    My food was hot so it wasn’t a total bust - but when i ordered a large fry I didn’t expect a medium with more than half the fries gone. I should have checked the bag before I left. I love chik fil a bit for the cost this was disappointing

    This place is horrible!! They made a simple order so hard and were very rude after they made a mistake. The person who took my order refused to fix her mistake after "checking" my order as if i was lying. 20 people working and only 1 person tried to fix the mistake. And on top of all this the chicken was old, cold, and dry. First and last time here!

    I went here last week and the Mac and cheese was not good at all. I went there today and was not impressed with the salad. I paid $9.49 for a salad and they didn't even give me a whole egg. I called and the manager said they don't give a whole egg. The salad was a waste of money.

    As far as Chick-fil-A’s go, it wasn’t my best experience. Parking lot is confusing and not super functional. No real dining room assistance. Food was good but portions seemed smaller than at other locations. Manager on duty seemed nice and like he was going above and beyond, but we didn’t deal with him directly.

    I have gone through the breakfast drive through 3 or 4 times this week. I usually pay cash and have encountered the rudest employee at Chick-fil-A thus far. I did not see her name tag, but she was an older woman, I'd say 40's, with very short red hair. I asked for extra sauce and she snapped at me that it was in the bag. I had to give her my bag back to prove there was no sauce in the bag, in order to get some. Does Chick-fil-A take the sauce out of the employee's paycheck? The other times that I have encountered her in the drive thru, she's just been unpleasant. Give the jobs to the younger employees who are enthusiastic and seem happy to work there.

    The customer service is very friendly and there wasn't a long wait for food, even though I came during the lunch rush. Food was fresh and hot and my lemonades were great- not super sweet or iced down. Good choice.

    This location has consistently disappointed me more and more as time progresses. I continue to give them chances only to be disappointed. Items are constantly missing, when I ask for my missing items they look at me like I’m an idiot (or question me and call me a liar). At my most recent visit I purchased meals for all of my employees for an office lunch meeting, and the salads had BUGS in them (insert puke emoji here). This location used to be great. I guess management has changed since then.

    A couple of months ago I had a big catered order out of this location and they were right on time with the food and John, who is in charge of catering here, was incredible friendly and personable. Fantastic customer service.

    This Chick-fil-A is my favorite. The staff are always friendly and even if there is a long line up I have never waited too long. The food arrives hot and fresh.

    Food is always amazing. But unfortunately my last 2 times going I didn’t get my chic fil a sauce. I really don’t want to see chic fil an end up like all the other chains in Shreveport. I honestly could not complain about anything else.

    Love the food and the service. Sometimes it gets congested with the traffic. Some orders are ready before others and the challenge of trying to get out of the parking lot becomes vexing when other customers don't want to let you out. Surprised that one young lady directed the traffic to let a car out before me, and she simply just walked by after I tried to get her to do the same thing. Totally not what I expected, but I guess that's not in their customer service handbook... directing traffic. Fortunately, another young lady did come through and she assisted us in navigating the parking lot as we had already received our order.

    I ordered my food ahead of time and even though I had to wait a little in the pick up spot, I did not have to wait long. This place stays packed so to get my food as quick as I did is still an accomplishment. They remembered to give me a fork for my Mac and cheese. But I asked for the maximum sauce and did not get it. If they were going to get it wrong I would have preferred Chick-fil-A sauce over Polynesian. I had to put the Polynesian sauce on my sandwich and it just didn’t taste right.

    First time I've ever gotten a sandwich from chic-fil-a where the bread was hard on 1 side like had been sitting out for a while, the chicken wasn't hot like usual either. Everything else was good.

    I’ve never had a problem here before until today. I like to order here cause they don’t serve shellfish which I’m allergic to and there’s no chance of contamination or so I thought. I had my order delivered to my work today, and I had an allergic reaction to the food. Don’t know what happened, maybe someone didn’t wash their hands after their lunch break. So disappointed

    Quite an efficient machine with lots of staff. I used drive thru and even that was efficient. My fries were a tad soggy (oil just a few degrees too cool). The sandwich was a tad tasteless, a tad salty and veggies a tad wilted. Just a tad… Overall not impressed considering how much business they conduct.

    Get the cloudberry sunjoy while you can! Its simply delicious. The customer service at this location is unmatched. Its so refreshing to encounter people who give great customer service.This Chick-fil-A gets it right everytime!!

    I waited in curbside for over 30 minutes. I eventually called and they told me they had lost my order. I had to wait for them to come out, verify my order and then make it. I had a screaming baby in the car so it was definitely an unpleasant experience. Definitely not worth the wait.😩

    I don’t normally post reviews but today just had to be very frustrating. I ordered a grilled chicken sandwich Mac and cheese and southwest salad. I get closer to the pick up window to check the bag and realizes the host never took down my order to add my sandwich no big deal I don’t mind paying for it. It wasn’t long before they actually brought my sandwich out which made me feel a little better. I get all the way home and I have a salad with no dressing…..I’m not one to overreact but this chick fil a has been creating a habit of forgetting essential items on orders. Chick fil a values great customer service I’m sure but I was definitely not receiving that. I’m pregnant and I just wanted to eat my salad in peace. I probably won’t be returning to this location due to workers not paying attention and making sure that essential items are in the bag. ALSO workers should probably work on being more friendly. It takes 2 seconds to ensure essentials are in the bag and to make sure your customer’s order is correct. Oh and to SMILE.

    Now I love Chick-fil-A. Their food is always great and they get it right. But the reason I gave this one in Shreveport a 3 star was their staff. The lady that took my order was very rushed and when the payment went through, I took my card and she just walked away? Not a smile, no eye contact, nothing. And on top of that, one of the guys on staff brought a bag of food to me and handed it to me saying nothing. I proceed to make sure my order is right and the name was Billy??? He didn’t say one word and I kindly told him it wasn’t me and he was left. Once again no eye contact, no smile. I used to love the staff at Chick-fil-A because they used please and thank you and my pleasure and we’re so friendly. Now it seems all I get is maybe eye contact. I would be more careful with hiring these kids and making sure they are living up to the standards Chick-fil-A usually had.

    Why are Psuedo males allowed on a regular basis to expose half of their panty covered buttocks in a "family" atmosphere? Does the manager lack the intestinal fortitude to kindly ask them to pull them up? How many are sickened by the sight? A certain customer shows up regularly there with pants halfway down in the rear displaying multicolored panties. Man up chick FIL a!

    Something has been wrong with my order the past 3 times I’ve purchased a meal. This time, there is a black hair in my macaroni and the store refuses to give me a refund. Ridiculous.

    Never had a bad experience before today. The food quality was poor and that’s being nice. I spent $18 on a chicken nugget meal and a salad. My salad was warm and the lettuce was wilted. I received nuggets and a drink. No fries. Worst ChikFilA experience I ever had. I’m sure it was their pleasure to take my money and not give me all my food. Never again!!!

    The food is usually made correctly, but come on! CUSTOMER SERVICE is very important. Many employees here are very sweet! But some of these children that are being hired need to be taught simple manners. Communication to a customer is vital, especially when they just walk away without confirming the name on the order and I am handed a bag without any correct items. And someone else's drinks.

    Usually love Chick-fil-A.... Today's experience in Shreveport, LA was the worst fast food experience I've had to date. Terrible rude service in the drive through, I mean these employees are clearly not happy with life at all. The food tasted like it may have been good two days ago when it was cooked. I couldn't eat it, honestly it tasted as though it had been setting out for days.

    Usually have no issue with Chick Filet, but the sandwich was cold and the bread was hard around the edges...which means its been sitting out a long time. Servers in the lines were very polite and friendly..fries were hot, lemonaide was perfect. Sandwich 👎👎👎

    Would've said 5 stars (food was great and hot!), BUT all of their employees are standing around the drive thru while we waited, which is already awkward, and several were cursing! I had my child in the car and I was NOT happy!! Esp with this being a Christian establishment....

    Great place! Play area for the kiddos. The drive through situation is organized and it’s quick! The food DUH haha plus Mary & Melissa are two of the best managers ever ☺️

    This location was my worse experience ever with a Chick fil A. Took the cashier forever to get the order keyed in right. My shake was runny. Food was cold sent it back and than it was under cooked. Manager saw me standing up at the register and never acknowledged me. It was one young lady who finally asked what l needed. This location is nothing like the others. I should of just drove to the one in Bossier City. I was abt to ask for a refund but it took to long for them to even acknowledge our needs.

    Everything Is always fine here but recently Almost every time I’ve ordered, something has been missing from my order. I use the app Everytime & it’s kinda crazy that I never get the sides to my meals if they aren’t fries. What I pay for is what I should receive. This morning I ordered a fruit cup just cause and then I never got it. I try my hardest to trust higher up food establishments bc of my fast food background & now they’re slacking. :(

    Food was excellent, customer service was amazing. I only take off a star because they are making these people work in the rain wearing these goofy tents. I would much rather wait in line a little longer than have these people standing out in the rain.
