Party of 3: We waited approximately 10 minutes for the waitress to come back with our drinks after taking our food order with our drink order. We received salad at the same time as our food, not before. Our waitress ask if I would like cheese for pasta and stated she would be right back with cheeses and breadsticks. We waited 17 minutes for waitress to come back before requesting to speak to the manager. The manager was nice, but at this point the experience was already ruined. My sister had ordered the endless soup, salad and breadsticks and still no breadsticks. Disappointed in the service, I ask for a to-go box for my cold pasta. We explained that our waitress had not been providing great service at all. No breadsticks, no cheese and no drink refills. When our waitress brought my to-go box she ask if there was anything else. I reminded her again that we still have not gotten any breadsticks. We finally received breadsticks in a to-go bag as we were leaving. I could understand if it were a busy night, but our waitress only had two tables and was not taking care of either table. Side Note: we left Olive Garden and went to El Jimador Supremo and had an amazing waiter/experience.

Took my wife out to celebrate. We sat at the bar as there was a 30 min for a table. Our bartender was great, food was perfect. People were seated with some distance for covid safety. We would definitely return here for another night out!

Arrived and was seated in the bar area promptly. Our server immediately took our drink order and asked about any questions on the menu. Drinks were served and orders were placed. The server brought out bread sticks and salad. The appetizer cheese sticks were plentiful and fresh. The chicken and shrimp carbonara was a real treat and very flavorfully delicious. Over all we were very pleased with the server and the meal.

Celebrated Adrienne 39th birthday with family and friends. I really enjoyed the endless pasta. I'll differently be back soon.

Be aware they do not support the US Military!!!!!! The service was terrible! This server disrespects customers and management does nothing about it. A server names Sky openly spoke bad about US Military service members! She was heard using a racial term. We plan to contact corporate on this regard. So MANAGEMENT please do your due diligence. The person she disrespected is a well respected individual in a position of authority.

I do not recommend this place. We had an awful experience with a girl that works in this location goes by SKY. She was extremely rude and condescending! Repeatedly rolled her eyes. She needs to be retrained. We have 18 people with us so expect more negative reviews. This was probably the worst experience we have ever had in a restaurant I plan on contacting the highest levels of Olive Garden. The manager was told of the situation and didn’t care. This worker must know someone important because she is untouchable.

Poor dining experience. Git here about 4:30pm and finally leaving at 6:03pm. Never did get the chicken Alfredo we ordered. We have two small children (2 and 6 months) so as any of you parents know it is nearly impossible to keep two small kids calm and settled for 1.5 hours. We actually drove two hours for a nice dinner at Olive Garden just to leave frustrated and aggravated for a two drive home. No Alfredo on a Saturday night? Someone really dropped the ball and we will not be returning. Four hours of driving, on top of poor dining experience... not happening again.

The only reason I'm giving 5 stars is because the food was good but the customer service wasn't just being honest

One Sunday evening, I came in person to place a catering for my job. Prior, over the phone, I was told that I could get an invoice in hopes that I could just have my department mail them a check, which I have done in the past for other restaurants. Something told me to take my credit card anyway. I came up to the manager who seemed very preoccupied. As I placed the order, she said I could not have an invoice. So, unfortunately, I had to charge my personal card and just have my employer reimburse me later. Secondly, my employer is tax exempt. I showed her the form, only for her to tell me that I had to come back after the catering event is over to show the tax exempt form. She didn't even look at it. I thought that was incredibly strange becuase all the rest of the caterings I've ever done had me show the form initially and just once. After catering, I did just that after work. One of the young workers fetched the same manager, in which she found that my order was already closed. She went back to the back to do some kind of arrangement only to come back out to tell me she'd refund the tax amount to my card. I wasn't given any type of receipt or proof of this. She told me I should have shown the tax exempt form prior....which I did or tried to!!! The food was good, but I will not be using Olive Garden for catering becuase of this back and forth inconvenience.

Never have I ever had bad service at this Olive Garden location. We only had a 15 min wait and was waited on immediately. Our server was extremely kind and nice, and always made sure we were enjoying ourselves and that our drinks were topped off. At the end of our experience we got the wrong desert but she fixed the issue! I’m not a 100% fan of the food. It just never seems to have a bold taste, nonetheless, you get full and enjoy your time! Will be back like always!

Everything was nice. Customer Service was amazing and food tasted great. I think this one is better than the one on airline. The drink i got was also amazing!

Stopped here over the weekend. The restaurant was not very busy. The floors were clean, and the tables were ready for customers. I really didn't want to get an appetizer so I could enjoy the breadsticks and salad. I selected the never-ending pasta bowl but was only able to eat 1 serving. I went with the rigatoni and five cheese marinara. I also had to get the Italian margarita. So good! Unfortunately, I didn't have room for dessert. Maybe next time. The waitress was very friendly and patient with a smile on her face and ready to serve. The food (especially the breadsticks) was fresh and hot when it arrived at the table.

Caleb was a wonderful server. Very attentive and pleasant to deal with. I wish more wait staff could learn from this gentleman.

I just came here earlier today, it was delicious, the waitress was super nice, she made sure the cooks knew to not add any salad dressing since someone in my family there is allergic. Great breadstick and mozzarella sticks. We returning soon

Arrived approx 12:30 lunchtime & got sat at a bar booth which was odd because we are older adults and we had a 5 yr. old (well behaved) child with us - to our surprise (and relief) the bar atmosphere was not loud, abrasive or unfriendly. Our waitress was doing double duty tending bar and seemed to have a slightly negative attitude when we first arrived however she was very pleasant by the mid/end of our visit. 2 complete meals with child's meal all served fresh, hot and delicious. We were all overly ecstatic and pleased with all meals themselves and enjoyed them immensely...as far as drinks the kids smoothly is a 'Yes, plz!' and the mango margarita received was suppose to be peach but either way tasted only of alcohol - very strong indeed! ...after it sat and watered down a bit it wasn't too bad - but I longed for a regular smoothly after sampling it - It was super yummy, but alas was not mine to drink 😭 😂 We paid food with card and their machine on the table refused to work so our waitress / bartender had to run it elsewhere & we tipped cash. We will definitely return and are praying this was not a hit or miss food experience!!!!

We just left from eating lunch and I can't complain about our food it was delicious as usual but the minute we were seated it all went down from there!!! Our waitress Zoey S was very rude and made us feel unwelcome, my husband wasn't very happy and of course I calmed him down and kept a cool head but then she came back and put our drinks down and then I got angry!!! She acted like she didn't want to be there and we were bothering her for asking for bread and salad God for bid we asked for cheese!!! She finally brought our food to us and we have our 2 year old grand daughter with us and I politely said her plate is hot I will take it and she replies not its not and of course I took it and yes I was right it would have burned my babies hand!!! We have eaten here a few times and had wonderful food and service and my husband is a very generous tipper but not today and our bill was over $150.00 so she missed out!!!

This was a great location. The server, Alyssa W., was attentive and the service was fast. I was in and out in 20 minutes. The food was great (salad, bread, and Fettuccini Alfredo) and service was professional. I will come again!

It was a great experience. My first time being there & definitely won't be the last. The food was outstanding & so was the service. We had the pleasure of having Mr. Armstrong as our waiter. He did an outstanding job. 5 stars 🌟 all the way!!!!!

The food was poor at best. The Alfredo sauce had separated and was bland. It should not have been served. The lasagne was soft and mushy. Food used to be better. No reason to go here for Italian food. Much better places to go for what the food costs. Service was OK.

Came to eat here a month ago and the expericence was wonderful. Today was different, the only person who greeted and treated us courteously was the host who received us at the door. We were there for 20 minutes waiting patiently for a server. No one ever came or even cared to ask if we were being attended. By the way there was multiple servers with plenty of time to chit chat, give each other hugs, etc... very disappointed. The food is great just the service tonight was that awful that we had to walk out to actually be attended elsewhere.

My sons love the kids chicken fingers, spaghetti, and broccoli! We can't drive past the restaurant sign without my oldest pointing and saying "Noodles please!" The entire staff is always so friendly and very accommodating. We always look forward to dining here!

Looking for Italian and went with Olive Garden due to its nationally recognized name and quality. We were not disappointed. We arrived shortly after 5PM and were seated quickly. Service was quick with drinks, salad, and bread sticks on our table promptly. The food was delicious if a little less spicy then I would have preferred. Topped off the dinner with a classic Tiramisu.

As always Olive garden never disappoints. Every staff member greeted and welcomed me cheerfully. My server was glad I was there and very helpful. This location in Shreveport is highly recommended.

The food was not exceptional,but it was good...I'm actually more impressed with the Customer Service... Like seriously the whole Lil wait staff were young ladies..Kids under me, but were super courteous, helpful and cheerful...Way to go Team. Please keep up the good work‼️ That alone will be my reasoning for coming back ❤️ Hats Off To You ‼️‼️
