new favorite places 😋

You kinda know what to expect at a place like this. Think Buffalo wild wings and... Yeah. Pretty much that. Tons of screens displaying pretty much every newscast or sports game currently airing. Unless of course it's a major playoff type game day. Great bar atmosphere. Very hit n miss on the menu items. Some are fantastic like the spinach Dip. Some.. Less than stellar. But overall if you're looking for a BWW substitute with less wing options but more other options, I can't think of a better place. Also, tip well, the staff are all very young! :)

Food and atmosphere was excellent. Ordered the salmon, fish and chips, a burger and the Buffalo chicken wrap. Delicious! Service was a little slow compared to how few patrons there were at the time but not too bad. Great prices, can't wait to go back and work through the menu.

This was my first time at Kickback Jack's and I really enjoyed it. I tried the Fish n Chips. The food came out real quick. It was fresh and delicious. The atmosphere was ok. Your typical sports bar with flat screen tvs everywhere. I will definitely return. I heard the Firecracker Shrimps is a must try!

We t at Patrick's day around 2 pm it was so crowded no parking but I was lucky to park a little far but worth the trip food was lunch combo wings dried rub and fries delicious always food is consistently good beer tall and cold and watched march madness great atmosphere loads of nice looking men of all cultures and women families out dining as well waitress Spanish young lady gave perfect service... Gave a nice tip of course.. will continue to visit again .. and met a nice guy there as well.

Marcus was fantastic, and the food was great! 👍 For such a big place, acoustics could be better, either with more insulation or lower volume on the speakers. All in, would return if ever in the area again.

Good food at a decent price. It's a good place to go to meet friends. Maybe take the kids somewhere else after 5pm.

My husband, my bonus daughter and I came here on Father’s Day. They weren’t super busy but not slow neither. We were greeted by a lovely young lady at the front who was awesome. However once we were seated we were there 32 minutes waiting on someone to come to our table. Finally the waitress comes over and apologizes: says no one let her know we were her table… From that point forward her service was great she promptly put in our orders and got our drinks to us. Once the food arrived it was absolutely delicious but put together very sloppy… I still ate and loved every sloppy bite!! Other than the wait in the beginning and the carelessness in making my sandwich it was overall a decent experience

The food was absolutely delicious, the staff was warm and welcoming. Our waitress was stellar she was attentive, and gave us some pointers on the best options. It is a very laid back fun place to eat and enjoy some great food and laughs.

I order the chicken sandwich. Was really good. My husband order the pasta it was good too. Waiter was a little slow but over all it was great.

I ordered the Combo Cajun Alfredo Pasta. Very large portion but not much sauce. When I asked for more sauce I was charged.

Friday before Christmas met a handful of friends for some drinks and apps. Waited for service and drinks far to long. Was easier to walk to bar and get drinks ourselves and get evil eye of bartender than waiting for service at high top table. Would recommend if you are going for drinks or apps to place order the day ahead. Don't ask for the manager either because they don't at all. Will definitely try elsewhere next time.
