The manager was some dude whos attitude did not match the place he worked @ the room had roaches everywhere literally everywhere horrible stay away from this place

Even though I live on site&use to be what I thought was one of they're better housekeeping worker,well not so much I'm approaching the one year mart,they've manged to make me feel uncomfortable and all these other reviews I've read on this place.....all true,true, needs to be shut down!!! Remodeling all they Wayyyyyy!! I'm going to give them my 2weeks stay outta the other drama& just LEAVE!!!!

They have the most racist employees I have seen,that disrespect customers,pick fights with the customers and gets away with it.They tell lies on customers in order to get them put out of their rooms.

I got this room for 37 bucks or less on an app so I can't complain at all thanks for maintaining and helping us with low affordable living it's a club there good lot I was loving the vibe straight up fun on me

Rooms were Trashed and that older lady that works front desk is very rude I ended up not staying

Miss Thea at the front desk is amazing, all staff are hard working and housekeeping? Love them! they've been nothing but respectful and professional even when it's 105° out and miserable, they're so sweet. I can see the vast improvements the owner is making and once he's finished, I can see this place flourishing.

Big rooms, clean rooms but the guy that checked in my nephew seemed strange, something was not right

Just passed thru really. Never got out. Dropped off a friend. But the parking lot is terrible. Pot holes everywhere.

Bed bugs.. housekeeper's always high..that big fat lady at the front desk needs to work on the bathroom passing out tissue

No toilet paper, then i turned on the tv the first night and i couldn’t turn it off after that so the 4 nights that darn tv was on. Plus, the tub was stopped up when i showered the first night. The room floor was so dirty. Blankets smells so bad of cigarettes. Then to make it worst, you don’t get no towels to shower. I should get a refund for getting bad service especially coming all the way from new york. My bad decision was making reservation online. Super bad hotel. And it is so getting ghetto there

One of the best places in town,one of my fav spots to play video poker and great atmosphere coupled with great friendly customer service and luxurious accomodations

The a/c had been replaced and it still was not cool. Bugs in the room. Not enough towels and washcloths in bathroom

I only went to the lounge area to play video poker. Atmosphere consisted of only myself and a friend, no bartender/cashier. Tickets had to be cashed in at hotel front desk which was nearby. They were clearly renovating, beautiful new flooring gave the place a very clean feel, they were installing new vending machines in lobby also. Overall I was satisfied with all but the location but they are not to blame, it's just that area of town!! I will go back

I stay in a lot of dives, but this dump takes the cake. The cockroaches I can handle, but the bedbugs were way too damn friendly, and I had to bail shortly after 10 pm when they got really frisky.

The rooms were full of roaches, house keeping takes forever to full-fill simple request such as sheet replacements. Every other day the room key would not work and the service desk employee always have an attitude. I’m giving it three because despite all those things, the utilities worked just fine. Aside from the toilet which clogged up occasionally.

((BARF)) 🤢🤮 Roaches were UNBELIEVABLE! TUB DIDN'T DRAIN AND BACKED UP. THERE WERE FILTHY FOOTPRINTS IN THE TUB.... ABSOLUTELY HORRID!!!

Me and my husband is in the process of moving from New Orleans to Shreveport…. So we check in Sunday night , Monday and Tuesday I didn’t have a problem with any of the staff that work those days but Today was the worst day of my life because of this one RUDE Little black girl who has a attitude problem for no reason I was gonna pay for a another night she told me I couldn’t because my name wasn’t in the system as a guest which I knew she was lying because I was paying for those other nights without a problem than she called the cops because she said I threatened her which I didn’t … if your from out of town DONT NOT CHECK IN HERE !!! Until they get rid of that little black girl she’s the problem and the reason why guests are leaving ALL THE OTHER Staffs are nice and kind it’s just that one staff that’s very unprofessional and uneducated

It's right next to family dollar and I gave it a one star was because we have a dog and he seen it when we checked in and he did not say nothing and when we spent a night and early in the morning at like 7 to 6 something like that he kicked us out and we have no place to go and we are currently moving we had moved out our house and still staying ing hotel rooms looking for a decent home and payable and Been looking and now day to day we have to come up with the money just to stay in a hotel
