Arrived at room around 9pm. Door was open to room because it was extremely worn and seems like the cleaner didn’t want to shut it all the way. Upon further Inspection decided room was safe. Room was old. Seems like fresh paint and new furniture. Lipstick on a pig. Since it was late wanted room service. No room service book or QR menu to scan. Decided to just go to bed. Morning was much more pleasant because breakfast was good!

Not impressed at all. The rooms are nice in appearance but once you settle in you notice the stains on the linen, pillows are thin and rocky as heck, the pool is closed and (was not mentioned at all when we booked, whole reason we booked here), there's a smell in the bathroom, and just not at all worth 600.

Great stay at this location. The staff was very friendly, helpful, and available. The hotel is well kept and up to date. The room was large, clean, and had a nice view of the city and river. The traffic was surprisingly very light to be on a downtown area. The bar and restaurant was served good food and very cold beer. The pasta was the best dish there IMO. Overall great stay.

I immediately felt welcomed when entering the building. I was pleasantly surprised at the quality of this hotel being as this is a smaller city. This hotel exceeded my expectations. The room was amazing, with high ceilings, up to date furniture and top touch decor. The smoked salmon for breakfast was the cherry on top and parking was made simple as well. This is where I'll always stay when in Shreveport.

I can NOT believe I was charged full price for the room. The electricity was out 75% of the time I was there. The room was hot and no answer at the front desk. I'm aware the electric was not the hotels fault but no apologies were given. You still charged me for parking in a dark dangerous garage and I left the second part of my stay after 5 hours of no electricity to get dressed. No elevators either upon checking. Not 1 apology for any inconvenience. Christmas week. Highly disappointed and will share my experience.

This is my favorite hotel to stay in at Shreveport. Great location and great service. We did not use the valet and parked in the garage across the street, but the valet employees were nice. All the staff were friendly and helpful. Loved that the pool and gym were on the top floor. If you stay here, make sure you check out the views from the pool at sunset. We did not eat dinner or breakfast at the restaurant, but we did go visit the bar to try some local beer. The atmosphere at the bar was nice and the bartenders were great!

Newly renovated and very nice!! Service is great. It’s located within walking distance of a lot of restaurants and casinos. I hear the crime rate is high so would not recommend walking after dark.

Three nights with a conference group. Very nice room on 10th floor looking east. Very flat country so long views. Reasonable daily parking fee of , $8.00 (we paid $5 as part of conference) for self park in and out. Had to use key to enter but exit was always open. Easy access from freeway. Friendly desk staff and nice bar restaurant area. Some points for improvements -- the bathroom shower was poor (low pressure), No microwave, poor TV channel selection, only two (2) towels provided for 2 Queen bed room even cheaper hotels provide 4. Good location for conference as it is connected to the convention center which was very nice. Free WIFI but may be due to Hilton Honors Membership.

Here for a funeral with family. Did made to sometime to enjoy the Shreveport too. At check in, we were greated with a smile. Acknowledged as a Diamond member. The perfect location near the river walk and happening location. Service great. Our room was near noise above us due to maintaining but managed. Overall the stay was great

Convenient for me to my office, but inconvenient to restaurants. For that you almost have to be in Bossier City. The shuttle helps offset that if you have a little patience (we did not). The front desk staff, and everyone we saw for that matter, was exceptionally friendly. One group we did not see, at least not at our room, was housekeeping. Our choices at check in were daily service (with the option to skip if it wasn’t needed) or one service for our 6-day stay. We chose daily, but they never showed up. We were out of the room constantly. The Do Not Disturb sign was off the door. My wife even settled for lunch at the downstairs restaurant rather than returning to the room when she saw the housekeepers nearby. But a few hours later she returned to the same room she left. They promptly brought towels when she called down mid-week, but no service. It was a shame, and I feel bad for them having to clean the overfilled trash cans at the end, but it was their call. We even carted our soda cans and bottles to a hallway trash bin to ease the pain, but 6 days is a long time for the tiny guest room trash cans. The restaurant was fine. Completely adequate food, which suffered in comparison to the other restaurants in town. Still, if you weren't up to heading out, it was a fine option. It got quite busy in the evenings towards the end of the week, but not crowded.

It was a decently clean hotel that was a restful nights sleep. The hotel staff was professional and very friendly and welcoming. You pay $8 a night for parking if you self park. They do offer valet at a higher rate. There is a restaurant as soon as you walk into the hotel. The neighborhood seems a little sketchy but all in all it was a restful nights stay. I would recommend it to my family and friends. It’s within a short drive to a lot of great eating spots.

Fitness center was above expectations. Rooms and dining options are also well above average. Very walkable to downtown offices and courthouse. Very friendly staff. Unlike almost every other hotel in Shreveport, it was clean and didn't smell like cigarettes.

The over all room was very nice and location was great. But for me to spend $570 for a 2 night stay a week ago and to pay $14 per day for valet with no daily house keeping is terrible. They should take at least a minimum of 20% off of each stay to compensate no house keeping.

Despite my disappointment when I saw urine from the previous guest on the toilet seat and the digital key not being available until 1am… this hotel has a certain level of class that I expect from every Hilton hotel. The ambiance and atmosphere is elite. Breakfast was seat yourself & made to order (about $15). Valet was $14.

Very underwhelming! I’m a Hilton Diamond member and have stayed at great properties across the country, however, this one just doesn’t deliver. Staff is not friendly and unaccommodating (had to ask 3 times for a roll away crib). They don’t greet you as you walk in, nor does valet. The pool attendant yelled at all the kids and threatened to kick them out, because 1 unattended child was jumping in the pool. My room had a leaky toilet that we discovered in the middle of the night. Just not a great experience and would not recommend.

This used to be the pinnacle of where to stay in Shreveport. The last couple of times have just been off. I think the biggest problem was the room was warm. Granted the outside temp had dropped below 50dgF, there was no way to cool the room (a/c function disabled). It would only run fan, so it felt humid or sticky, and it was warm. We had 3 people in the room and only 2 towels for the bath. We had to ask twice for more. The desk attendants were pleasant, and the facilities were generally clean.

Clean hotel, I mean actually clean. Everything you need is there. It's quite and beds are seriously comfy. I didn't bring my pillow and I rested! Went and sat by pool on roof in am. Just so relaxing. Paid a bit more but was for my birthday and worth it. Staff members were attentive and pleasant. Pay the extra for valet it's helpful. Lovely enjoyed it a lot.

No laundry. No coffee station. No conditioner in my room even after being serviced. Exec lounge was not open and hasn't been for 3 years. But no where on their website did they mention that. When I asked about it they said they were giving me a complimentary 15$ food credit which gold and diamond reciece anyway.

It was absolutely the best hotel we've ever stayed in. The food and roon service were fantastic. Gumbo! The breakfast, lunch, and dinner are exceptional. We visited every morning with the young lady and 2 servers and became friends. Our executive suite was beautifully designed 😍 ❤️. Thank you

Great location! Perfect place to stay if you are attending an event at the Shreveport Convention Center. It is connected to the convention center. Hotel is clean modern and a great brand. Room is comfortable and as pictured on the Hilton app when booking.

Very disappointed. We reserved our rooms months ago. Arrived at check in time of 4 PM. We were told that our rooms hadn’t been cleaned. An hour later we are still waiting on our rooms as we watch other people check in. This caused us to be late for a reservation. The staff were not helpful. Can’t comment on the room as we are still sitting in the lobby.

Shuttle was waiting for our arrival. 15min ride to hotel. Large well appointed lobby. The restaurant and bar area has a comfortable separation from lobby and nicely done. My room was clean and bed was amazing. They have updated the carpet on the 3rd floor. Fridge in room. Enjoyed my stay.

Overall really enjoyed my stay. The room for beautiful and spacious. Customer service is really good! Things I wasn't in love with was the pool. But I don't think that's their fault. Felt like they're a little pool Roomba was taking forever to clean the sand out of it. And the pool view isn't the best if you look more down. But you do get to see a lot of the city from up there. I would stay here again. I felt safe and very comfortable. The beds were really comfortable as well.

Beautiful place, nice people, I checked in on a Sunday morning, got into my room the first thing I noticed was the stained dirty carpet, I had small trash on the floor, hair on the bathroom floor, I contacted the front desk to get house keeping to come a vacuum and pick up the trash, I fell asleep on the bed I woke up around 1pm I called again and he said he would do his best, they offered me another room but I declined, he it is 5 hours later and still no house keeping. I just can’t believe they let the carpets get this dirty

I wanted that cloud of a bed after driving all day. What I got was a lumpy, hard bed. Service from the get go was spectacular!!! Valet and front desk was charming, friendly, and very eager to assist. Couldn't ask for better! Then we got to the room. May never go to this Hilton again. Very disappointed.

Really lovely hotel. Always very clean, beautiful hotel. From the moment you walk in, you know luxury is in store. Great gym with floor to ceiling windows. Super comfortable beds!

Very nice hotel. Clean! Workout room is on the top 12th floor with a neat view. It has plenty of equipment. Also neat balcony area with a pool and tables. Nice area to watch the sunset. Used valet parking. When I checked out they already had my vehicle ready for me. Enjoyed the Bar restaurant for both breakfast and dinner. Only reason it was not a 5 star is the sink I. The bathroom was missing a plug. Also my app did not work to open the door.

Nice hotel with mostly friendly staff. The Starbucks on site however had the most rude employees, they had an attitude with me for absolutely no reason other than it was early (which is why I needed the coffee). Never have I ever been charged almost $3.00 for a cup of water with ice either. Would not use them unless you want to start your day off wrong.

This has been one of the pleasant stays at Hilton. The valet crew was so easy to work with, took me and my group To and from the boardwalk, casinos and even CVS. Front staff was friendly and fast. Restaurant star was awesome too! Great stay will stay again!

One of the nicer Hiltons I've stayed at. Large room with floor to ceiling window, and good view. Bed & linens were very comfortable, but there was no hair dryer in the bathroom which I found odd. Staff was friendly, overall good stay.

The room was great. The location of the hotel to the boardwalk was very convenient. The valet parking service needs improvement. At times, the valets were not at their station and none of them were ready to greet us or take our car. In fact, we had to approach them or find them each time we came and went. We also thought the food in the restaurant was below average and the restaurant/bar area could have been cleaner. We sat at our table for several minutes and no one greeted us. Eventuality, we had to approach the bartender at the bar to place our food order. Also, restrooms in the lobby were not clean. I’ve been disappointed with all but one of my last four stays at a Hilton hotel. As a rewards member, I expect better.

The room was great, hotel was beautiful but I received no help from the staff. I was alone with alot of luggage and had to maneuver the trolley all by myself even passing by employees seeing me struggling and they didn't say anything. I called down to ask for assistance when I checked out and no one answered the phone so when I grabbed all my stuff there were several trolleys available and a gentlemen leaned up against the wall on his phone who still didn't ask if I needed help. I also paid for valet and parking which I did not receive. It's a shame because they hotel is very beautiful and comfortable but I will not be back.

Very nice hotel. Clean and well maintained. The hotel bar area is nice and the food is yummy and drinks are made well, they perhaps cook the cheese sticks a bit too long but still not bad. Check in and out was a snap and very nice and easy access to the convention center for the volleyball tournament.
