I came in today because my watch had condensation in it... he took it apart, cleaned it, and put it back together all in less than 5 minutes. He also gave me some tips on my watch... absolutely amazing! I am definitely recommending this place to all watch owners!

First of all, these guys are nasty and rude. They are like a mixture of backwoods rednecks (not the good kind, the trouble-making aggressive kind) and greasy downtown sewer rats. Respectable ladies should absolutely steer clear of this place. As far as the actual work is concerned... I was quoted a price double what is standard for the work I needed (a minimum of $125 just to open the thing plus parts and additional labor). The man scoffed when I said that for that price I would expect a full service cleaning and oiling etc. He was unwilling to guarantee original Minerva parts even though I told him it was a highly valuable museum piece. In the end, I couldn't bring myself to trust them with my timepiece and told them that I would have it worked on elsewhere. The men threatened and cursed me saying that nobody else would be able to repair it anyone else would destroy it. Yeah, jokes on them, I'm sending it to a shop in Washington, DC that is charged with maintaining some of the priceless timepieces in the Smithsonian. They had quoted me a lower price for a complete restoration. I really didn't want to do that because I always try to support local businesses. This time it was a mistake. Bayou Watch and Jewelry: never again.

I have had the watches sitting up and needing repair. I found them and they took care of my watches repair timely, quality, and truly a reasonable price. Check them out for yourself. I will definitely be doing further business with them when the need arises. They are great at what they do.

In 2018 I went to get a battery and was charged either $12 or $14. The battery didn't last a week. I found a five pack on Amazon for $4. Those worked fine. I went in yesterday to have a watch looked at and neither of the men in the shop were wearing masks as is currently required by Louisiana state mandate.

Just wanted to let everyone know I’ve been dealing with these gentlemen for years since they were on line ave. They are always professional, courteous, and know everything there is to know about a watch. It’s been a pleasure. Having them work on my timepieces. I only wish I could give them more than five stars

These guys are great. Had a problem with my Luminex watch. Took a while, but finally found parts to repair it. Best watch repair in NW La.

Had my manual wind chronograph watch serviced at Bayou Watch. The watch looks new again and runs smooth like butter! I am very pleased! I didn't take to long on the service end and the price was very reasonable. I wouldn't hesitate recommending this establishment. Thanks guys!

Great place. I have had two different watch bands sized. Had one battery replaced, while I waited. They fast, courteous, and professional. I will use this place again@
