Literally the slowest fast food service on planet earth. Plan on sitting in line for at least 30-45 minutes, plan ahead as watching YouTube and Netflix may alleviate the wait time anxiety. Once checked out, food is edible. Suggest one of the other locations.

Love their breakfast items -- honey-butter chicken biscuit & sausage, egg, cheese biscuit (miss the jalapeno biscuit...). In the height of the pandemic, when everything was redirected through the drive through, the service was slow but steady. Really appreciated that! Still very pleased with their customer service. These folk work hard to satisfy the customer. Very grateful that they are in Shreveport, LA.

Went through drive through. Food was good but too much salad dressing, running out, no Napkins for 4 people at all, not enough ice in drinks.

Learned from the last visit not to order the chicken strips. The hamburger was probably one of the best fast food hamburger. Service was above average and food was hot.

Such a breath of fresh air from the employees, especially MS. Angela W. Kind and courteous. I like Whataburger anyway, but the exceptional politeness from all the staff I witnessed interacting with the public today was worth posting about.

Was dining in but felt unwelcome. Left before checking out our food and the mayo burger was mustard. The honey butter chicken biscuit was a strip on a bun with some honey butter. Disappointing to say the least.

Best breakfast burger (I'm serious) this side of the Mississippi River. Very clean,Staff goes above and beyond from food to condiment needs and making sure utensils are included
