This Property is AWEFUL. I booked the hotel based on the Google reviews. My son and I checked in, went to our room, turned around and walked out. This is the most disgusting place I have ever seen. It was not worth what I paid. The curtains had burn holes, the chair that was missing the cushion also had burn holes, the bedding had burn holes, the tub was stained and did not look clean. The bed had huge red stains. I did not want to touch anything in that room. The clerk could have cared less about her job. This place is what I imagine a crack house would be like.

Unfortunately not the worst I have stayed in, but I got into town late and chose to stay. Very unclean rooms and doors falling off hinges. No bugs that I could see, but that is only thing good I can say. Many rooms in the area similar in price and way better

If I could rate it zero I would. My fiancé stayed here and woke up COVERED in bed bug bites. Head to toe and front desk seemed the LEAST bit interested in helping. Regardless if we went through a 3rd party something more should have been done. We should have paid nothing either for how horrible everything was and the attitude of the front desk attendant the day of the 14th. We have photos of the infestation and of all the bites.

LOOKS CAN BE DECEIVING!!!!!!!!!!! Please don’t stay here. It was a last minute stay and by far one of the worst. I wouldn’t allow my dog to stay in the first room that was assigned to me. It was so stinky and the comforter & chair was all torn up. It was a smoking that I didn’t ask for. The front desk clerk moved us to another room that was supposed to be better. However, they need to be renovated and closed until it’s complete. The room that I was reassigned to was a little better and clean, but it’s just so old and ancient. The smell in there’ is horrible, but tolerable after a whole can of Lysol that was choking me as well. Two pillows and one towel for a king room. I put them both together and it still didn’t equal one. The clerk agreed to find me some towels and pillows from another room, but I was frustrated at that point. I had to go up to the dollar store to get what wasn’t included in that $90 room. The only good experience was the encounter from the front desk clerk. The pool is green and dirty. I’m sorry, it was just a mess! I had to rate it, to post it. It didn’t deserve that one star!!!!

Very dirty room (like definitely recommend sleeping on top the blankets), hardest bed ever felt with a very comical rock to it, shady location, but front desk attendant was nice.

Don't waste your time or $! Tub was dirty, went to get a drink out of the 1 drink machine they had and lost my $. When I went in to ask about another machine and to tell her i lost my money I was given a dirty look and no response. Pool was green as well...total dump!

The price is awesome, compared to the other hotels. They're doing upgrades, so there is noise. But they end it before 7pm. For those that complain about the noise that makes, stop complaining about it needing to be upgraded, if you can't handle the noise. It won't happen that way. It's a basic room. 2 clean beds, clean bathroom (with an amazing shower), big screen tv, fridge, microwave & even a cord phone with an old school dial tone. I love it. It wasn't perfectly clean, but it was livable. Plus, I'm not above tiding up myself. I've seen $80-$100 rooms that were much worse. I have so much more to say about those who want maids & servants around, but I'll stop here.

$80 plus tax for one queen. Arrived at 2:30 am. Got a room, the key didnt work ,attempted 3 times. Got another room it was gross, not a $30-40 room. Dirty, but anyway i need a bit of sleep set my alarm for 10:45am because they dont offer late checkout (been driving 11 hrs) for a guy that finally got a room by 3am (8hrs before checkout) woke up at 6am by loud tenants which i would expect, it was the housekeeping knock at 9:40am that caught me off guard! Literally wont let me have a good nights sleep.

Damn can you take Stars away? Where do I start oh yeah with the cockroach that came out of air conditioning vent or the dead one on the floor next to bathroom. Don't have to worry about that one jumping on you. Remote for TV didn't work. Toilet seat was about to fall of the toilet. Went down to get coffee and was told it probably wouldn't get made until 6 because breakfast was served at 7. What the hell does that have to do with having coffee for people? This place sucks I would definitely not recommend. Find a better place on a better side of town.

Not very clean, horrible water pressure... it took us forever just to wash the soap off... people living here and in and out of the rooms all night and not quiet about it. None of our drains will drain and toilet barely flushed. Cockroaches crawling on walls occasionally. Front desk was nice.. house keeping didn't put sheets on one bed and my husband is here working and works nights and when I asked housekeeping for towels since our room isn't getting cleaned they gave me 1...1 towel and were very rude so we went and bought towels. They do allow pets at a reasonable rate but I'd suggest to go somewhere else and there is no refunds.

Service was good and lady was awesome at check in. Bed was like a rock, had to walk through hazardous walkway to get to room. Probably because the room was " locked" but still rented out thank you by the way, it was fairly quiet, but I have accidentally left my bag of dirty clothes in room. When I called that next morning the other lady was not helpful and seemed to not know what she was doing and not willing to look or ask housekeeping about them. Rude!! Since I was there for work and would have been coming back there to stay again for work I'm changing my mind. Also roaches and dirty walls, ring around tub, burn marks everywhere not to mention the build up on ac filters cats running around gross

It was an ok stay. Not bad for the price but the front office was on a personal phone call while checking us in and seemed a little frazzled trying to get our rooms figured out. There were a few holes in the thin blankets and some sort of wad of something on our ceiling. Our TV also couldn't turn off or turn the volume down with the remote so it had to stay on all night. But the hot water worked the beds weren't too bad besides flat pillows.

The room was adequate for the price. Plain room, small bathroom, TV, mini fridge & microwave. It was clean & the bed was wonderful. The "breakfast" was not hot - muffins & cereal.

For the price you would expect better. I know that businesses have to make money, but when you spend money, you expect a certain quality. For a room costing over $50 a night you expect that the beds are comfortable, that the floor doesn't squeak, that there are not stains on the sheets, that the mattress is not one of those $90 flat mattresses, that there is not old soap still laying in the shower, that the sheets are white and not brown and the pillows have pillow protectors on them, that the pillows are not cheap old $5 Walmart pillows, that the sink is not cracked and that the refrigerator doesn't keep you awake because it sounds like a freaking ticking time bomb. Also that the refrigerator is not ancient. The little thing that they had covering the bed that was not a blanket was old with wear. Glad we were just staying over night. My kids would not even sleep under the covers. They had blankets with them so they slept on those. Other than this the only problem that I had was that upon check out the lady followed me to the office and had this stank look on her face. When I handed her the key she ask me if I had told the clerk if I had a pet. Mind you I had paid online through Priceline so I was just returning the key because I had already received my receipt. She then begins to look up my check in on the computer. I'm standing there like so what you want me to pay after she tells me that it's a $20 pet fee. Just so happen I had some cash on me and just threw her $30, but my thinking is there was nothing extra that they provided for my pet, no extra cleaning or anything so why do I need to pay extra to have her with me.

It’s not 5 star hotel. It’s 2 star. All I look for something that is clean and I don’t feel disgusted when walk in bathroom and getting into bed and that is safe for me and my motorcycle. For safety I always carry a sheet with me. Yes there was a hole in sheet however it was clean. Price is great and place was clean. I see many reviews before me who complained about cleanliness. If I read those I might have not booked it. But I guess google’s avg rating did it’s job.

Avoid this place and spend your money elsewhere. You get what you pay for. Upon arriving to hotel no staff was present. Waited one hour until staff arrived. Staff was intoxicated and was refusing to give me my reservation. Other clients came in with reservations and staff kicked us out of the office, saying, we arrived to late for our reservation. Police was called on staff by another client and upon police arriving staff decided to give us our reservation. Worst experience ever, avoid this place.

When you first come in it gives the impression of a four star hotel, and it’s decent for a roof over your head of course, that’s what anybody needs but as somebody whose only ever stayed in hotels, it’s…low. There’s stains on multiple things but not really your bed which is the important thing. The beds are hard and uncomfortable, you might as well sleep on the floor. The great tv, yellowed/dirty microwave, and rust spotted fridge weren’t plugged in, only had to use the tv though. There was a roach by the sink but it’s expected I guess. It’s obviously not the worse from what I’m told and have genuine upkeep. It was mostly the beds.

The most unpleasant hotel experience in my life. We’ve had our items stolen from the trunk of our truck before in a different hotel but this exceeds it honestly. Walked in you see a fridge that looks like it had built up bacteria just on the outside. Didn’t even bother opening it. Shower that looked very similar to that. Cockroaches found in bathroom. 1 towel for 4 guests. Drug activity obviously going on side of the building , if you can’t already smell it enough. Guest next door played tv so loud I don’t even know if it was the tv or a brought in speaker. I had to cover my ears to sleep honestly. We only stayed because we’re coming from the west coast & we were exhausted. 1 star is being considerate.

Friendly staff, looks nice from the outside, at first appearances the room was nice. But upon closer inspection the room was pretty dirty. It hasn't been dusted in a while the carpets hadn't been cleaned. There was some type of nasty residue between the beds I felt weird on your feet. Toilet wasn't here to the floor and pubic hair on the walls in the shower. Other than that it was fine.
