My husband and I were there for maybe 30 minutes before deciding to leave and find a new hotel. The sheets were stained, the smell was making my stomach sick, our bathroom light wouldn’t turn on… and then our bedroom light wouldn’t turn off…. My husband and I aren’t the richest people alive so you know it’s bad when we know we can’t get a refund back on the place and yet still decide to leave and find a new hotel for night.

It's extremely nice and fancy looking like a 5 star hotel, and their lobby bathrooms are nice. Night staff are extremely friendly with allowing me to use their restroom after all day of driving. Pulled in to take a break and stretch my legs.

Got the key to my room and went up to check it out and to my surprise there were big cigarette burns on the comforter and I’m not just talking small burns it was one humongous hole as well as others. Not to mention there were pieces missing off of the furniture in the room. There also wasn’t a fridge in the room, as well as the AC and heating unit in the room was all busted up. On top of the icemaker not working, also the staff was not friendly at all. Nevertheless, after me going downstairs and explaining to the lady about the room she told me that that’s just how it is and it was nothing that she could do and that I would just have to except that room because it had been 15 minutes after check in. In reality it hadn’t been 15 minutes, I literally walked up the stairs and last my things down and came right back downstairs. Receptionist gave me a big hassle about switching the room. After giving me a hassle about switching the room she finally tells me that she will make an exception. Her words verbatim was I’ll go ahead and do it this time because I’m not dealing with this tonight. Then after getting to the room she switched me to the microwave didn’t work but it had a fridge and also it looked a lot more decent than the first room. I typically don’t write reviews and especially negative ones but this is definitely something I feel that other shoppers should know about. So I urge you please do not waste your time or money. Trust me, if I would have known my experience would be this bad I would’ve never went to this place. This was by far the worst motel experience I’ve ever had.

I used Motel 6s for working on the road so I've been to many ...this compared to Albany NY kind of your local crack motel..I had to stay locally due to power outages..it was 11°outside heat didn't work in one room so I had to go back to the room where the heat/ ac unit was very loud..I finally tuned it out and started to fall asleep about 7 am and then I hear a maid yelling loudly in the hall about towels..followed a little while later with small kids yelling and screaming up and down the halls I later found it to be the maids grandchildren..it has to be the worst 111.$ I ever spent trying to get some sleep, it could of been a Tulsa OK Motel 6 ..but surprise no roaches. Looks will fool you the place use to be another hotel that I stayed at in another power outage when it was better maintained..mattress was completely broke down burn marks everywhere..beds made very sloppy but when it's 11 degrees out it's a blessing to just be warm..it's not a quiet place at all..they need a lot of repairs done and new beds ..but the rift raft that come and goes will just destroy it..

This place is awful to say the least.. it is nasty. The front desk was rude. Dress very unprofessional. Househoes and a bonnet. The TV did not work. We asked the head desk how to work the TV? She said push the button. My husband was extremely tired so he slept about 2 hours and we got up and left. Do not go here! I left pictures..smh!

Highly do not recommend staying here. The general manager is miserable has a horrible attitude and apparently you’re not allowed to go to work before you Report any problem mind you they sit so low to the ground behind the front desk you can’t even see if anybody’s there. The general manager will cuss you out and she thinks you owe her something lmao Do not stay here. The walls are black. The towels are dingy the floors are slippery because they don’t use the appropriate stuff to clean the floor. Everything about this from the people to the sheets are disgusting.

Room was nasty. Floor had a wet film on it like it had been mopped with dirty water. Restroom had extra hair everywhere and looked to had not been cleaned well either. The AC sounds like a tropical rain forest and cycled 45 second at a time all night long. Mini fridge sounded to be on its last life also. The walls was thin so neighbor noises all night long kept me awaken. Oh an customer service wasn't very friendly either.. I won't be back. Wouldn't be surprised i dont need a shot of penicillin and a 10 day script next week.

Peculiar smell in second floor hall. Very low water pressure. Had to flush twice each use to get toilet paper to completely flush. When leaving in the morning, hall outside room and all the way to elevator smelled like a skunk had sprayed.

We had to stop at this hotel after many hours of driving, honestly I would have preferred to sleep in the car, I have bites from whatever is in the beds, the sheets worn or stained, the floor of the room and hallways dirty, I didn't even dare to take a shower, we only slept for a couple of hours and retired. The only thing I take away from the hotel are rashes on my skin that itch all over my body. disgusting. (I forgot to mention that in the continuous room a television sounded at full volume all night.

The 1st room sheets and towels was horrible and dirty asked for clean stuff had to wait. I left came back and still had to wait until I asked for different room The 2nd room tv didn’t work the fridge or a/c leaked badly. The shower drained really slow so I had to make the shower snappy

Pro: price was good, location to what we needed was great, room was clean Con: when we came off the elevator the hall smelled like marajuana, room is supposed to be non smoking, but there were cigarette burns on the side of the tub and by the toilet paper. Room doesn’t have a coffee pot and pillows were flat. Walls were super thin. Overall, room was okay for what we needed and I would stay again if I am back in the area.

When we arrived the front desk was not very helpful or pleasant. Once we checked in the toilet in the room would not stop running, the shower had soap with hair on it from a previous person ,and the shower head strayed in every direction but where it should go. The bed was neat and the floors were still wet from the housekeeper.

This was a very disappointing stay. Room 225 needs some TLC. I don't know what is on the floor but it is as slick as ice, the little refrigerator leaks all over the floor. I feel like I'm skating with every very careful step I make! The plug by the sink doesn't work. I was extremely exhausted when I arrived last night about 10 PM so I didn't realize until I was ready to literally step into the much needed shower that there wasn't even a shower curtain. The shower control is broken off so I was very hard to turn on. I finally got it done. Took my shower & cleaned up the mess. As I layed down in the bed the people in the connecting room were so loud they might as well of been in the room with me. I turned my rain app on on my phone hoping I could drown them out. Finally at midnight I losed my cool & screamed out to SHUT UP!!! They responded with some ugly words but I guess finally got quiet enough that I went to sleep. The only thing that was bright about this stay was the young lady that checked me in last night. She was so kind & enjoyable to talk to. Is this a bad motel? I don't really know but room 225 was for sure. If needed again I might give them a second chance but I will check out the room immediately & make the decision then.

Look folks.. the negativity that you are reading.. I WILL ATTEST IS ALL COMPLETE AND TRUE TO BE EXACT. I was here on June 23 Friday evening, and could not bring myself to complete a weekend stay. I had a dog constantly barking all nite long.. management/owners were smoking cigs in the hallway talking loudly, the TV did not work.. holes in the sheets and as dirty as ive ever seen a hotel to be. This place was filthy.. The drain in the bath tub was entirely to slow.. the tub filled up as i showered. I was nadty from hot temps snd road grime on the Harley-Davidson Roadglide. I spoke to their customer service He insured me he would call me back for a refond. However, that call never took place.. I spoke to the heavy set girl at the front desk Who seriously needs a gym membership Along with a trip to the library to read the book of "how to win Friends and influence people".. She was extremely rude and didn't want to hear anything I said.. She got upset because I chose to late for her to finish what she was doing with her cell phone. I'm sorry i'm no one.. I'm just a terrible lousy customer who wanted her complete attention while I spoke to her ,,, And not for her to be engaged in a cell phone while i'm standing at the front desk.. I guess I will wait for the computer generated response from the hotel 6 Speaking about how sorry they are for my experience here.

First the staff has no is rude and lack customer service skills. Hotel hostess was very rude having a conversation on her cellphone in regards to he being tiered and how she had to take a shower early to wake her self up and the other person on the line responding how fresh she was. Mind you call was on speake;; so i could hear everything while she was checking me in. This was at 4:30 pm because they dont do early check-in, we had been there earlier at and hostess states we may have to checkin even later if our room was not ready. So i asked her to please give me call if it would be later than 4pm, since we had a dj event and came in for Houston,Texas. As I walked away she stated well just cancel now. Finally at 4:30pm we chk in the first room was not even ready. I had to reture with a foto as proof that the room was not ready. She gave me another room which smells of cigarettes which I asked for non smoking, infact the whole building smelled of smoke. My new room smelled of mildew it was a little cleaner. Washed my hand in the sink and handle had a large stand of hair on it. There was only 2 set of towel for a room with 2 beds. The restroom light didnt come oh if you had the vent on. There was mildew stai s on the ceiling in the restroom. Wifi didnt work. And the a/c was releasing condensaction in the air and the room was very wet floor and walls. The next morning hostess was rudely knocking on the doors with her son at 9:59 checking if the room was vacent . Check out is a11

Everything about our stay has been awesome. Every staff member I've talked to has been friendly and helpful. The room is larger than I've ever seen and very clean.

Worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in the front desk staff are lovely but hotel seems to have long term residents. Cleaning ladies are extremely loud using foul language up and down the hall way banging thing on floors screaming like if no one was in the rooms ( I’m on nights so I sleep during the day) You Can hear kids running up and down the hallway my door was banged on several times extremely unprofessional on that part. No point in extending my stay here will be moving to the Hilton Next door.

Let me sum up: 1. Desk clerk using “F” word about urine soaked tube found in another customer’s bed. How about that? 2. Elevator reeks of marijuana 3. Hall floors filthy - at one point, one of my family said “Is that vomit?” - it was on the floor in the hall. 4. Huge poop looking stains on freshly made beds 5. Refrigerator ticked like a bomb 6. No shampoo/conditioner or hair dryer 7. Only 2 towels for 4 female guests 8. Day 2- only made one bed, and it was made terribly, did not replace any towels 9. Elevator still smells like weed!! 10. Floor in room clearly not swept 11. Dirty motel - fire entire cleaning staff and start over! Pay them so they’ll NEED to stay to continue to make a living.

The receptionist was excellent but could not make up for the fact that the other guest were loud and discourteous. My associate woke up many times due to loud neighbors...not recommended for light sleepers.

Close to the freeway, which can be a blessing and a curse. Check in staff was passingly polite. TV didn't work and floors were weirdly slippery, like the soap wasn't washed off. But, linens and towels were clean and there was no smoke smell. Green area, nearby, to walk the dog.

Very laid back atmosphere. The rooms were clean so I had to give 2 stars but many things were either not working or damaged. For instance, there was no bathroom light. Hallways were dingy and had spills on floor. Neighbors were friendly, but noisy until about 7am.

This is a much nicer motel 6 than average. The rooms are bigger and nicer. It must have been something else before it became a Motel 6. And I appreciate that they accept pets.

all front desk staff are extremely nice to be around… so long as you have common sense. front desk is knowledgeable, cleaning crew comes on time everyday and they do their job best they can, i’ve never personally had any complaints. they all do their job to the best of their ability location is close to interstate, airport, and a handful of fast food places for those who are in from out of area. owners are quiet and reserved people, don’t stick their nose in your business so long as you’re mindful this is a hotel. overall this location definitely has some noticeable “+1’s” over most. the biggest issues are, the abundance of whatever’s in those big boxes that litter the lobby, quiet an eyesore. and it’s also clear there’s a lack of proper staffing. nobody to fix the A/C that’s out in certain rooms, broken (or possibly disconnected?) ice machine however there is a working one on the first floor. several lightbulbs are out in certain rooms aswell but i just do them the favor of switching them out myself. this is a great hotel to stay at on a budget. i have no serious complaints

Dirty dirty dirty! You would be better off sleeping in your car. The shower/tub was disgusting, had not been cleaned at all, public hair around the tub....used bar of soap.....curtains not completely on rod. Who knows if sheets were clean. We went back to front desk and did get a refund and left. The ONLY good thing was the girl behind the counter, she was very sweet and very apologetic.

I would not recommend this motel. The floors had an oil or wax on them that soiled our socks and the doors, cabinets were filthy. The shower curtain was covered in mold. The bed was comfortable but had a metal bed stand underneath that made a loud noise if you hit it while standing next to the bed.

This is by far the worst hotel I've ever seen! Poor service and quality all around. No fresh towels provided for multiple days. Bad electricity. The furniture was missing doors or was damaged. They provided no amenities such as soap. Also the amount of unsavory people that were here was too much! Cigarette burns on the bed as well!

  • 4/5 E. T. 1 year ago on Google
Excellent location that is in between a Hilton Garden Inn and Courtyard Marriott, as well as really close to the interstate highway. Comfortable bed and room. My only issue was that the bathroom floor seemed to be extra slick due to either high humidity or a slow leak within the bathroom. I had to place an extra towel on the floor to avoid slipping. Good customer from Ms. Robin and the lady that works the morning checkout. No coffee as of yet due to Covid, yet I’m understanding about that.
