The vintage is amazing, expensive but worth it. The servers were wonderful. The hotel staff is nice. But, the casino floor drinks take forever and there is no smoking except out side. For most people this would be a great thing. But for smokers I’d choose a different casino. Rooms were fine. Nothing to boast over.

ROOMS - We do NOT recommend this hotel. We paid over $200. for a room thinking we would have a wonderful experience. No drinking glasses in the rooms (we discovered the next morning no coffee cups either). No ice on any floor in the hotel. Everything was in disrepair. We started looking closely at the condition of the room and bathroom and it was disgusting. The bathroom had mold and dirt in the shower, on the floor etc. My husband accidentally spilled a bit of peach juice on the carpet and went to clean the spot on the carpet and the washcloth came up absolutely black. I realized my feet felt sticky and started looking at the floors closely. They were filthy. I had to wash my feet again and immediately put on shoes and socks to keep them from touching the floor. Customer Service - Upon check-in, any time we had to approach the front desk and upon check-out, I felt we were dealing "Androids". No smile, no eye contact, no customer service. It was a wow to us how this hotel has stayed in business. Definitely below our standards. I may have expected an experience like if the room had cost us $80.00 not the $200+ we spent.

This hotel was great!!! We were upgraded to a king suite and it was an amazing room! No smoking at all! This hotel has newer games and we always look for. Lots of older people here and we loved it! 3 floors and they had high Ceilings and didn’t feel tight really nice atmosphere! Great place to stay and play! Cornell the bell man was like talking to family and he made us feel so welcome and gave us great advice on places to eat and things to do. But everything you need is at the hotel!

Went to the lounge inside the casino. It was very clean and a nice set up. They had a DJ that played great dance music covering many decades of music. Bartender was very attentive and drinks were good with fast service. Prices were very reasonable. Only negative I have is that the bar did not carry my go to on bourbon, Four Roses, but settled with a Jameson. All in all a nice place to go for music and drinks.

The hotel could stand some updating. But the furnishings were nice. I had a very good sleep. The only true complaint I have is, for this to be a full service luxury-type hotel & casino, they seem to have no management office or customer affairs area. Everything is handled by the front desk staff. They took a deposit of $100 for incidentals. That was 6/6/22. It's 7/28/22 and I have not been given this deposit back. I have called 4 times and received a different response each time. First, I had to wait 14 business days to see the credit. The next call I was told it could take up to 30 days to receive the credit. It'll be 60 days as of Aug 6. Still no money.

We stayed at this hotel two nights this week. Sadly, this hotel did not live up to the 4Stars it is rated. The room was not fully ready for us. We came in late but had called ahead to let them know. The lady on the phone was not friendly at all. The next day we had to ask for bath mats, as none were in the room. The coffee maker basket was missing as well. The freezer part of the mini fridge was broken and hanging down. Two of the lights in the bathroom were not working and the fan also did not work. The room was clean but one of the top sheets had a hole in it. The ceiling was stained. We ate at the only restaurant that was open during the week. The wait staff were nice. The food was just okay. The Caesar salad I had for dinner had some wilted lettuce in it. The “icing on the cake” was breakfast our last morning there. I ordered a Belgian waffle that was supposed to be topped with fresh fruit and whipped cream. What I got was a Belgian waffle with 5 blueberries and half a cut up strawberry and one tiny dollop of whip cream in the middle. When I asked the waitress for more berries, she went to talk to manager, came back and reported that was all they were allowed to put on the waffle. What a freaking joke! The overall staff was a mix of helpful and I don’t really want to help you. When we left in the morning and asked for a luggage cart, we were put on a list and asked to wait. We decided to just haul it down ourselves. Needless to say, I will not be choosing to stay at a Bally’s again.

NOT IMPRESSED! While our room was comfortable the overall experience was lacking. There were small issues with the room. The coffee pot was missing parts so couldn’t use it the first day. It was eventually replaced. The ceiling was stained. The bathroom was nice but we had to ask for a bath mat for the floor. The little refrigerator worked but the freezer portion was damaged and hanging down into the fridge portion. The Fan wasn’t working in the bathroom and there were two lights burned out as well. There was only one cafe open in the hotel. Apparently the other lounges/bars are only open on the weekend. Some (not all) of the employees seemed less than thrilled to help you. The young lady on the second floor at the entry to the second floor casino was definitely not thrilled to help us. As I was talking to her, she was leaning on the counter, and literally would not turn around and face me, instead she just kind of turned her head a little bit. It’s extremely rude to have someone not facing you when they are speaking to you. The tone of your voice told me I really don’t care to be here. What ever has happened to service in the hotel service industry!? This is not a four-star hotel, and I’m being generous given at three stars. One more thing, the breakfast was subpar as well.

The poker room in the casino definitely cheats people who aren’t regulars. I been playing poker for 15 years and never seen what I saw tonight. I even mentioned it to the floor manager and she didn’t even bother to investigate it thoroughly( check the cameras)I’m not crazy. I know how many chips I had. I went to the restroom after a hand and came back short. Then I go to another table and get dealt a 3 off suit with every card for 2 hours straight until I refused to buy in for more even after asking for a new deck of cards. I even showed other players my hands and the dealer. Obviously someone was pissed about me asking questions after the first incident. But hey, now I know where not to play cards

Great stay. I had a minor issue but literally, I called, hung up, and there was a knock at the door to fix it. I enjoyed the peacefulness and accommodations. I appreciated that the casino part appeared to be smoke free. Each staff member I encountered was very pleasant and caring. Definitely will plan to stay here again.

The place is old and smelly. The front desk service was awesome. The buffet was not open, but that area was so dirty and there was a big rat trap under the buffet counter. The next day the noodle bar opened in the buffet area. Those people never wiped anything down or clean anything they just started putting food out. One man was fixing someone plate of noodles with his hands and didn't have any gloves on. The in the Deli spot on the first floor food was horrible and the service was awful. There was one young lady in there went above and beyond to help people other than that no one else had no sense of urgency. There was an event going on with hundreds of ladies and valet parking was closed, 2 elevators were broken, it was a mess overall. My opinion of Bally's is time to update or close the doors. Bally's is bally making it!!!

Room was good. Tables take all your money. More money to be made at sams town. Good lodging other than random condom in the hallway that was used and sat there for 4 hours. I kept seeing it. They are dog friendly

My stay here was just ok. The room smelled damp when we first checked in. One of the water bottles had been drunk out of so that was disgusting and we ran out of tissue. The roll wasn't full and there was no extra. Talk about an inconvenience. They need to do better. Someone is not checking these rooms. The Christmas tree was very pretty.

I enjoyed my stay although I spent almost a thousand dollars and won maybe 200 but that is expected I guess. My issue was I stayed for 1 night and they took out one hundred dollars and I was told it was only 50 per night. It's now been just over a week and the lady said she had released the hold on my money. I've never had any business do this,so always check your accounts. The bellhop didn't leave my husband hat in our room and I've yet to get anything but rudeness about the incident

Over all the hotel was nice. The staff was extra friendly. Well lit parking garage. Plenty of security around. The rooms were very basic. Only complaint with them was they could use a tad bit of updates AND it was a hassle to charge phones. Most hotels have plugs built into the night stand. This did not. One accessible wall plug by the bed and then 1-2 across the room. I ate at the sportsman paradise downstairs LATE and I’m glad it was open at midnight after gambling but unfortunately I believe it was drastically over priced. I had a 1/4lb hot dog with regular fries and a soda, my friend had 3 chicken strips no fries and a diet soda. Our total for the meal was $29usd. That’s absolutely ridiculous. The casino was nice and I enjoyed my time there. All in all I’ll probably be back and would recommend it to others.

Quick weekend getaway for me & my husband. The rooms are a little dated. No microwave in our room. Our entire floor, next to the AC was wet which gave our room a mildew smell when we lowered the air temp. The bathroom floors are a little "slick" so be careful. Had a great view of the river & Boardwalk. We definitely LOVED this! Our checkin was easy and the young lady was super nice (forgot her name but she has long reddish hair). Great service!! We gambled some. Strangely we were never offered a drink. The young lady just kept passing us by. 🤷🏾‍♀️🤷🏾‍♀️ Overall Bally's was a nice stay for us & convenient to everything! Please visit the gift shop!! Found some nice things there!! Parking is simple too!

The room was dated and smelled of cigarettes, even the bellman made a comment as he was helping us into the room. At 4:30am when we were leaving, we went to the front desk to ask for a cart but had to wave down the staff who were all sitting in the back on their phones. When asked about a cart for us to use, the response was, “last nights guests didn’t bring them back, so we don’t know where the carts are. You should wait until 7am for the bellmen to come in”. Not following ADA guidelines at this hotel is disappointing. Deborah at the front desk was nice when we checked in. Other than that, the room itself was nothing spectacular.

The room is nice. It includes a mini fridge, coffee maker and safe in closet along with a hair dryer and toiletries. The room was spotless along with updated furnishings. The view was great. The only thing I would've liked to have in the room was a microwave

It's a great place to gamble, drink and have a great time. The folks that work there are all friendly and welcoming. All the food in the sportsman was excellent. We will come back. We actually are going home with some of our money. 😎👍 Thanks for a great time. This was our first time in Shreveport but it definitely won't be the last. We'll come on Thursday next time to try the other two restaurants. See y'all next time. 😎

The front desk staff was very nice and efficient. I think a 50.00 per night hold on your credit card is a bit much. The room was fine but when I walked in the TV was already on and it had no remote which I had to call the front desk to get because the buttons on the TV didn't work to turn it off. The room also had no coffee cups or coffee, I had to request that too. There was also a large stain on the left side of the top sheet they put on the bed...yuck.

Over the years my wife and I have stayed at this hotel even before it transitioned to Bally's. Prior stays have always been somewhat above average. However, our recent stay thru the Thanksgiving holidays was less than OK. The rooms have not been updated (same old decor), we had warm water not hot, large chunks of hair in the shower and small pieces of hair in the tub. Short on bath clothes, had to go to the cleaning person and retrieve towels and bath cloths. I did not know you could mess up a chef salad, but the lettuce was wilted/soggy. The only good thing that came out of this trip was the front desk manager agreed to refund the second night room charges plus fees.

This place is awesome. Clean, front desk staff extremely helpful. Ms Deborah at the front desk went out of her way to print something our for me and made me feel very welcome. They should give this nice young lady a training position because she went above and beyond for me!

The front desk ladies are nice and welcoming once you arrive. The rooms are nice and well maintained , the tvs can use a little upgrade but other than that the casino and views were great. We were a 5-10 min drive to restaurants and activities. Definitely pleasant experience.

I have never been frustrated with a hotel before but this was a horrible stay. Couldn’t check into the room until almost 2 hours after check in time and we wasn’t given keys to access our room. Was suppose to be called to pick them up and never got a call. The following morning I had to leave to be somewhere for 6 am but I informed the front desk ( because I was finally able to get my keys then) that I would not be checking out until 12. Once returning to my room for a nap it was being cleaned out and it was not suppose to be according to front desk. Once given another room to use upon entry it had already been in and had not been cleaned as the bed was messed up and used tissue was also around the room. This is ridiculous I paid full amount for a room I barely got to stay in!

Rooms are large and clean. Very large window. The bathrooms are great with large tub and an all glass separate shower. Elevators to rooms are room key protected. Very easy to get to hotel. Ample parking in garage. The floors of casinos. The only thing I could say negative is late night food options are really not available. You need reservations for steak house but there were non available anytime we stayed there. It was approx a week before they had available table so reserve before your trip to ensure a table. But overall great hotel and casino.

Hotel room was very dusty and wall paper was peeling in several places. Nice view from room. No activity (shopping, eating, bars) around hotel. Steak house service was great, lobby restaurant was terrible. Convenient because they allow dogs for $50 per stay.

This review is only for the hotel because unfortunately I didn't have enough time to enjoy the casino. Very friendly customer service. The rooms are clean and spacious. The bed was comfortable with plenty of pillows. The view was nice. Only complaint would be that the room doesn't have a microwave. Highly recommend!

Don't let the name fool you. This this place would be more accurately described as a "hotel and game room" or "hotel and arcade". It's so-called casino is mainly made up of digital slot machines. We found some poker tables only two of which had dealers. And if you're looking for roulette, you won't find it here. The entire casino floor and bar what's being covered by one person acting as both waitress and bartender. On the positive side, the rooms are beautiful, spacious, and clean. I was very surprised overall as I associate the name Bally's with casinos and expected more.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. We booked a deluxe king and when we go to check in the front desk right off the bat had a condescending attitude and confirmed that we booked 2 queen beds in the room. We pulled up the reservation and confirmed we booked the deluxe king. She had such a bad attitude and at that point we were done speaking with her and wanted to speak with the manager. The manager gave us a discount but wasn’t any better. He was fake and allowed the front desk who was so rude and when we told the manager he allowed her to stand at the front desk just starring at us with a ridiculous smirk on her face. They overbooked and said they don’t guarantee rooms! Um why would we make a reservation and not be guaranteed the room with the bed size of choice? These rooms were VERY expensive for such horrible customer service. The rooms were decent but not for what they charge. Would NOT recommend this hotel however, casino and everything else was nice. Just don’t spend the night here!

A little dated rooms and decor but definitely worth a visit. The place was packed and everyone was having fun. Service was great and staff was accommodating. Plenty of waitresses in the gaming area. Staff at the players club did not appear happy or welcoming and there was no free gift when getting a new card. Great location next to aquarium.
