Hotel is creepy! Very rundown! I called this morning and asked for housekeeping to come. I specifically told her I needed toilet paper and Kleenexes. I was told I would have my room serviced today. When I got back to my room it hadn't been cleaned. I still had no toilet paper. I called the front desk and was told there was no toilet paper in the hotel and I was supposed to go buy my own!!! They had no trash bags when I asked for them, so I have trash all over my room from staying 4 days! Towels are stained. Paint peeling off walls. Very rundown! Definitely not a 3 star hotel! Maybe a 1 star! Wyndham should not have their name on this hotel!

This room was sold to us based on outdated pictures and reviews. The hotel was under renovation and that was not disclosed online. It wasn’t clear to me that the hotel was under renovation until I arrived at the front desk and saw a sign saying no breakfast would be served because the hotel was being renovated. However, we assumed that since they were renting rooms, the rooms would still be the same or already renovated or yet to be renovated. It was only as we were walking down this long hallway to our room that we noticed there was a problem. First it was this musky/moldy smell, then we saw that the ceiling was falling in. There was trash in the hall, paint cans, carpet ripped up. We opened the door to our room and immediately knew that we could not stay in that room. Seems that the wet moldy smell just rushed out the door. We then inspected the room. Water in the floor of the bathroom, broken furniture, not even a phone to speak with the desk. The lights flickered. No TV remote and then discovered the TV was not plugged in, but when we plugged in it still did not work…..not sure if it was the TV or the electrical outlet. Furthermore, the room did not have the normal amenities that typically comes with a room. I.e., soap, shampoo, coffeepot, towels, not even table lights or phones. We failed to notice if it had a smoke detector. Although we cannot be certain we doubt that the room would pass Fire Marshal Codes. It certainly did not pass health and safety requirements. We went back to the check in area and explained our complaint to them and requested our money back. They said it was not refundable. We departed and received nothing for the $100 that they took from us. The place should be condemned! Staying in your car for the night would be a better choice than this room!!!

DO NOT STAY HERE!!! Carpets are disgusting. There is no way to control temperature. I found old French fries in the Bible!!!! Alarm clock didn't work. Phone had no cords attached to it. Floor of mini fridge storage was either rotten or worn through. The towels provided were dirty so I left them on the bathroom floor. At least one of the towels was folded and left again. When I returned after a day out, my room was left propped open with the lock by housekeeping. Anyone could have gone into my room. Lamps did not work and had rust on them. I did not trust the beds to sleep without clothes. They say renovations are taking place but I was there for two days and saw no evidence of anything to suggest that. Waste of money. DO NOT STAY.

This hotel is under renovation however when you book they don't tell you all the issues. This hotel was probably beautiful many many many years ago but is now a dump. Only a small number of rooms are available and the rest abandoned. It was like something out of a scary movie. It was deserted and creepy. It was gross and dirty as well. They claim to have free breakfast but that is false. There is also no housekeeping or at least we didn't see any and none came to our room. We had to call twice re the air conditioning not working. There is old furniture lined up in many of the halls just sitting there, pieces of the ceilings along the halls are missing and what is left appears to be covered in black mold. One of the doors just had shattered glass. The elevator had a hole inside and just had cardboard taped over it. My room was 90 per night and the biggest scam. Everything else was sold out by the time we checked in and could see the dump so we were forced to stay. I have emailed Ramada twice with no response. How this place even passes inspections or the fire codes is beyond me.

Upon arrival was told no heat, used carrier for luggage bout broke in half, staff was not even up there for about the 5 minutes upon arrival, went to the room it was very dingy looking. The paint was peeling with holes in the wall including the ceiling. Stained towels dead ladybugs under the heating and air unit. Dirty and stained carpeting. This hotel just needs to be shut down. Felt sorry for the staff having to deal with all the complaining customers, they were friendly and nice. HIGHLY RECOMMEND DO NOT STAY HERE. Have picture to prove

Book a room at this hotel only if you are willing to pay them without getting a room! We booked a room at this hotel by calling their central reservation line, secured it with credit card, when we went to check-in, we were told we don't have any rooms available! After few minutes, we were told, we can give you a room, it is on second floor. When we went into the room, it had: dirty bathroom (it was really dirty), heavy mold, very bad mold smell, ceiling panels were hanging, no TV, where TV is supposed to, there were open wires, no light, only light in the room was night light on night stand, the lobby also didn't have light. When we said, this is not inhabitable room, we were told "we are under renovation and this is only thing we have". Front desk had offered that same room to three other guests before us and each one had refused to stay in there (we saw them leave the hotel in frustration). We were told since they don't have room, they shall not charge us (of course not, right?). We were charged full amount on our credit card. When we called hotel to ask them why we were charged, manager rudely hung up on us. We filed complaint with Wyndham and they asked for our complete credit card statement, receipt from other hotel we stayed at. After providing those things, they didn't do anything! We called our credit card company to dispute the charge, in response, hotel gave refund and next day, reversed the refund!!! Credit card company closed the dispute saying hotel has provided credit. But, hotel had already reversed the credit by charging credit card again!! I am not sure how can they get an occupancy certificate for their rooms from city when their rooms are in such bad shape!!

This hotel is closed and abandoned (see recent pictures I uploaded). Many windows have been broken out and the place has been extensively vandalized. Homeless and drug activity occurs inside this abandoned hotel. In 2023, there was a fire and a police raid.

The best rooms they have are the suites. The rooms air was really nice and it has a closed off bedroom for privacy. I spent a reasonable amount of money for the room. The front desk agent in the afternoon was very polite and understanding and explained everything about the renovations and if I needed anything I could just call. Overall a cool experience. Just give it a chance and ALWAYS stay in the suites.

I am shocked that this a Ramada hotel. I have never been more dissatisfied in my life with a hotel. Supposedly this hotel is in the middle of renovation and has been for over 4 plus years. I truly can't tell you what's been remodel. I walked through two wet hallway, no AC in lobby, gnats in my room and one day I was told I needed to go to the laundry room to retrieve towels for my room. Deplorable condition and there are so many more things I could complain about. So why didn't we switch hotels, you ask? We would have had to move three times because none of the surrounding hotels had rooms all of the days we needed. Which was 11 days. Breakfast, transportation to the Airport and attached restaurant is advertised however when you get to the hot lobby your notified this amenities are not available. Very disappointing to find this out when you get to your destination. I could go on but I think I've said enough.

First of all, we were overbooked. They called as we were driving (about half way there) to tell us that they overbooked and we could not have the rooms we had reserved. They did a good job of getting us into a 2 bedroom suite and about the same cost. First few trys were much more expensive but when i refused they continued to adjust until they got an acceptable amount. The rooms weren't bad, but not great either. Each bedroom had a safe but no one at the motel had any idea how to open them, the combination, or anything. Despite my continued asking they never could find out. We were 4 adults checking in to a 2 bedroom suite, we had 2 decaf coffees and 1 regular. no cups!!! no drinking glasses!!!!! this was a kitchenette suite with no pots, pans, dishes, bowls, cups, glasses, or utensils at all. I did manage to get paper coffee cups to use, sure glad i brought my own coffee and coffee maker!!!! even though we talked on the phone when i made my reservations and when they called me to tell me they were overbooked and changed my rooms no one EVER said anything about renovations or that the amenities, that we searched for and were told they had, we not available. Maybe, just Maybe after the renovations and some (lots) of training for the staff it will become an OK place to stay. It needs lots of work.

The customer service was amazing , Danny accommodated us well after we had some rowdy neighbors ,he moved us to a better room and the room was nice, it needed a little tlc but was a nice layout. Sad the breakfast is down, they said it hasn’t been served for the past 3 years here. There was rust in the bathroom tub in 803. But overall great place to stay.

This was probably the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. The hotel was under renovations yet the hall and room we stayed in had yet to be repainted, there was drywall and parts from the air conditioner all over the floor, our towels were dirty, the toilet seat was broken, and quite frankly it was dark and creepy. My son and I just needed a place to sleep halfway between our trip, but was so uncomfortable we didn’t get any rest. I was shocked that I paid the same price I would have at a nicer hotel.
